We've been to the weatherford location many times but this time not so great the waiter the cashier the hostess were all on their phones practically the whole time and I actually had to go get someone that was sitting at the bar on his phone to help me cash out this was the day shift on Feb 16th around 2pm also we ordered an appetizer and didn't get it til our meal came. We will go back again but not during the day shift also our food was cold when we got it. For the price of the food here the customer service was severely lacking. read more

So I decided to go out to eat at craving crab yesterday and I swear it was the nastiest seafood I've ever had before coming from a Texas/Louisiana girly. I got the big boil $125 value we got spicy was not indeed spicy at all. Me and my family tried every part of the seafood boil and disliked all of it. The snow crab was not fresh had a fishy taste to it and was bendy/flimsy when I tried to crack the legs I couldn't crack most of them and the ones we did open the crab meat was mushy, The corn flavorless,the crawfish where big but had no flavor and over cooked, the potatoes were decent same with the eggs still no flavor , the mussels and clams were nasty and only half of them had meat in them, the shrimp was the only thing decent. We had already decided that we weren't going to come back to the restaurant because we were extremely disappointed with the flavor of the food because it tasted like it was boiled in plain water. We also found out that none of their seafood is fresh or live which explained the low quality and fishy taste. Even though we weren't pleased with the food we were still ready to pay for the food that we did eat and tip but the manager told us there was nothing he could do so we requested that he talk to the owner and after he did he offered us $20 off but we felt like that was unfair seeing as though we didn't even eat half the food. A very rude waitress with blonde hair that was seemingly longer and in a bun then watched as we requested more of a discount and she told us that we should just take it and be grateful because other restaurants wouldn't even give us anything off. She was very hostile and rude so my best friend told her that we didn't care what she thought we should be grateful for because she didn't ask her so she started watching us from the other side of the restaurant after she walked away. For context she was already watching us from the time we started to express our disappointment with the food amongst each other. The manager reluctantly called the owner after saying he was only willing to do $30 off and if we didn't accept he would call the police on us even though we had already told him we wanted to pay for at most half because that seemed fair enough. But we wouldn't accept so the owner said they could do $50 and we reluctantly accepted just to be able to leave the hostility of the staff. We were then met by the sweetest soul Finn who came to take our payment and we gladly tipped her instead of the manager because she was very understanding and kind about the situation. I'm making this post to spread awareness of the type of treatment we received after kindly expressing our disappointment. My advice if you are still wanting to try the restaurant be sure to ask for Finn and tip her well because she is extremely kind and helpful. Just remember the boiled seafood isn't fresh and the quality and flavor is inconsistent. They are not reasonable or understanding dealing with dissatisfaction from low quality food. We also feel like they shorted us on the meat 1.5lb of snow crab is usually 3 clusters not two small ones 1.5lb of crawfish is not 10 crawfish. Overall 0 out of 5 stars read more

We came here to have lunch and it was so good! I loved that the fries weren't overly salty, and the fried shrimp was on point. They also wanted to make sure our baby was safe so they asked us to strap him in the high chair because of an incident they had earlier. The atmosphere was so awesome! Excellent food! I highly recommend getting the mixed seasoning on whatever seafood you choose. It's got lots of great flavor. The fried pickles and crab cakes were really goid too. Some of the servers definitely need better training. She delivered our appetizers but didn't provide any silverware and just disappeared. The manager did notice and took care of it. We got the small boil, and I am NOT a seafood person at all! We had a few beers, hush puppies and a giant bowl of seafood for a filling $100. The service was great, everything was very clean and we will definitely be returning. And we are used to the true Louisiana boils, this was exceptional. Went expecting a great experience as the menu looked enticing. Waited 20 minutes for server who came and served 3 surrounding tables around us who came in after we did. She had stood around looking like she was lost. Finally raised our hand and the server came over. Real sour attitude, I asked if she could help us and she began complaining about having to work. I asked, pardon, and the answer was what do you want? I said well I would like for you to send someone one else over to help us. She cut her eyes and walked away. We got up and left. We won't be back until we see a number of good reviews, which I have my doubts. First time I have ever posted a negative review, but the service attitude of this place needs to improve fast to survive. Other customers were complaining of the service and there were not many customers there. I hope they improve. read more

Carry out, has been the choice a few times and It Hits the spot too, well packaged. My personal favorite is the fried oysters (crispy) and shrimp, sweet potato fries and corn on the cob. (We're out of the months with R, maybe no oysters) So much to explore. I'd love to try the Whole menu. Prices, really good. The sweet potato fries could use a bit of a punch. Can't complain too much. We started with a dozen oysters on the half shell, followed by the crab and shrimp pot with sausage and requested the mild Cajun flavor (You get to choose your amount of spice). Great food, we got the mild spice snow crab and it was a little too spicy for our liking so beware. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. The drinks were great so thank you to the bartender.
