Well second time my car in garage no doubt for same thing. First time they said trouble w motor needs to go actual Ford dealership run diagnostic Ford dealership said it's leaking coolant in number 3 cylinder n either need new motor or at least engine block had it towed AGAIN from there back to crazy cheap they said no you don't need that, we just cleaned out number 3 cylinder and replaced (so why didn't you fix the leakage?) n said car was fine.. that was a few months ago and now same thing happens again.. just put in different block or engine!!.. it's still covered by warranty!!.. problems since 4 days after I took possession of vehicle.. read more

They will often advertise a car that seems too good to be true and then do anything to get you to go away if they can't persuade you to take one of their bad deals. I bought a truck from them as a out of state customer my transmission blew up within 3 days of owning the car. Since I already drove the car out of state to MA for work I called them to see how they wanted to handle the situation they said since I was out of state that the warranty is void. After threatening to bring my attorney in on the matter they said they would do the repairs if I paid to tow it to them... since it's a $9,000 transmission I did that. When the truck was there I also had them fix multiple other things that were hidden on the car they definitely did not do a proper state inspection on this vehicle. Well then I pick up the car and drive back to MA then I drive back to MN no issues. Well one day I'm looking through the truck glove box and I find the previous owner and there wife's birth certificates bank statements and check books. I went on Facebook and called them and we got to talking. They informed me that they got a lesser price on there truck trade in because the transmission was bad. THIS MEANS THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD ME A TRUCK WITH A BAD TRANSMISSION! Which cost me towing fees, rental car fees, hotel fees, gas fees, travel meals and lost work and they refused to refund me a penny for any of this. At which time they told me they wouldn't pay me a penny. So if you are an out of state customer looking for a deal on a truck DO NOT DO IT!!!! Tony the sales guy was a nice guy but not the kind of nice you want to get fucked by especially considering he didn't buy me dinner first. My boyfriend bought a car here paid outright for it, 17k for a 2018 Chevy traverse a few months ago. We live 45 minutes away and we were honestly desperate for a car, and probably a bit naive. When we first saw the car, I looked underneath and saw immediately it needed a new cat converter, the exhaust system itself was pretty rusty but the cat was definitely going to go. We had a handshake deal and we said if they replaced that we would buy the car. The wait times here are insane, each time we visited we were there several hours. Thinking back now I think it's part of their strategy to mental exhaust you and leave you vulnerable. We finally signed on the car and paid for it, and came back just to find that the cat was NOT replaced, and the guy said "it didn't need it" but at this point what do we do? We already paid for it and had been without a car for a month. We left the lot a bit bitter, and immediately had issues, the AC no longer worked, and the car felt "jumpy" we took it back a few days later to get "fixed". This went on back and forth until our 1,000 mile warranty was up. The car now has SO many issues including a bad cat that definitely won't pass inspection, a rotten exhaust, auto start issues, starter issues, tire sensor issues, and more- and the most annoying part which we didn't notice until the snow came is there was a decal on the hood and sides of the car "American Red Cross" that they had not properly removed so anytime the white car is a bit dirty it shows the lettering perfectly. I wish we never came to this place, I can only imagine what the next year will bring with this car. In their Google reviews they can state "you didn't buy the extended warranty so it's your fault" all they want- but the truth is they are liars, who knowingly sell bad cars and will take advantage of you given the chance. I don't recommend it... Don't fall for it. Pay the extra few grand from a reputable dealership, or you'll be paying thousands more in repairs. read more

Do NOT buy a car here ever!! I purchased a vehicle in November of 2023 within the first 60 days of having it, I had it back there twice - once for leaking fluid. By April it needed a new transmission! The employees are completely rude and condescending and would not return phone calls. They continued to blame me because I drove 8,000 miles! I set up an appointment to look at a specific vehicle and even called them twice to make sure the time worked for them. I live 45 minutes away so I didn't want to waste my time if the vehicle wasn't available. I show up there and nobody knew what was going on. A guy came to help me and went to go get the car. He was gone for over 15 minutes and when he came back he told me the car was at the dealership getting work done to it. So I drove 45 minutes away to be told that the car I wanted to test drive was in the shop. The guy showed no remorse and was rude the entire time. I guess I should've known better than to go to a place called "Crazy Cheap Cars" but at least I learned my lesson. read more

