The appointment was on a Saturday, so they are awesome about being available on the weekend. The gentleman who took my fingerprints was very helpful and informative. Very easy to work with and explained anything I didn't understand. He was very professional and just very nice. Because I had to FedEx my prints and get them back as soon as possible, he let me drop them off at a FedEx facility, so they would go out on Saturday instead of having to wait until Monday to be picked up at their facility. They follow the requirements and I haven't had an issue with any photo being accepted. My most recent interaction with Postal Plus was shipping a package around the holidays. The US Postal Service line can always be arduous this time of the year, but for a few extra bucks more I was more than happy to have Postal Plus help me out. They offered me some options for shipping, including UPS and FedEx, and in the end found a great price that also worked with the shipping timeline I needed. The service has always been friendly and helpful too!
