So my mom and I stopped by Crazy Quesadilla with high expectations after reading online reviews. First, the Philly quesadilla was amazing perfectly crispy and the flavor was outstanding! I also loved the ranch dipping sauce however, the "queso" that I got for my side was thinner than the ranch and it tasted like water. My mom had the Chicken Bacon quesadilla which was extremely dry and there was no bacon visible to the eye. A good queso would have made it much more flavorful. My only complaint is in the chicken quesadilla the chicken is not diced or shredded up so it's kind of difficult to eat without pulling everything out of the quesadilla; but the flavors are phenomenal. I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and my wife had the spaghetti quesadilla. My wife didn't really enjoy her meal but she would like to go back to try the Veggie. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is the salsa seemed like it was Tostitos salsa. If they specialize in making different kinds of quesadillas I think they should make their own salsa.
