This bright red food truck produces the absolutely best pizza ever. The "made from scratch" dough is perfect and the oak oven creates the ideal crust. We had the margherita pizza and the toppings were as good as anything I've ever had before. Legit wood oven pizza. Great smoky flavor on the crust, with crispy outer edges and good chew. Everything from the basic pepperoni, to the complex and imaginative flavors of the veggie, are top shelf. I have a secret to tell you.... I hate basil, well I hated basil until I came here and got the margarita pizza. I don't know how to explain it other than it's magic. Sometimes I even ask for extra. If you have this place on your list definitely stop by and get a slice, or 3, or a whole pie. It's going to make your day. Their rolling veggie pizza is also a must. This is a picture of last weeks special. It had: apples, blue cheese, spinach, and hazelnuts. I don't even like cooked apples and got 4 slices. I know, I know, basil and apples, I am so weird. Pizza was recommended by Beloved Cheesecake employee and it did not disappoint. The crust was chewy and charred perfectly - not too thin. We had pepperoni with pesto sauce and it was so good. On my way through town, I stopped for a few slices. They were awesome! Thin crispy crust. The red sauce wasn't too much and had a great flavor. They had a seasonal slice, which I didn't try, but sounded great with a butternut squash sauce. Whenever I'm in Silverton I'll come back. read more

It's the crust!! Oh man that crust is the stuff of my dreams. I was there today and a mom asked her son, "pizza?" he said no... "pizza crusts?"... he squealed with delight. Now, that might be a picky 6 year old's standard answer, but I'm on his side. I love this dough, the way it's chewy and crispy at the same time..MMmmm. Not overpowered by a mountain of toppings like the traditional American style pizzeria does it (which is fine, I like that too sometimes!) - but the style of this pizza is the only way to top a wood fired, delicate, yet firm slice like The OOO produces. My standing order is a slice of traditional margherita - and one of the specials, they change super often so it's always a treat. One week it's amazing sausage, next it's pesto with pears and nuts or something else divine. Amazing. Thank you for being in Silverton, and my life! Oh and recently they (bought or leased?) the store-front space next to their cart and parkinglot, so that if it's too hot or cold out, or rainy (hello Oregon), you can now sit inside! read more

It is a very old old food cart/trailer. The woodfired pizza is delicious. Cooked to perfection. The crust is crunchy, light and fluffy. The pie is thoroughly cooked through, not soggy, using local ingredients. Fresh from scratch. You can enjoy a slice at their picnic table or take it across the street to the local Ale house. We tried the margarita, pepperoni and swine with pineapple all very very good. read more

Seating is either outside on benches or in a covered area next door. This pizza is worth the drive, wherever you are coming from! Perfectly crispy and oiled dough, locally sourced fresh ingredients, amazing sauce. They prepare and cook the pizza properly. It's pretty hard to find pizza done this well in the PNW so it's astonishing to have it in a small town Silverton, and at this cheap of a price. The chefs could legitimately sell the same pizza in Portland at some swanky place for quadruple the price. read more

I don't know where else we will eat after a hike at Silver Falls. This will be our go to in the area. The little trailer is not very roomy for staff, but it is packed with delicious pizza. The margherita pizza was PERFECT. I don't think I can say much more than this is just good tasting pizza. Give it a try and let me know if you agree. This is a new pizza cart opened in Silverton, OR, on March 17, 2012. It is INCREDIBLE wood fired pizza!! It is by the slice or whole pie. I usually get a slice while I am waiting for my pie. All of the pizzas on the menu are great... I definitely recommend trying the Meat Special!! I worked at different pizza restaurants while in high school and college, and I try pizza everywhere I go... This is some of the best I've had in a long time!! Your pizza is fantastic! Quality control is hard to find in these parts. People need to realize the reason it is so good is because it is made by hand and cooked one at a time -not brought out of a freezer and reheated. This might mean a longer wait or more limited availability. The foodie food cart culture is slowly making it's way to Silverton. But since you pioneered this area, you will have to do some educating. They make a great pie! Excellent crust. My constructive criticisms are minor: 1) the margherita slices are quite small. 2) it would be nice if there were a few more toppings options, not just the usual Oregon pepperoni and then "veggie" (with many veggies on it); why can't you just get a mushroom pie, say? 3) deep dish and Sicilian are not the same thing! regardless, they make a great Sicilian pie; I just wish it came plain and not with so many toppings on it. This place has the basics down. If it ever went bricks-and-mortar it likely could accommodate more varieties. read more