I never write reviews but this experience was very unprofessional. It's like they don't want to sell their cars. Wanted to purchase a vehicle between my brother and I as a surprise gift for our father. The truck has been sitting on the lot for half a year. Went to test drive a Jeep with a cashiers check and additional cash in hand. The undercarriage was very rusted so I asked Steve if they can budge on the price at all and was told no and goodbye. No chance for me to think it through. Price was fair so I called the next day to purchase the vehicle at sticker value before making the hour drive out again. Steve was too busy to answer so I left a message with the receptionist. No call back, I called once more asking if there was anyone else that could help give me the final figures to purchase the Jeep at sticker price, was told no and to wait for a call back from Steve. If I can rate this place -5 stars, I would. Jake was my salesperson when I went in today for a test drive. The car was fine overall except that it didn't have heated seats and sterling wheels which typically comes standard on type of car I was interested. I simply just expressed my concern but Jake seemed annoyed and he was not interested to work with me. I also asked if he can give me a trade in estimate for my current vehicle. He told me that they wouldn't be able to offer me anything unless I COMMIT to buying the car there. I asked multiple times to get an estimated price for the new car and that I wanted to know if he can work with me to lower my APR. His answer was just a hard no. I mentioned that I was willing to settle for not having the standard heated seats and steering wheels if they offer me a lower price. Jake replied with "if you don't like the features, and you don't like the payment options, I'm going to put the car back then. " Making the drive to Crazy Cheap Cars was a complete waste of my time. I am genuinely curious as to why this shop is still open with employees like Jake. Think twice and then think again before you do business with them. read more

Terr.i.ble. Unfortunately, the cars they have are decent prices and are in good condition, because this is your typical sleezeball used car business... trying to act like a good place to buy used cars by blasting Christian music. Test driving was a breeze. The car was super clean and everything looked great. They work with like 18 banks. BUT, they still couldn't match the interest rate we got preapproved for with Advantage Federal Credit Union using 18 banks!!! Ridiculous. Well, we liked this van, so we decided to go the "hard" route and get financing on our own. This essentially meant one extra trip out in the middle of nowhere to their business. When they were writing up the bill of sale, they literally tacked on so many ridiculous charges, like $200 for fluids... because windsheild wiper fluid costs so much? They admitted it wasn't fluids for flushing the transmission or anything useful. Also a $400 anti-theft charge... which in actuality is only costs $20. They tried writing down the cost of our trade-in incorrectly multiple times, then jacked up the price of the car when they finally got the trade-in value correct. My husband literally had them re-make the bill of sale EIGHT times, and they still didn't get it right. We walked away. If you do decide to come here, you might end up with a decent used car. However, you will also end up: 1. Making at LEAST 5 trips out to their business, so you'd better live kind of close. 2. Paying a ridiculous amount in bogus fees. 3. Not getting the value for your trade-in, paying more than the listed price for the vehicle (which they said "could never change"), or both. 4. Want to pull all of your hair out trying to make them actually LISTEN to you and having them rewrite the bill of sale 39847927842 times. So, for the sake of your sanity, your integrity, and keeping your hair on your head, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

These guys went above and beyond. I didn't experience anything the critics are saying. Ryan was my salesman in November 2018 and he was outstanding. He knew what our max was and didn't pressure me into all the options they offer like ziebart, extended warranty, etc. He made me aware of those option, did a great job educating me on the value, but when I said no, he moved on. We were trading in a car and on our way to the dealership to do the final paperwork we hit a freaking deer. After the repair they still took the car in trade and didn't alter the deal we made. Now of course that may be unique to our case based on the quality of our trade, but it does go to show they more than kept their word. We are a month in with the new car and love it. Extremely disorganized. Terrible customer service just a massive waste of time don't bother.

