The pinakbet had a great variety of vegetables, long beans, kabocha pumpkin, bitter melon, eggplant, well seasoned with shrimp fry. The lumpia were crispy but it was mostly spring roll wrapper. There was very little filling. The lechón was dry and overcooked. Luckily, there was enough meat in the very center of the roasted pork that had not dried out. The eggplant torta was perfect, as was the flan. This flan is decadent, rich and sweeter than Mexican flan.
