We came in after a long day working in the Sun. The place was busy and thevjodtesses were having a hard time getting people to their tables and two-tops like ourselves, that came in after us got sat. Once we reached our table it seemed to take a bit for our waitress to show up. We gave her both our drink and food order and requested regular butter. I had to ask the person who brought our drinks for butter and it finally arrived. Seems our waitress was distracted with birthday next to our table. We arrived about 8pm. You could tell by 8:30 when we got sat, cuts had been made as it took forever to get our appetizer and refills. There was no team only Robert who was trying. She had a 8oz strip, I had a 14oz Fort Worth Ribeye that died a slow death in the window and on a tray on the line. The line manager that rides the Harley brought it out finally because everyone was busy doing cut work. My steak was cold and way overcooked. Being hungry and not having the patience to do it again we ate it, but the last two times I've been to a Texas Roadhouse we've had a less than legendary experience and I don't see myself coming back anytime soon. If I could give a 0 I would. We had a reservation for 6:15 for prom. After being here for 30 minutes we still had not been sat while people who waited for 5 minutes were sat almost immediately. Another prom group came in with 1 less person than us with NO reservation got sat almost immediately as well. We have been here many times and have had good experiences, but today was not one of those. We were seated at table 512. Our waitress was lacking in being attentive to checking on us about our food and drinks. My ribeye steak( which by the way was $29) was ordered "well done " and was red( not pink) through the middle. She did not come back to our table until I had basically picked over the steak and left the red pieces. She didn't act like it was a big deal when we said something about it and asked if we would want to see a manager. I said no thinking it wouldn't matter anyway. Then my husband asked for tea and we thought she had forgotten us before she returned with tea. When we paid on the kiosk I hoped it would ask more than a star rating so I could let management know but it just finished the transaction. Not a good experience especially for the price! read more

We went to TX Roadhouse tonight and for the first time ever we were sorely disappointed in the service. Our waitress was Bailey and she dropped the ball in several ways! First I got my salad 1 minute before my meal which meant that by the time I got done eating the salad my steak was not hot and it was not medium rare as I had requested. My husband specifically asked for lettuce tomato and onions on his cheeseburger and it was all left off. She never came around to check on our drinks, so as we're ready to leave we asked for a to go refill on my husband's coke and she asked if I wanted a refill on my water and I specifically said no thank you to that. When we were leaving we realized that she had given us a water refill instead of coke which distracted us and we ended up leaving our to go box on the table! GRRR! read more