I personally did not buy vehicle from here, but was present for the entire process my boyfriend had went through...and by the end ( which hasn't ended ) ...it has been a regretful experience. The beginning was great, test drove a truck ( and loved it )...pointed out an alignment that needed to be done, and they informed us the windshield wiper motor was in the process of being replaced...fine....talked numbers, and he talked it down acouple grand off the price ( they say the won't go down, its there bottom price...thats crap. ) now we're talking financing, do not finance through them...their "best" was around 6-12% interest going through like 16 lenders, he went to a credit union and got...2%, now we're discussing warranties...they had a few different options, and they were WELL AWARE that the truck would be fitted with a plow, even joked around about their experiences plowing and so he went with the best warranty ONLY to find out the next day after driving home that its void once that plow would of been fitted, so immediately cancelled that. The same day it was driven home it was brought to Pepboys, who pointed out that the BRAND NEW rear end that they replaced was leaking all over the rear axle amongst the brakes as well...which really almost never happens, after heated discussions they paid for the fix ( found out that when they put on the new rear end that they never took off the old seals, just literally put on new seals over the old ones ughhhh ) AND they never did that alignment before we drove it home and when Pepboys called about it they said "we did an alignment 3 weeks ago, it doesn't need one ) No?? Well whoever did that alignment should of realized the the steering shaft U joint was completely rotted and no matter what they would of done, that alignment never would of stuck, and that part should have been replaced immediately. NEEDLESS TO SAY, this has all been going on during the past week, and it is still not resolved. I don't know whats going to happen from this point, but those guys are something else, from the "floor salesmen" up to management....including the service department. I have seen more "dropped calls" in the last 24 hours then anywhere else on earth trying to get through to someone who would remotely be helpful...." let me transfer you to so and so...CLICK" come one now, I know that soon i'll need a new vehicle and the only way i'd go to that place is if EVERY OTHER PLACE ON EARTH DISAPPEARED. I went here expecting to walk out of the dealership with a new car. I went in with my girlfriend and I spoke with Jake. He did not introduce himself, we only got his name from the front desk. I've checked out a few other dealerships at this point, so I was expecting to be treated somewhat similarly (for example, To he asked questions such as: what are you looking for in a car, what/why are you trading in, are you willing to look at other cars outside of the brand you have in mind..etc). He just gave me a form to fill out and a tablet to submit some loan information. As he intended to run my credit. He ask what car I was interested in and pulled it up and sent me on my way for a test drive. After driving around for ten mins, I noticed that the car in question was the highest trim as I wanted but did not have specific features I was looking for that was supposed to come with the trim. He explained that he received the car from a rent a car company and they normally don't get the "bells and whistles" I also asked to see underneath the car to check for rust damage, as it is very common on cars in Buffalo due to the snow and salt on the road. Not only did he denied my request claiming that "maintenance doesn't like customers going in their work areas", he also said "I'm pretty sure there's no rust, because it is a 2017 car". "Pretty sure" is not at all promising and I don't understand how he could tell that to someone that's about to invest $17,000 on a vehicle. It was a very exhausting day and the truth is I was willing to compromise and take the vehicle despite the lack of those features. However Jake was not willing to compromise with me on trying to lower the price as it's certainly missing some features I wanted and could have gotten at another dealership for the same price. I asked Jake could he at least tell me my trade in value and what my APR would possibly look like. He then informed me that He could not give me a trade in value on my car without me agreeing to buy the car I just test drove. And he had no way to give me an estimated APR and wanted to just run a hard credit report on me. At that point i was over the sale. And proceeded to walk out. The only positive side I can think of is before I walked out I spoke with the manger of the dealership and he seemed like a much nicer person. He asked me all the questions Jake neglected to ask and took my number down and said they would let me know if they happen to get in any other inventory I was looking for. I ultimately went to Basil resale and I traded in my old car and purchased my Jeep all in the same day. If you ever find yourself at Basil on Sheridan, ask for Nazario! read more

