I would not recommend this motel, BLACK MOLD on the roof of the bathroom. The pool is filthy, graffiti all around the mirror and in the inside of the cabinets, spoiled old sandwich and icecream left inside the room's mini-refrigerator that smelled so bad it made me gag! The microwave was dirty and broken. The comforter on the bed was ripped, NO CABLE either and 50 CENTS FOR ICE. No amenities offered for the price of $90 on a weekday.

For the price range of this motel there are much better options in the city, that are more updated, and cleaner.

The location was very convenient to my destination and I appreciated how there were so many restaurants within a short driving distance. Staff were very friendly, the lobby, eating area, and rooms were clean, and overall the aesthetic and vibe of this space was great! An honorable mention goes out to the breakfast that is included! There was quite the variety of offerings, including cereals, milk, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, a salsa bar, breakfast proteins (aka sausage), fruits, yogurt, granola, and a variety of baked goods. WOWZA, did they have a whole lot! I also appreciated the hot sauce, salt, and pepper packets that they had which are a MUST for me anytime I have eggs. I highly recommend this hotel for folks looking to have a comfortable stay, that want breakfast included, and to be at a convenient location for all the things that Orange has to offer!

I went to disneyland for my 30th birthday, I needed to print out the tickets and I was able to do it on the guest computer. I enjoyed my stay and it was a nice clean room. Was able to get a AAA discount at almost the last minute. The staff was terrific, although when the housekeepers saw anyone coming, they ducked away. That wasn't cool. I wasn't even looking for them, just crossing over to the stairs to get to my room & they scurried like cockroaches in the light as soon as they saw me heading their way. (There is no elevator, btw, so if you cannot do stairs ask for the 1st floor.) The staff attendant at the breakfast was so fabulous. She was really interested in ensuring guests knew what was available and making recommendations when asked. I expected packaged bagels and Costco muffins, but it was a full, freshly cooked buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, toast, potatoes, etc. Or cereal, if you prefer. Very well done. The room was very clean & they even had a bedbug cover for the mattress, always nice to see. The only problem I had with the room was that the a/c needed to be kept at 66 & on 24/7 to cool the room to a reasonable temperature, but when I did that it worked. Part of the problem, I think, is that there is NO SHADE AT ALL, so the sun was blaring onto the a/c. Bring sunscreens for your car because it WILL get very hot. The parking lot is very well lit and felt completely safe. In the morning, I was transferring to a hotel on the Disneyland property, so I left the BW at about 7:30 a.m. -- rush hour and the drive was less than 20 minutes, no freeways necessary. So, great price, excellent location, terrific staff. Also it was an easy check-in and check-out & the manager who assisted was pretty much perfect. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and the service inside was fine but we kept having issues with the valet. We had a handicap placard and they allowed us to park directly in the front which was nice, however when we checked in we walked out and let them know the keys were in the ignition and they said they had it from there.....they in fact did not. After about an hour and a half of getting settled we went back down to retrieve our car and they couldn't find the keys...come to find out THEY LEFT MY KEYS IN THE IGNITION WITH MY CAR RUNNING THE ENTIRE TIME. Nothing was missing and I was so exhausted that I let it go but when we checked out the next morning, they also had an issue getting our keys but were able to find it. Not sure what the issue was this weekend but it definitely could've been much worse and a bigger liability. Hopefully they do better.

I liked that it was really easy (within walking distance) to get to Trader Joe's, many food options and the bus that goes straight to Disneyland. Check in and check out was relatively easy. They made me a bit nervous when they couldn't find my reservation while checking in and again when no one was at the desk to check me out, but I only waited a few minutes each time before things were sorted out. I don't think I've ever stayed in a place this run down; it definitely needs an upgrade. When I walked into my room, there was a pretty strong chemical odor. The decor is kind of haphazardly put together. The water pressure was pretty terrible, there were stains on the towels and sheets and there is a little gap in the doorframe, so you can hear eVerything that is happening outside. They also don't really provide adequate bedding. I was pretty cold at night with just a sheet and that thin brown blanket places like this use. Maybe it was the draft coming in from the door. I probably won't be staying here again. If you do stay here, there's a pretty good Vietnamese restaurant across the street.
