I have to admit that we went to Creamy Boys because of their name... and that we were curious of New Zealand ice cream. Small spot with an ordering area and a pick up area. They also have some bumper stickers and other things re their name. Pretty cute and funny. My daughter had a blast. A friend and I each tried their Hokey Pokey (New Zealand flavor, crunchy honeycomb toffee blended through vanilla ice cream & sprinkled on top). Looked amazing and generous on the toppings in / throughout as well. Only issue we had that it was super melty, and it wasn't even warm that night in this area. Given the simplicity of the menu, the service here is relatively quick. The person that took my order answered my questions promptly and confidently, guiding me as I browsed the menu. I personally think this place is a on the pricier side, but you can truly the taste the quality of the ice cream here. I genuinely enjoyed my kids sized Hokey Pokey! Vanilla ice cream topped with toffee honeycomb crunches. If you were a fan of the dalonga coffee phase on social media back in 2020, you'll enjoy this classic New Zealand flavor. Usually when a topping gets mixed in, it tends to get soft and soggy, but not this. I could taste the delicious sweetened crunch all the way until the last spoonful of ice cream. It's some sort of industrial mixer with an extruded. The ice cream is, in fact, creamy and it made this boy very happy. I ordered a banana version and they politely or were able to sprinkle the top of hokey pokey. Unfortunately, they were not able to blend it in and I make up. It's one of the best vegan blends she has tried *** HOWEVER because of the way the ice cream is freshly made, you may find traces of dairy with the vegan flavors*** Mixed Berry - also my favorite of fruit flavors using strawberry, blueberry, blackberries, raspberries. Great as a standalone or possible to mix with the other fruit flavors Strawberry - very good and fresh; I loved it mixed with the banana flavor Banana - very mild real banana flavor but doesn't quite shine through compared to Berry. A friend had it made after so it had a slight pink tinge to it. On a separate visit I mixed with the strawberry and it was really good! Seasonal peach: on a recent visit I tried it and it was mild like the banana and the full peach did not shine through. Order at the counter and they'll make your ice cream on the spot and give it to you on the other side. They do not offer samples on the flavors at this time but they are very good! You can order a kiddy (smaller portion) for $6 or a regular for $8 at this time. Overall it's extremely delicious for the normal ice cream and one of the best vegan blends! Since each batch is made right after the other I will say flavors can be a bit inconsistent depending on the day you go.
