After waiting all morning with an appointment at Pep Boys and not getting the car looked at, left there and found Creamery Tire nearby. Within a half hour my tire was fixed and affordable. Staff were friendly and courteous. Will return if need arises again and highly recommend. read more

If you are looking for an honest tire shop that has outstanding customer service speed over to Creamery Tire. Seriously, they provide an honest, fast, and friendly experience. Not only are they honest but they are fast and do a great job. I stopped in to see why one of my tires was losing air. Once my car was taken back into the bay they quickly identified that I had a screw in my tire, patched it up and I was back on the road. I was there for about 45 minutes or so not for hours like in other places. I'll definitely be back when I need new tires or if another tire service need should arise. This is the first time I've actually enjoyed buying tires, and moreover watching the client experience unfold. I was recommended to Creamery. I've always gone to Firestone since I have a credit card there - but today they had a 2 day wait and I had a slow leak in a tire and needed to depend on my car to drive to Boston. When I arrived, I was met by Justin Seaward, the Service Manager there, he took a look at the offending tire and said they could certainly diagnose it but he saw that the tread life was getting low and pointed out some damage on the tire itself. I ended up getting two front tires. He was amazingly fast, responsive and genuinely took an interest. It was half of what I was quoted at Firestone and more impressively - done in about 20 minutes. I have never ever had such fast service getting new tires and I bought the road hazard just because I had more faith in this company than any other company. While I was there, I saw them making recommendations that certainly earned client trust - not up selling when not needed. You can tell they have a very loyal client base which I've now just joined. I started going to Creamery when I was a teenager. Their service is always fast, friendly, and affordable. I was thrilled to hear they were opening a spot in East Norriton. I had gotten my tires replace at the original Creamery tire about a year ago. They offer coverage (I believe $15 a tire, not positive) that if the tire gets damaged on the road, they'll repair it for free. I had a as slow leak for a couple of weeks due to a nail in my tire. I was in and out of the shop in 15 minutes with no charge due to the coverage I purchased when I had initially gotten them replaced. I've recommended Creamery for 15+ years and I'll continue to do so. A reliable place that isn't trying to take advantage of you or rip you off. read more

I went there for a diagnosis with a problem tire that another shop couldn't figure out. The technicians at Creamery identified the problem very quickly and resolved the problem. One of the parts was originally misquoted at a higher price but they quickly rectified the price when they checked on the computer. I would have been none the wiser. Their Phoenixville location is not open. But my biggest issue is that they say they are open until 5pm. But they won't take anyone after 4pm. It's ridiculous! People work and want to stop here after work because we can't stop before work. Extend your hours! I'll find somewhere else to get my tire changed. I've been driving for an hour and a half to 2 different locations. This is not what I want to do after a day of work. Completely inconvenient. They turned down multiple people while I was there. These kids just want to go home. They don't care about the customers. read more

Any time there's a problem with my tire, I know to take it to Creamery! This time (for a nail in sidewall) we went to the new East Norriton location because it was closer. Same great service! They didn't have the replacement tire in stock, but ordered one for me. Called me the next day, went on my lunch break, and they got it on quickly. Just wanted to give a big shout out to the guys at Creamery Tire in East Norriton, Lee Hannum and Justin Seaward. I have been patronizing this store since this summer, when they finally opened. I've been there numerous times, as our cars have been picking up nails, screws, etc recently. I have been pleasantly suprised on several occasions when there was no charge for them installing plugs in the tires. They are very honest, too. Lee reported that they would replace a tire at no cost to me, as a prior patch job had been compromised by a second, incorrect patch job. I recommend Creamery Tire to anyone who will listen. read more
