Words cannot begin to describe how special my time at this restaurant was. From beyond satisfactory service to food from the gods, I felt like the luckiest girl alive. To go to this establishment with my college girlfriends was perfect. Lots of laughs. It was two of my friends birthdays and a crab man came out dancing and they got a Polaroid photo put on the birthday wall. How cool is that. My friend erin and I ordered the New England platter and it was perfect for us. Just enough to fill the belly with shrimp and rice leftovers for the two of us. All the crab and lobster meat was well cooked and came out easy. The crazy mix was to die for. Recommend getting extra lemons on lemonade. The mussels were very large warning.

The restaurant is clean and the service was good. My sister, brother in law and I ordered the Shovel. And that it was. Everything was well cooked and between the three of us we nearly polished it off. If you're hankering for lots of seafood and a fun meal, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, this is the place.

My stomach is turning! My seafood bag was extremely oily. More oil then seasoning, even at the bottom. I noticed green mush in the crab meat. I am truly disgusted. $37 down the drain. This place was nice but each time I order it gets worse and worse. Yuck.

Crazy about seafood??? Well crazy seafood is for you! I love the seafood boils. And must say. I been to many of them and this place is one of the best. Right amount of seasoning plenty of seafood. Good for the price.. My son and I ordered one called the shovel and it literally came on a shovel! 2 lobster tails, Clams, mussels, snowcrabs and shrimp! Plenty of potatoes, corn and sausage Also somebody was having a birthday and they had somebody come out in a crab costume for the dessert presentation. Over all great place.

I have eaten at this restaurant on multiple occasions because I'm a fan of seafood. Most of the times i have good service or I ignore the bad service/ rude commentary from the workers because I'm simply hungry. Today I placed an order online, paid for all the fees, and when I got there I decided I would like to just stay and enjoy my meal. I KNEW there would be gratuity to pay since I decided to dine in. When I asked if it was okay to dine in as a customer I was straight up told "NO". The way it was said was like I didn't have the money. She told me and I quote, "No.....if you want ti dine in it's automatically 18% gratuity". Her tone was disgusting and I decided I wasn't even comfortable eating inside. I WOULD have payed the gratuity and any extra fees, yet the treatment was so bad with no question as to why? You guys need to do better with those attitudes.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We were catching up with relatives whom we hadn't seen in 10 years. We took our time and we're not rushed at all. We had raw oysters (yum!), the medium bag-crab, lobster, mussels, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes. It was supposed to serve 2, but could easily have served 3-3.5. We also had dessert-tiramisu and a lemon something. The server was available but not pushy. It was nice to sit and visit over a great meal!

I did feel that the presentation could have been a little cleaner and a little more rice but the dish still held our tastebuds satisfied. We are both gluten free which can be difficult . We ordered their price fix menu which included salad, main dish and desert. We decided that was a good choice. The salad came with a lot of unsavory dead end pieces in it which immediately affects the taste and look of the salad. I would give that a very poor presentation with just a small amount of taste. The deserts that came with it were all gluten deserts. That required us to order an extra dish, the bananas foster which should be good. The presentation was not good at all. The bananas were not caramelized which is part of this signature dish and the bananas were mushy and tasteless. It came topped with ice cream. All in all a disappointing addition we had to pay for. The service was very good and I did tell the waiter of our disappointment with the bananas foster and he said " I am sorry" , I guess I should have asked for the manager but the waiter did suggest to take home the two deserts that we were owed. My husband would probably enjoy them. The cheese cake was very disappointing. It was dull, heavy and tasteless, I took a taste of the cheese parts. The apple strudel passable. They can do better. I know they have a large volume clientele but taste and presentation are key to returning customers at least it is to this customer and her friend. It will be awhile until we venture there again. Maybe they will take this review seriously and make some changes. I would suggest adding a gluten free desert offering to the price fix desert menu like flourless chocolate cake or chocolate mousse something if you want to attract a larger more versatile clientele. The redfish novelle is a very nice dish that I do recommend.

