Came here tonight excited to try a new place. The place is modern and attractive, and has a cool vibe and a friendly and helpful staff. I ordered the Strawberry Bond, pictured below. I ordered it with the "premium" cream. It comes with what I would describe as a "dash" of Strawberries, which was somewhat disappointing considering the name of the treat. I was not a big fam of the premium cream, in fact I pretty much disliked it. The 8.95 they charged for it seemed overpriced, and that was confirmed when I got my order. In my humble opinion, this place is selling an experience more than they are selling ice cream. While the ice cream was not bad, it was far from my favorite. This seems the next big hit. Was filled inside and out of people. Such a small area for as many people. I love the concept. You pick your base (premium, organic, cocobut etc.) Of you are lactose free their are dairy free options. They also have a chart to say which has what incredients dairy,gluten etc. You can also pick toppings and things like waffle bowl. You can slow do more of a drink/cup type. The concept seems similar to rolled ice cream. You get your incredients and it's made fresh with cream. If you don't like rolled ice cream but prefer normal ice cream you should try this place. It's really good and doesn't seem to melt as fast. I deducted a star because my friend pulled a long hair that was embedded in the ice cream out. I can't speak for the icecream because honestly, we didn't stay long enough to order. The staff were extremely offputting in demeanor as soon as we walked in, no greeting or anything. Fruity pebbles ice cream for the win! This is my favorite ice cream place and lives up to the hype and higher price. Yes it's interesting and fun to watch them make the ice cream but it's creaminess and smoothness of the ice cream that I love. It also takes forever to melt so is a great choice for those hot summer days. We have tried the banana, Elemint, and fruity pebbles. The banana was great and tasted like fresh ripe bananas. The Elemint was decadent and the mint ice cream was so smooth. The fruity pebbles are what I keep coming back for and my favorite. Wife and I ordered a nitro shake and a regular ice cream, with 25% tip (apparently the cashier/ice cream maker does not receive this, the owner does?????) the total came to $23. $23 for what would pass as a small cup at Starbucks for the nitro shake, and a scoop of ice cream for the regular. Were do I start... horrible customer service, filthy, poor management that's just to name a few. We waited 45minutes for ice cream!!! The place was so disgusting, floors, counters, food everywhere, bathrooms were also gross, could only imagine if an health inspector walked in. They we're obviously short staff and overwhelmed by the constant flow of customers. The three young employees were not the nicest, and you could tell they were extremely frustrated. One kept blaring the music (explicit music at that) anytime she could hear a customer complaining of the wait time. The cashier taking orders legit walked up to the counter eating a bag of Lays potato chips and started taking orders, she even missed her mouth and just kepted on like everything was normal. At times all three employees would just leave for up to 5min and just randomly come back out. The idea is super cool, but I wasn't impressed. Very pricey for ice cream, and it was horrible service. If I could give no stars I would but it won't allow so I guess one will do. I would suggest skipping and going elsewhere! I was really excited to try this spot because they have dairy free ice cream but the service was terrible. My husband and I ordered 2 large ice creams which cost $27.77. Talk about overpriced! We then waited the longest time ever for ice cream. My husband's came out first in about 15 minutes. After 20 mins and other people's orders came out that ordered after me I had to remind them about my ice cream. It took a total of 30 minutes to get my ice cream! It was really busy in there and the line was growing while no one was taking their order. I feel bad for the staff if they were understaffed but they should at least communicate with customers. Half the line ended up walking out because no one was communicating with them and they had been there 10-15 mins without even ordering. This is a cute little icecream shop, and they make the icecream while you watch. The icecream is rich and creamy, and even the small size is a generous portion. I made the mistake of selecting one of their signature items, which was a mango sorbet. I didn't know what "takis" was, and so was unpleasantly surprised with the crunchy chili pepper in an otherwise good dessert. I'm sure some people love it - I won't order it again. The shop is a bit hard to get to, in a wheelchair, because the parking lot and ramps are a bit less than accessible. Inside, the shop is very narrow and small, but they do actually have one table that is wheelchair level, all the rest are bar height. I will be back, but will be more careful about what toppings I get in the future. The staff were informative and helpful - the mistake in what I ordered was entirely my fault! This is the cutest ice cream place ever. The liquid nitrogen portion of the process is the obvious draw but the ice cream itself was delicious. I got the Strawberry Bond which was really good. It does include bits of fresh strawberries which I'd opt out of next time as they were a bit too tart for my palate. Can't wait to go again. read more

The ice cream was super yummy. I ordered the captain crunch and the salted caramel. Both were good, but I would get the Salted caramel next time. My biggest pet peeve is walking into a restaurant/establishment and not being acknowledge. There were several workers and the owner standing around and no one said hello or offered to help us choose a flavor. After sitting I noticed this was pretty common practice.
