Wifey backed into my truck and messed it pretty bad as you can see in the photos. Checked out a bunch of body shops and decided on this place because of the good pricing and good customer service by Sean. Dropped off the van and it was all done in just a couple days. We were blown away by how great our sienna looked. Practically looked brand new and Sean and his team even fixed little blemishes around the van and even had it washed and polished for us when we picked it up. Crash Empire Collision Center also rents out vehicles using the TURO app. I just rented a BMW from them and their vehicle had a lot of minor scrapes, scratches, dings, damage, had trash, old receipts and business cards in the middle console and in the side area of the trunk. When I let them know what I found their response was that it was fine and just to leave it. I told them I put the trash and receipts and business cards into a ziploc bag and will leave it in the car for them. No thank you from them at all or apology for the filthy state of the car and obviously not disinfected between rentals even though their ad on TURO says they wash and disinfect between every rental. The car also smelled bad like sour and the air freshener they used didn't cover up the smell. After I parked their car in garage A1 of the SNA airport for the drop off they insisted I walk back through three terminal areas to repark it at A2. I asked them if they could just pick up the car from A1 since it's literally right next to it. So I reparked it. The biggest issue is they have now claimed I damaged their car, and this is 2 days later after they already rented the car out after us! I know for a fact that I did not damage under their front bumper like they are claiming. I am disputing this with TURO. They obviously are dishonest people who rent out cars in dirty and damaged condition while trying to blame others for fix their damage. Watch out and stay away from this company and anyone related to it! And do not rent from them on TURO! read more

The owner here, despite being young, was more passionate about this business than anyone else and was inspiring to me. I believe that businesses pursued by dream chasers always have their own path open to them. I received a clear explanation of exactly what needed to be fixed and was able to understand it thoroughly even though I don't have much knowledge about cars. Furthermore, seeing them not only repair the dirty car but also clean the interior showed me how much the business owner cares about customers compared to other companies. I wish I had never known about Crash Empire Collision Center. Worst traumatic experience ever: both mentally and emotionally. In the end, I had no choice but to report to the Bureau of Automatic Repairs (BAR) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to help me with my case against Crash Empire. It wasn't until then that Sean and Isaac were being cooperative. This incident all happened early last year and now I am back to square one to get my car re-repaired at a different body shop. The only reason how I knew about this place was because this business is owned by one of my close friend's brother from high school. I called my close friend as soon as I got into my accident back in early March of last year and he immediately referred me to his brother's 'business'. I entrusted Crash Empire Collision Center with my car. When I got my vehicle returned to me from Sean K. and Isaac K., I thought that everything was perfectly in order. Not even weeks later, I noticed that my windshield wiper fluid was leaking. I took it to my dealership for a service check and pointed out areas where there were still markings from the accident of the parts that were supposed to be replaced but never were. I went to my close friend regarding this issue and had this fixed and showed him all the issues with my car. It was estimated that Sean only fixed $1,000 worth of the estimated $8K that was given to him by both me and insurance. I pointed out that my bumper was slightly misaligned and could see it was protruding out. Sean simply stated that when cars get into accidents and get repaired, parts will eventually fall out... Blatant gaslighting. Is he saying that all cars that have been repaired from an accident will eventually fall out or fall apart? We concluded that I would find another body shop to get my repairs and Sean would reimburse the total amount that it took to get my car fixed. After that agreement, I went to search for body shops that would help me repair my car, however, they all turned me down saying that they did not want to get caught up in any mess that was made by the previous body shop because Sean might blame them for damages. Sure enough, Sean messaged me a month later stating that he was taking back our agreement stating that my vehicle was in perfect order from when they had finished repairs. He used the photos (that are currently still up on this Yelp page) pointing out that he had done everything perfectly. What is crazy is that you can see all the mistakes that he made (the door not aligning properly, etc) in the photos that he sent. That's when I knew I had to report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Bureau of Automotive Repairs (BAR). The BBB reported that this place was not a real registered business. An agent from the BAR assisted me with this case and am now in the process of getting all the money back from Sean and Isaac to get my car re-repaired properly. For the sake of this review, I am shortening a lot of the issues that I faced with this business and the repairs that were never done on my vehicle that I had in less than a year. If you had previously gotten your car repaired by these two, I strongly advise that you get your vehicle checked by a mechanic or go to any other reliable body shop and have them double-check your estimates and your vehicle because although your vehicle might look repaired from the outside, the parts inside the vehicle might not be. The number of body shops that I went to (and got turned down to get it repaired), all told me how they would always hear about this situation but never actually see it for themselves. The work that was done on my vehicle was pretty evident to them that everything was rushed and was done by an unprofessional. I wasted my time and money by trusting Sean and Isaac to get my vehicle repaired. They are not highly skilled by all means. I was emotionally and mentally drained throughout the whole process and this is something that I do not wish even upon my worst enemy to go through. read more

I thought Crash Empire was only for collision but I found out that they also offer more services such as wraps, dash cams, and tints. I took my Kia Optima to go get it tinted and Sean was able to take my car in right away. I got my car back within a couple hours and the tints came out the way I wanted. read more

I felt comfortable with leaving my car with them due to confidence they spoke to me about being able to fix my car. OVERDUE POST. I have a 2020 GR Supra, and was hit by a drunk driver in a parking lot while I was out eating. I come back and called the cops, and the city to see if they could help me out, but obviously, I knew I had to come up with a solution because the cops and the city really don't care about you. So, I hit up Crash Empire, and Sean hooked it up! His team took really great care of me and was able to get me a nice rental car that I ended up liking more than the Supra for them MPGs. CA btw... I needed a new headlight, a hood replacement, and a new bumper, as well as taking off the wrap, and he and his team did it in a month. IN A MONTH. Come on man, no one else is doing it like Crash Empire. They even tried to get the most out of my stingy insurance company and were able to get an amazing deal for me.