I don't even want to put one star on here. My husband and I went here to get reliable transportation as my husband had a terminal illness. We were sold a vehicle with a cracked block. Had it 4 days and the check engine light came on. Brought back numerous times. Supposedly fixed. I brought to a Ford dealership. They discovered the cracked block. Told Crazy Cheap I wanted my money back and referred to Lemon Law. They told me they could tie up my money in court. I was given the only option of choosing another car on their lot. We did find another car with them but not really what we wanted. We were made to feel that we had no choice. Frankly, We couldn't wait to get away from them. The most unprofessional group of people I've ever met. At one point salesman told me that my problem was that I talk too much...... Anyway, It's taken me awhile to write this as my husband has passed away. I am now stuck with a vehicle in which I am upside down in the loan. Do not go here. read more

I purchase my vehicle and had to take it back for repair and did not get it back for 2 months. Probably the worst experience ever. We encountered many rude people and I will not go back. I would have originally left a good review but man this morning was just the worst. Due to certain circumstances, I needed to bring the car back. Some favors were pulled and it was great! But when I arrived, it was "drop the keys off and go" and we were told we were wasting his time. I never got any paperwork from the start, but I'm especially upset that I received no paper work saying I was no longer responsible for the car. I fear that due to the irresponsibility of this dealership, I might end up having to pay for a car that I no longer have while I'm away at college in a different state. After several phone calls a potential customer was told by a salesman that she had been approved for a loan and that she would be able to drive the car off the lot. After driving several hours to the dealership the salesman told he she had not qualified for the loan. But don't worry. She asked to speak to the manager and he gave her a "heartfelt" apology. Horrible experience ! - Stay away - Far - Far away. They are sleezy and cheezy and will not deal in a fair manner. They love to cut you deep on your trade and charge a boat load of fees on the final bill for total crap you do not need. We bought a car in December 2015 and have had nothing but trouble- engine lights etc ... Our repair shop said they used second rate materials to make car ready for sale. They will not stand behind their product and getting repairs at their shop often takes two weeks JUST to get an appointment. It is not worth all the extra driving and hassle to deal with these crooks ! read more

I've had no problem with the vehicle I purchased. But this place is full of your quintessential sleeze-bag used car salesmen. It's taken 2 months to get a refund on a deposit I put down for the vehicle I bought (which involved using the BBB). I had to make them rewrite the agreement 3 times before they got it correct. We had settled on $7k for a trade in, but "somehow" got written down as $4k in the first run of papers, on the second run they jacked up the price of the vehicle, 3rd run they finally got it right except to write in my down payment (I said the hell with it, I had already been there for 5 hours!!). I got a decent deal on the vehicle, not great, but I would have gladly paid a little more to not be hassled around and to not be treated like I'm some idiot that could be taken advantage of. Called first and inquired about 3 cars. Its about an hour ride away from me, so I needed to verify that the price on the cars were flexible. Told by a Cindy that the price will DEFINITLY be lower than advertised on line. Also, they have a price button on the website making you think they will get you a lower price by entering all your contact information. Well after a long ride there, TAKING MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND MAKING A COPY OF IT, spending a lot of time working with a very nice salesman named Jay, when I mentioned about working out a price on one of the cars I was VERY interested in, his sales manager told him non negotiable. Then after I made it clear that I was told before going there I was TOLD the prices are negotiable, the sales manager just made excuses. I told him you need to throw me some type of bone here as I wasted a lot of my time, my wife's and the salesman. He didn't' care. He would budge AT ALL!! He just wanted to tell me that all there customers drive far because of there GREAT PRICES. I made it clear I was totally mislead and extremely unhappy and I will be posting this note on line to make buyers aware. Amazing that a sales manager would have such little empathy. read more
