But what really made the experience stand out was the people. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner Augustine was genuinely one of the nicest people you'll meet. Never eaten here before and moved to the area recently. Called at 7:12pm and she asked to put me on hold, it's a Friday night so I said absolutely. Waited, waited waited 7min then decided to hang up to call back and because the receiver is off the hook it says 'wireless customer you called is not available' I have called sporadically while looking for other pizza spots and currently is 7:30pm and it's still off the hook. I had a pizza-gasm. I ordered the Monday night special with pepperoni, sausage, and onion. I almost ate the whole thing like one of Dr. Now's patients. Towards the end of my inability to breathe because I ate so much, I thought It's the subtle details, the toppings were in perfect proportion to one another. The crunch of the purple onion fresh. The quality of the cheese, oh yeah , I noticed. That was the driest flavor of Parmesan I have tasted. It was deliciously crisp. The sauce kicked my garlic @ss. We held a celebration of life with 30+ in attendance! I can't say enough about the staffs willingness to assist us with planning and offering a clean and quiet space. Have only been here one time. Ordered over the phone for pickup. Got two different kinds of pizzas (had family in town). Pizzas were ready when we arrived. Still hot when we got home with them (we live less than two miles from them). We all thought it was Meh... just seemed pretty bland. Anyone can have a bad night right? Strolled in here solo for a couple slices and a soda on Saturday around 2 p.m. several larger parties with kids maybe doing a pizza party. Plenty of space with a great vibe that even though the kids are loud it was easy to sit in a separate area of the restaurant to be away from the noise. Music in the restaurant was good and not too loud, and also have some large green TVs with volume off so easy place to hang out. That's the positive. The negative. The pizzas in the cases to buy by the slice had all been there for a while, I picked a couple of them that looked fresher.. nice special with two slices and a soda for $10. The cashier stood by while I paid and definitely reminded me that I could add in a tip. Despite the service just being a quick warm-up of a couple of slices. Anyhow, cashier only stuck in the pizza for 30 seconds and it came out barely warm, making them hardly edible. Dough itself is pretty good, but whatever cheese they use is pretty substandard. That the other similar by the slice spots in town, seem much tastier in terms of slices. Pretty disappointed by the piizza.
