Glad we got in early, didn't even have to put our names down for a waitlist, but noticed a long line towards the end of our meal. The crew were super friendly and we understood they were super busy and still had a great time out! I asked if they had a lychee drink and it seemed like they addd a dose of rose flavoring in there it was nice and sweet. We ordered yam and yuca fries, fried pickles and mushrooms, fried tilapia which arrived with tots and aioli, and of course the fun and most important part of the evening: crawfish, clams, crab, sausages, corn, and potatoes. We tried this place because it was one of the places for Seattle restaurant week. It was a casual setting. We dined in. They charge 20% service fee. It was fun atmosphere with a oceanic fishing theme. We chose gumbo and jambalaya for appetizer, prawn me with garlic butter/rajin Cajun (1 star) And big easy. (2 star). Spice was very mild. The gumbo was delish and tasty. My husband enjoyed the jambalaya. The serving sizes for prawn me were huge! Very flavorful! I ordered for dessert -beignet (3) and Ube macaron ice cream sandwich. The beignet was a bit dense and the ube dessert a highly recommend. Service was fair. The guy that greeted us was great! He checked in on us. This place was busy on an early Saturday night! Parking was easy to find on the street since it's not in the heart of International District but they also have a parking lot for the restaurant. Two of us were able to share the build a kayak. We chose the headless shrimp, crawfish, and snow crab. We also ordered a side of rice and a lychee macaron ice cream for dessert. Service was great - our server showed us how to peel crawfish and recommended the bayou sauce (chose medium spice) for our seafood. So glad we went with her recommendation as it was perfectly garlic buttery and spicy. One less star because the restaurant isn't the cleanest. Tbh there was some crawfish that had some dirt, but a lil dirt won't kill you. Shrimp and crawfish was well sized. Very juicy heads! The crab legs were already opened so it tasted better. Also they supply you with a cracker, opener and scissors. A tip for extra seasoning flavor for your bag of sauce. Order the house special, and squeeze the lime in a small dish but let the rind and juices soak in the juice for more added flavor. :D you'll wanna ask for extra limes for that! Great place for dinner! Came here with a huge group for my friend's birthday. It was a Monday night so it wasn't too busy, so parking wasn't that difficult to find. They did a great job packing everything for takeout during the pandemic. They even packed the macaron ice cream in ziplock bags filled with ice! I love that it comes with cute bibs, gloves, and wipes in case you want to replicate a civilized restaurant experience at home, but honestly we just dug right in, made a mess, and took on the pounds and pounds of seafood as they are meant to be enjoyed. Which saves you the trouble of having to wait longggg wait times during peak hours. All of the booths and tables are separated for covid safe dining The house easy sauce is so so so mouth watering. I could eat just the sauce on some rice as a meal. It's that good! The seafood selection is also super hearty and good quality. I usually get crawfish and shrimp with crab but for this picture it was for a birthday so we got the huge crab boat. It was spectacular. The prices are a little higher than other seafood boils around, but it's worth every cent! Deffffff better than crab pot or whatever that place is on the waterfront. We ordered a giant boat (King's experience and some fried seafood appetizer for 8 of us to share. The boat was a massive feast- it has lobster, clams, crab legs, sausages, potatoes, and more. On the menu, it was recommended for 6-8 people but man... this is actually for 12 or even more people and we ended up packing so much back home. The food is very salty as you can see from the pictures that it looks like all the food was covered by the muddy sauce. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm from CA so I was looking for something similar to boiling crab I read that Seattle had the best seafood this place was NOT it it had no flavor! And we got all of the flavors and mild my husband's got a spicier one and it sucked i was excited to eat until I tasted it they do give a lot for the pound there were 3 corns and potatoes and we got king crab legs. Came here on a Wednesday night. We were here for Seattle Restaurant Week so we made a reservation beforehand. Apparently it was unnecessary, as the place was 80% empty when we arrived at 7pm. The options on the restaurant week menu were quite limited: 3 options for appetizer, 2 for entree, and 2 for dessert (macaron ice cream has more than 5 different flavors though). Since there were 5 of us, we were able to cover 2 out of the 3 appetizers, both entree options, and 4 different flavors of the macaron ice cream. Appetizer: We had the jambalaya cup and the gumbo cup. They came in a reasonable size (a bowl, almost the size of a small meal). The jambalaya cup contained sausages, beans and rice; the gumbo cup contained similar ingredients but was in a soup form. Both were delicious! Entree: We had both the Dig Me (crawfish, mussel, clam, 1 corn, 1 potato) and the Crab Me (1 cluster snow crab, 1 cluster dungeness crab, 1 king crab leg), in their most popular sauces (Cajun/King's/House special). The food was overall good (steamed seafood mixed with sauces, nothing special). The seafood was covered with heavy sauces so it was a bit hard to judge their freshness. The sauces were flavorful enough, but the difference among the three different kinds were not obvious enough to me. Because of the different structures, the seafood in Dig Me were soaked better in the sauce than the ones in Crab Me. The bag of Crab Me I had also contained 1 corn, 1 sausage, and 1 potato. However it didn't seem to contain as much crab as described on the menu. They both came in huge portion, but Dig Me seemed to have much more food than Crab Me. It makes sense since crabs are much more expensive. Dessert: Both macaron ice cream and creme brûlée were options but we all went with the first. We tried the green tea/Thai tea/jack fruit/durian flavors. They were AMAZING!!! I tried every single one and absolutely loved all of them. Whoever made these ice creams did a perfect job reproducing the flavor of the original fruit/drink in ice cream texture. I am fanatic about durian and I've had a lot of durians/durian flavored food in my life. This is definitely one of the best!!! They were so good that we asked our waiter for their brand name. Service: Fast and attentive. Auto-charge of 20%. Price: $33/person for Seattle Restaurant Week set menu. $42.93 tax & tip included - very reasonable for the amount and the quality of the food you get. read more

I was stuck between the Bayou sauce and the Kings sauce. The waiter recommended the Bayou sauce, which was a great choice. After a short wait a steaming bag of delicious came out. The food was so hot and fresh. The sauce was delicious and everything was great. I will say the potatoes could have used a couple of more minutes though. Came here a few nights ago for dinner. Firstly the instant you walk in the place is absolutely filthy, dust on everything, grime on the floors and gum under all the tables specifically more under my own! We got a couple "boats" and a tempura crawfish app to share, all the seafood tasted bland, frozen, chewy and rubbery. The sauce collected on the bottom of the dish was absolutely horrendous, fishy and just overly salty. To add insult to injury, it's really expensive.... Too add anything to an order its an arm or a leg up front. There are so many better places in the ID like harbor city or dough zone that are cheaper and better. Never again read more

[Take-out in April] Brought back home to eat for my girlfriend's birthday. It was special, so we had to make it a feast! Ordered a seafood boil for two which had all the seafood and meats we wanted to try with several sides including: garlic bread, oyster shooters, coconut rice, and some type of cheese fries. This was way too much food for two people as you can see from the before and after pictures, but we had it for several meals. It was a little on the pricy side, but it was definitely good. The utensils, table covers, bibs, and gloves were all essential to this whole experience of dining on our kitchen table. So this is a first. The wife and I were celebrating our anniversary in Seattle and wanted to eat some good seafood broil before we left for home.