The Hot Lobster Roll was ok, nothing spectacular (3 stars if I'm being generous). The price was high and I've definitely had better ones for less money, but you're at a 5 star resort (kidding, of course) paying casino prices. It did come with fries, which was a plus, and maybe that justifies the price a bit. The fries dipped IN the bisque were good! Service was matter of fact with no personality behind the counter. It's counter service so I wasn't expecting much. I'd give it a solid 4 stars if you average my two items together. Some restaurants serve food. Others tell a story…read more At bNapoli Italian, Chef Momo Camara does both. I've been a fan of Chef Momo since his days at Harbor View Hotel on Martha's Vineyard, where his talent was already impossible to ignore. Yes, he's the chef who cooked for President Obama twice, but what impresses me most isn't the celebrity connection. It's his commitment to seasonality, sustainability, and the people behind the food. Chef Momo doesn't just buy ingredients--he builds relationships. He visits local farms, works directly with producers, and supports local businesses throughout Western Massachusetts. That philosophy is the heart and soul of bNapoli. This time, my favorite dish was the Hamachi Crudo. Thin slices of yellowtail, cured with salt, sugar, and citrus zest, floated in an orange acqua pazza so vibrant it tasted like sunshine meeting the sea. Clean, delicate, and beautifully balanced. The squid tonnarelli was equally memorable. Tender squid folded into house-made pasta with a lemon tomato sugo simmered for three hours, enriched with lobster stock, Calabrian chilies, crab, and shrimp. Rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. My daughter's favorite showcased Chef Momo's creativity at its finest. Using a pâte à choux-based dough, he achieved a texture that seemed to defy gravity--ethereally light, impossibly pillowy, and delicate enough to disappear on the tongue. Paired with sweet roasted corn, asparagus, lemon crema, and crispy basil, the dish tasted like summer distilled into a single plate. As an Asian female chef, I couldn't help but reflect on how underrepresented chefs of color remain in fine dining. Some of the most talented chefs I've met throughout my career deserve greater recognition, and Chef Momo is certainly one of them. His food speaks for itself--thoughtful, elegant, technically precise, and deeply rooted in community. If representation matters to you, if supporting local farms matters to you, if celebrating extraordinary culinary talent matters to you, don't just talk about it. Show up. Make a reservation. Support Chef Momo. Western Massachusetts is lucky to have him.

The dining room…read morestays full, the trays move quickly, and the food comes out hot instead of drifting into that tired, lukewarm zone that ruins most buffets. The space itself is well kept and clean, which matters more than people admit. A buffet lives or dies on maintenance, and Nippon shows real discipline in how it's run. It is not perfect, but it gives you real value for the price, and that alone sets it apart in a landscape where many buffets have declined or disappeared. The strength of Nippon is its seafood. They offer baby clams, crayfish, mussels, fish dishes, and soups that are light enough to enjoy without burning out early. These dishes give the buffet a sense of generosity that many places have lost. The sushi is what you expect from a buffet, not a handcrafted experience, but it is fresh enough and replaced often. The hibachi station adds another layer of variety, and the constant movement of the crowd keeps the food cycling at a steady pace. The imperfections are predictable. Some dishes are filler. The room can get chaotic at peak times. A tray might sit empty for a moment before the next batch arrives. None of this is surprising, and none of it ruins the experience. It is simply the nature of a busy buffet that is trying to keep up with demand. There is one piece of advice that makes the difference between a short meal and a long, satisfying one. The worst way to approach a buffet is to load your first plate with dense, heavy foods. You fill up fast and the meal ends before it begins. Nippon rewards a smarter approach. Start with the low volume seafood. Begin with clams, fish, salads, soups, and crayfish. These dishes let you warm up without tapping out early. You can enjoy more of the spread and actually experience the variety that makes the place worth visiting. The truth is simple. Nippon is not trying to be refined. It is a big, lively, well maintained seafood buffet that gives you heat, turnover, and enough range to make the price feel fair. If you approach it with a little strategy, you can feast for a long time and walk out satisfied. I actually love this place.
