Before starting, I showed the nail tech a reference photo of the exact design I wanted, just in a natural nail length. She confidently told me she could do it and immediately grabbed her materials. However, the final result looked nothing like the photo. Halfway through the appointment, I noticed the polish was not applied all the way back to the nail bed. When I brought it up, she told me it was because my cuticles were not done and that polish would get on them otherwise. The issue is that she never once recommended a manicure or cuticle prep beforehand, even after seeing the design I wanted. The color was completely off, the ombré effect was poorly blended, and several nails were not aligned properly with my natural nail shape. The lengths are also uneven. At one point, she told me the reference photo was "sprayed on nails" and that it would never look the same in person, but that was never mentioned before starting. If she knew she could not recreate the look properly, she should have been honest from the beginning instead of confidently saying she could do it. I also paid an extra $45 for the nail art design on my ring fingers, which took only a couple minutes each and looked rushed. The ombré technique used was not done well. Instead of properly blending the colors, she cured the dark brown layer first and then stippled white polish on top. I even had to ask her to blend it out toward the edges because it looked unfinished. The final result honestly looks like blood around the nails, almost like "vampire nails," which is absolutely not what I asked for. I understand that I chose the brown base color, but I chose it assuming it would be blended properly with the white like the reference photo. The outcome looked nothing like the inspiration picture. Overall, the service was overpriced, the quality did not match what was promised, and I left extremely unhappy with the results. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. Update: I redid them at no extra cost with Kim and she did phenomenal. The manager was being a little rude and wanted to charge an extra $25 for the manicure. I explained the detail work costed $45 and I should be refunded that first. We agreed on the on the original price of $100.

The salon is very relaxing and clean with reasonable prices. I got Kim and she is phenomenal. Quick, talented and very skilled, she completed my ombre dip in less than an hour despite their peak time. She nailed the technique and ballerina shape I prefer for my nails and just impressed. I initially posted a not-so-great review due to the lack of quoting (after asking explicitly for a quote) and the price of the set ($120 before tip). Overall, I feel this is a decent nail salon. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of seats for pedicures and stations for manicures. However, I think they should put up a website where it lists the prices on the menu (that I received after asking for) as well as the expectations of the visit. I also think it's strange that some nail technicians in the salon wear gloves and others don't. If you're handling bodily fluids and skin, it's probably a great idea to wear medical gloves and change them often. I think the salon did a great job and has good quality nails - I just believe the overall customer experience could be more transparent.

From the moment Chris greeted us at the door to the moment we walked out this was a good time. The employees didn't make us feel uncomfortable. Nancy created beautiful nails and her art was mystical! Angel was a great artist as well (check her insta) and both worked in record time for the stylish nails they did. The place was clean. We have already begun planning our art work for next time. We've been searching the valley for a nail salon like this & now we have one right around the corner. Yay us!!!
