PF Burger is situated in the back of a non-descript strip mall with no visible sign other than…read morethose in their windows. It seemed odd, but the inside was much more normal looking. The people working there seemed friendly, and they have an open kitchen, which I like. I am not very familiar with Venezuelan food, but many of the options here were still quite familiar. Their menu is quite large, and what stood out to me is how expensive everything was! For the type of food being served and the atmosphere (diner like), and self-service (go get your own food when it is called), I expected a more reasonable price. The other thing that surprised me was the wait time. Even when not busy, the food will easily take 15+ minutes without ordering anything too exotic. All that being said, the food was very good, and unique. I did find it to be a tad salty and greasy for my liking, but overall, I had no issues with the food, and found it enjoyable. The wait time and prices will probably keep this place from being somewhere I would frequent, but I still think it is worth trying if you are in the area and looking for something different.

My wife's burger looked great on a GF bun but it was missing the bacon and peppers. My burger was very small in size- slightly bigger than a slider and was soggy due to the peppers being not drained. My wife talked to the manager and he was very nice and brought us 2 new burgers. My wife's was good but they put the ShackSauce on it even tho she asked for no sauce! My burger was still super soggy. They need to drain the cherry peppers and grill them as they make the burger cold. They did give us a 5.00 off coupon to come back but with so many burger places in the area,I'm not sure I will.

Two young girls were repeatedly running in and out of the restrooms, slamming the doors, yelling, and disturbing other customers nearby. A staff member asked that the behavior stop. Instead of acknowledging the issue and correcting them herself, MaryBeth took exception to the correction and doubled down. I stayed long enough to see how it played out. Despite what she implies, no one was cited or charged with anything. The police responded, made it clear they were uninterested in the situation, and everyone went on with their day. People can certainly have different opinions about how the situation should have been handled, but this review does not accurately reflect what I witnessed. Most parents either wouldn't allow their children to behave that way in the first place or would simply correct them and move on. Writing a review that misrepresents what happened is another matter entirely.

The people who worked there were of no help and provided every limited information as to why they could not honor my order despite me showing them my receipt. To make matters worse, it took the restaurant more than 30 minutes to answer Uber Eats' call to confirm they were refusing the order. As a result, I had to spend even more of my limited lunch break on the phone with Uber Eats just to get confirmation and obtain a refund for food I never received. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a significant waste of my time.

There were only three occupied tables when I arrived, and only two more orders came in while I was there. Despite that, there were seven employees working, yet no one cleaned the dining room during my visit. The tables were dirty, the floors were greasy, and I had to sit at an unclean table to eat. The food was what I'd expect from Five Guys, but the condition of the dining room really took away from the experience. I only stop in occasionally because of the price, usually when I'm craving a Five Guys burger. After this visit, I'm not sure I'll be back. There are simply too many other burger options along the Army Trail Road corridor that offer a cleaner and more inviting dining experience for the same price or less.
