Chocolate chip mint 6/10

Cute little shop located in Fairview, offering drinks and treats, specifically ice cream. Coffee is moderately priced, ice cream a bit on the higher side as it seems to be specialty ice cream.

I decided to come on a whim since I just needed a place that closed late! The baristas were incredibly nice and helpful! I had forgotten my laptop charger at home and they tried to help me obtain on (I had to drive back to my house to get it). The latte I got was okay, I don't remember much about it. Not too sweet at all. I'm actually not sure what I got at this point, I'm pretty sure it was something off of their seasonal menu. The cafe itself was small but had decent seating. Restrooms are stationed outside of the cafe which was fine!

Little coffee shop in a shopping center. We arrived at opening. It was quiet but the Barista was attentive. Drinks were smooth and tasty. They also sell ice crea

We loved this place! Cream and sugar is such a cool little gem with the location that they've chosen. Normally whenever it comes to places with a location like theirs, they strive to make the environment uninviting, to encourage people to get their drinks and leave. Cream and Sugar was the exact opposite! They have a very welcoming environment with Lofi music playing, couches or chairs, and tables so you can study as well. The girl working was so joyous and happy to serve everyone, even when it got extremely busy, and even though she seemed to be working alone. Highly recommend! This is our new date spot!

Still a great place to work at or catch up with a friend!!! Very chill ambiance and friendly baristas. I got a strawberry matcha and I feel like the drink could have had some strawberry purée or something to make the strawberry flavor a little more prominent. For a seasonal drink, I don't know if it was worth the price.

Really like this place! Always a yummy latte and I like the lavender white chocolate! Service is great and vibes are cute.

This is the Pumpkin Chai Latte! My go to fall drink, make it dirty for an extra kick

My husband and I have been coming here over two years now! I never thought I'd see the day where I would become a regular at a coffee shop since I'm particular about my coffee! Ever since my first choice, The Honey Badger (caramel and honey latte) I've never been disappointed! Their seasonal drinks are always the best, and in Fall my favorite is the Pumpkin Chai Latte! I will continue coming back, and it's nice to see that the batistas seem to recognize me and always make a great conversation!

They have a great coffee selection and a nice environment overall. It can get busy but service is quick and the coffee is delicious.

We stopped by to get some ice cream. As a lover of banana pudding, I had to get the banana pudding ice cream. It was so good! Definitely the best I've ever had. Good fresh banana flavor, lots of Nila crackers, and a creamy, not too sweet base. One scoop is big enough to share, definitely will be back very soon!

Oatmilk latte

THIS is one of the better cups of coffee out there! Prices all include taxes. I got the oat milk iced vanila lattee and all the chairs are nice and comfortable. The music was 80s and relaxing to listen to. If you had a phone call, best to walk out to your car fyi. The baristas were all friendly! Wifi could be better, pretty slow ~3.0/1.0 speeds The coffee is made with Lemmas and 183 syrup. It was full of flavor and the oatmilk gave it a very satisfying creaminess. I saw an affogato for $6.5 so that is something I would have to come back sometime and try!

Stopped in for ice cream. Cute place with a fair amount of seating. Some people on devices, most enjoying coffees or ice creams. It was delicious and the wait staff was friendly. We usually drive to Plano for good ice cream, but now that I know this little gem is so close, we will definitely return!

Sweet Bear is a family favorite and definitely worth a visit if you haven't tried them yet! Their…read morebear-shaped waffles are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. My personal favorite is the custard filling, while my kids are obsessed with the Nutella. If you've had Somi Somi's fish-shaped taiyaki, these are similar but in my opinion, even better! Ordering is super easy using the self-service kiosk or by scanning the QR code, which takes you directly to the menu. This cute placed is owned by an incredibly sweet and young Korean couple. Every order is made fresh and when they present you your order, you can just tell that their bears are made with such love. They are so kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend checking them out!

The restaurant is cute with wooden tables and benches. Each table has a cup of conversation starter slips; a nice touch for keeping the convos going with friends. I ordered my go to drink--a Thai Iced Tea. I loved the option to control the sweetness and the amount of ice. I went with 50% sweet. The rich flavor of the Thai tea came through beautifully. I am determined to come back and try their Sweet Bear pastries. I love that they have a savory filling option among other sweet choices. They advertise that they are served warm and fresh, taking around 10-15 minutes to prepare, so order ahead if time is an issue. They have a kiosk order system but only one kiosk. I waited a bit because I missed the ordering QR codes posted literally everywhere to save the wait in line. Oops! My tea was out super fast. No complaints. The owners were super nice. I was greeted instantly and offered samples. I love that they have personalized the place with elements of their story. As others said, there isn't an obvious bathroom, so don't count on Sweet Bear for a post-dentist rescue. Otherwise, a wonderful experience!

No greeting, no order taken, and we were ignored for nearly ten minutes despite being the only…read morecustomers in line. Instead of acknowledging the delay, staff offered excuses and contradictory explanations. When someone finally asked for our order, we asked about a specific smoothie. After being told "We have what you see", we immediately ordered. Of the two employees working, only one knew how to make smoothies. While we waited, multiple customers who arrived after us were helped first. In total, it took about 25 minutes for one smoothie. When we politely shared that we were unhappy with the service, the employee responded by telling us we "took five minutes to decide what we wanted," which is simply not true, stating they were short staffed, and snatching the smoothie back before we could pay and repeating the same inaccurate claims. At that point, we decided we didn't want it anymore and left. I went back in to ask for a manager's name and number and was handed the phone to speak with the owners. They informed me the store was not short-staffed, which contradicted what we had been told. The resolution offered was a free smoothie, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for the poor service. While the owners did listen, which I appreciate, the overall experience left us feeling disrespected. As two women of color, we did not feel valued as customers. What should have been a simple smoothie order turned into an unnecessarily negative experience.
