The staff informed me that it was gone. Thankfully, I was with my brother, who confronted the person responsible for my car. After a tense situation, the manager intervened and allowed us to retrieve my back door. However, I was charged nearly $2,000 just for the estimate. After taking my car to another body shop, I discovered that many items were missing. I urge everyone to be cautious and not to trust this shop. She came out to take a look at the damage and was willing to buff the majority of the damage out for free. She explained that, because of the specific paint color, she wasn't able to touch up the paint but suggested that I contact the dealership. She informed me that touch up pins were about $20 and the dealership will have it in the exact color of my car. I was so grateful to find that the minor damage could be repaired for less than $20.
