Warmly greeted by Wendy who explained the menu in detail and so well. The bad part was everything sounded so good, I did not know what to order! Manny the manager, came up and spoke to us as well, very nice employees. Their Customer Service was so awesome, I asked were they the owners and they laughed at me, but that's how good the Customer Service was! I got the warm caramel apple dessert which came with ice cream, it was so amazing! My husband ordered the banana pudding and he raved about it. So far I've had the cobblers, banana puddings, and churros from here. Everything is fresh and tastes great! A little expensive and can be slow service but the hours are great for late night cravings. Their variety makes it a perfect one stop shop. It is always clean inside. read more

Parking is pretty difficult. I was trying to avoid any type of lot parking and while I did find a close enough meter I went after work so no street parking was allowed on Canton. I went ahead and parked in the lot behind the business. You are asked to pay using the signs QR code. The parking is 5$ and the app automatically comes up with a 1$ gratuity you have to click around to remove. The business is very nice located in a newly built building. The employee working the counter was friendly and greeted me when I entered. I ordered the peach cobbler and the blackberry cobbler both with ice cream. My order was prepared fast enough and I rushed home to enjoy it with the wife. The blackberry was mine and I enjoyed it very much. The ice cream comes with what looks like cinnamon sprinkled on top. Who doesn't love a good peach cobbler? The only issue I have is price point. I paid about 17 and some change. For what you are getting I just would have liked to pay a little less. I know the company seems to be expanding quite a bit in DFW from Arlington to Deep Ellum. Deep Ellum is no stranger to the shuddering doors of newly opened businesses and when you have no parking and are on the outskirts of the more walkable areas then it will be tough. I will give The Peach Cobbler another couple of tries but more than likely I'll be visiting one of the other locations. read more

The music was odd and kind of loud, the establishment however was very very clean! No mess or napkins anywhere Our cobbler came out pretty quickly. There wasn't enough cherries and was too much crust. The ice cream tasted like bland bluebell and the soda wasn't even slightly cold for some reason. So I popped in to the grand opening of the Peach Cobbler Factory last weekend! There's plenty of parking, the inside is extremely clean, and nicely designed. The menu is a fat girl, I mean a dessert lover's dream! There's everything from peach cobbler to churros, both some of my favorite things. With the cobbler options you get a free scoop of vanilla ice cream (a la mode, anyone?). I opted to try one of the pecan cobblers with ice cream and it was so flaky and moist, it wasn't too sweet, it was really rich and divine. The service was stellar and pretty quick, I think I waited maybe 5-6 minutes for my order.
