I was referred to Crash Champions by a friend who had a good experience (different location) Someone hit my car while parked and I needed my fender repaired. I came for an estimate and was helped by a gentleman named Jin. I told Jin the situation and casually mentioned I did my own research as to how much fenders cost since I was paying out-of-pocket. Once I said that his whole attitude changed. He became a bit argumentative with me and asked me what I found doing my own research. I don't know if he was acting this way because I'm a female, but it was very unprofessional. He promised to email me an estimate by end of day and I never heard back from him. I took my Shelby GT350 here because it was highly recommended, my referrals had told me to ask for Ray or Kurt. I was a bit hesitant bringing a Ford product here but these guys are true professionals. I had an incident where I believed my selling dealer opened the hood of my brand new car with the wiper arm up and in doing so scratched up the top edge of my hood. I asked Ray to please not paint the entire hood of my car being that it's still brand new but magically his team was able to color match(Leadfoot Grey) and only paint the edge of the hood without any sign of what was previously there. Was referred by Newport Auto Center to have these guys fix freeway chips on thehood and front bumper of my car. Called Ray to make an appointment to take my car there. He was not available so left a message on his voice mail. A few days passed with no return call. I called back early in the morning on Thursday and told him that I was referred by Newport Auto Center to have my car hood and bumper chips repainted or fixed. He said he was on vacation and could not call me back but could meet me the following Monday. He gave me an appointment for the following Monday 10 AM. Monday, I drove to his shop and asked the receptionist for Ray. He asked me what my business was. I told him that I was given an appointment by Ray to have my hood and bumper freeway pint chip repaired. He said he did not know anything about it and needed to call Ray. He called Ray who did not even remember the appointment, and once was reminded he claimed to have had an emergency. So service at this company is either no call returned or no show!? I had to remind them of the whole situation again and told them all I wanted was to have my hood and bumper fixed and was willing to cover the cost myself. Finally the guy came out to look at it. He gave me an oral estimate. At this point I was feeling so uncomfortable of the unprofessional conduct and service, which I lost any trust and confidence I had in this company and the referral. I also informed my contact at the Newport Auto Center of the unprofessional and substandard service and conduct of this establishment, when I had receive a follow up call. I do not mind paying premium price for premium professional conduct and workmanship but as a seasoned successful business owner, I have never had a good experience with tardiness and lack of professionalism and courtesy. Customers who are willing to pay premium pricing deserve premium service and my experience at this business proves otherwise. It is very sad and the service here is disgrace to the brand name and entitlement. read more

They should be open on Saturdays, at a minimum from 8 am -12 noon for customers who want to pay and get their cars back. Being closed on Saturdays makes it tough on those who work full time! read more