I will forever rave about Texas Roadhouse, especially the Weatherford location. Service has always been immaculate, but let me tell you how they went above and beyond. My husband ordered the loaded baked sweet potato - the marshmallows were as crispy as you can get them. Being the wife I am, I picked at his marshmallows. Toward the end of dinner I asked our sweet, kind waitress Dayla D if they would give me a little bowl of roasted marshmallows. I mean, the worst they'd say is no. We didn't see her for a good 3 minutes. Next thing I know she is literally bringing me a small bowl of roasted marshmallows. Well-done Texas Roadhouse. Came in to use a gift card and was surprised at how delicious everything was! I got the Sirloin 8oz with shrimp, we also got fried pickles, house salad and bacon burgers. Everything was great! Service was excellent, with that being said, my girlfriend had the herbed chicken, baked potato and salad. All good. I had the 8oz sirloin combo with grilled shrimp, baked potato and salad. I have had this combo before and 99 percent of the time, it's cooked to perfection and tender. The sirloin arrived very rare, and I ordered it medium rare and at the very first cut, it was tough and it appeared that the membrane attached on the steak was not removed and totally unable to chew. I sent the steak back to cook it medium rare and with the hope of making the steak chewable. It came back the same way I sent it away, rare. I really like TRH and their rolls, cold salads and sides and until now, I loved the steaks. I will continue to come back but I will avoid the steaks and stick with the chicken fried steak and ribs. Not only was the meal inedible 2nd time this has happened - but I wore a new shirt - somehow before I received my food my shirt was covered in meat drippings......from the side of the table or from almost being run over by a waitress carrying dirty dishes, the manager (who appeared on her own) was unqualified to do anything other then blame me......shirt was ruined. However, this Texas, right (?) the chicken fried steak is WRONG, don't paprika & chili powder my CFS, it tasted like sugar was added, doesn't taste right at all. Was able to get in and seated fast. The server was helpful and available. Food was great and Texas sized mugs for the beer made it even better! Employees seemed pretty happy to be there too except for maybe the busboy but then there was a lot of mess to clean up after some of the family type tables. First visit to this location. When we first arrived, the parking lot was completely full, and we had to park on the street. I was immediately expecting a miserable wait and experience honestly. We went in anyways. Upon check in at the hostess desk, we were quoted 5-15 minutes. Very acceptable considering the parking lot and the activity I saw inside. We were seated 11 minutes after walking in. I was impressed. On the walk to the table, the hostess asked if it was our first time, we told her it was in fact our first time at this location. We were seated. Our waitress arrived within a minute and took drink orders. She was back very quickly with our waters and the bar drink showed up in less than 5 minutes. When she brought the bat drink, she took our order. All items were brought quickly. The steaks were cooked perfectly to the temperature we requested. Very tasty! Long story short, there was plenty of staff on hand. Everyone was contributing to the team. I am certain the cost of the staff is far outweighed by the volume of production, yet we didn't feel rushed. I would absolutely recommend visiting this location!!! I ordered the Caesar salad and it was great, the perfect amount of dressing and seasoning and cheese, the only thing it needed was a few more croutons to add a little more crunch to the salad. When our food arrived to our table it was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The 6oz steak was amazing and the ribs fell off the bone the minute i picked them up. In comparison to Longhorn Steakhouse, I would say that Texas Roadhouse has the superior steak and their ribs are a very close tie. The service is always great when we come here. they are typically fast and responsive. They normally always have a manager check up on each table as well which is a great way to make sure everything runs smoothly. The only issue we had was that it took quite a bit longer to get our food than it usually does. Other than that the experience was great and we will definitely be coming back soon. read more

We went to Texas Roadhouse yesterday afternoon. We sat at the bar as we always do at any Texas Roadhouses. It was the worst experience our bartender kept ignoring our requests for drinks. The food we ordered was not prepared correctly. The steak was sent back as it was not even close to edible. The chili was completely forgotten. Let me paint a picture for you. We don't exactly double check the times before coming and arrive at 3:36 and figure out it doesn't open til 4pm. Not a big deal - we play on our phones for 20 minutes. Suddenly I look up. It's 3:58. There's a line of 15 people cramming themselves inside to this chain restaurant. A little shocked and suddenly thinking we've signed up for something entirely different than what we originally thought, we hustle ourselves up to get in line. We're wondering - who are these people here to see? Is Bon Jovi playing? We cannot fathom what this chain restaurant has that has elicited this kind of crowd at 4pm. Then the drink comes to the table - the Legend Margarita - and I sigh. A little piece of my heart breaks over how good this drink is. On Sunday, 11-7-2021, my wife and I went to this location for a late lunch. You can usually tell the quality of a restaurant by the size of the crowd. The restaurant was packed, but we decided to endure whatever wait was necessary because of the good things that we have heard about this place. Turns out we waited less than 5 minutes before being seated!! We were given a plate of hot rolls by the hostess when we sat down. Our server was a very friendly young man named Joshua. He took our drink order and because we knew what we wanted to eat, he took our food order as well. My wife and I both had hand cut rib-eye steaks. These steaks were beautifully-marbled, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked, exploding with flavor, and the sides were large and plentiful. Joshua was a master at multi tasking! He not only kept us, but all other diners in his section, supplied with drink refills and anything else that we needed! He was constantly on the move and ALWAYS had a smile on his face! This place got 5 stars from us, and Joshua got a generous tip! At a time in our country's history when so many people refuse to work, opting instead for free money from Washington (Let's go, Brandon!), Joshua isn't one of them. Arrived at 650pm ordered food table of 2 adults & 2 kids @ 715 .... 730 waitress stopped by ... 745 waitress checked with kitchen ... 8 food came out COLD sent back cold steak and dry ribs ... 824 told the waitress to cancel our food and bring us the check. manager brought INSISTED on bringing the remade steak at 829 then when went to stop at other tables to ask how there food was before fixing our check so we could leave after seeing how upset mom was...
