My boyfriend is having a horrible experience with the Charlotte location of Eurofed off of Independence. They have been giving him the run around for 9 months!! Here is a video we captured today which further illustrates the condition of his vehicle and the mishandling it has endured. Here is his review: I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received at Eurofed of Charlotte, NC. This is now the second time I've brought my Bentley in for the exact same issue that was supposedly addressed just a few weeks prior, yet the problem persists unresolved. What makes this situation far worse is that my vehicle has been sitting in their shop for over nine months. Throughout this entire period, I've been given repeated assurances and promises about completion timelines that have not been honored. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and ultimately, the manager admitted they are unable to deliver a satisfactory repair. The condition in which my vehicle has been kept is completely unacceptable. My Bentley has been left outside with the windows down and, unbelievably, the keys left sitting on the driver's seat. Additionally, various parts from the dashboard, engine bay, and trunk have been removed and carelessly thrown into the back seat on leather upholstery showing a complete disregard for my property. This experience reflects not only poor workmanship but a troubling lack of respect and professionalism. It feels as though there is a clear disregard for certain customers and a lack of accountability in how business is conducted. I'll be honest -- I had written this location off in the past because of issues under the old management. My experience then left me frustrated, and I didn't think I'd be back. But the new team in charge has completely turned things around. They went above and beyond to make sure everything with my car was handled properly. Communication was clear, service was professional, and the attention to detail was a night-and-day difference compared to before. It's rare to see such a dramatic improvement, but credit where credit is due: this is a whole new shop now. I feel confident bringing all of my cars here going forward, and I highly recommend anyone who may have had a bad experience in the past give them another chance. read more

Honestly this has been the worst experience in vehicle service. Avoiding feedback , failure to complete service as stated and they have had my vehicle for 2 months. This location definitely doesn't represent the experience I received in Atlanta. I initially took the vehicle in for a repair and had to bring it back because it was worse than the initial drop off. I have a grey 2013 c300 that nobody would tune and my last call led me to Eurofed. These guys will take care of you like no other. Not only did they add a surprising amount of power. They also cared for me they recommended against some stuff even knowing they could charge me more to add stuff but they told me to not do it because it wouldn't be good for my car. They did a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) on my recent purchase and missed so many items that should of been caught, Its apparent they are just another shop trying to make money and not do the work. Explain to me how your doing a diagnostic and dont even notice that the car has no heat or air? I mean that is basic stuff.. Door locking system on one side is going bad, This is supposed to be a 2 hour details diagnostic of the car systems.. I can not trust these kind of shops.. read more

Was given a quote with wrong hours and they did not know what had to be done (that should have been first sign). Utilized their drop box after hours and got a call from them the next day saying they started work and needed to change a hose, won't be in until Monday, no big deal. Monday comes and I receive no call from them saying my car is ready. I call Tuesday and they said my car will be ready by the end of the day. Picked the car up the next day, drive 3-4 miles and I get an alert saying shut engine off coolant level too low. Pulled over, popped hood and there is coolant everywhere. Was able to get the tech to stop by and he found a coolant hose disconnected (the same tech who worked on the vehicle). Told me to put water in it and drive it back to the shop. Got it back and spent another hour or two there getting it cleaned up and getting coolant back in it. The shop manager seemed pretty adamant about leaving the water in and not actual coolant, FYI. Had a friend follow me home and noticed that my belly panels were hanging down. It wasn't hanging down like that when I brought it in, called and they stated everything that came off went back on, wonderful, now I'm flapping in the wind till replacements come in. This is the second time that I've had my car here and both times they have left a coolant hose off. I really wanted to trust and be able to have an Indy shop to go to, but that's not happening. I'm happy they corrected the issues that arose, but it could have been handled in a different way. I would say don't believe the hype you see about them online. read more

Contacted to conduct a PPI since I was not physically present. Nate was responsive to request for doing the PPI and listened to my concerns via phone so they knew what to look over. Following the PPI provided absolutely no documentation for my records but had no problem charging me. Contacted multiple times asking for paperwork and got nothing. They are a good bunch of mechanics very passionate but they tend to get in a little bit of a hurry sometimes and things don't get put back on right and also really should be calling you but I spoke to Josh and it's probably been over two weeks ago but it was a Friday and I was supposed to bring my car back in Monday because I got an oil change and I started smelling oil I go back where I got the oil change at and said that the valve covers were leaking on both sides in the corner which that is what we fixed not even 3 months ago and he also said that either my timing chain cover or rear main seal or both is leaking. But the reason why I'm just now getting back to you is because I had an accident that weekend I talk to Josh Sunday was pumping gas and was walking back and noticed something hanging underneath my car and I bent down and needless to say the guy in the pickup truck apparently decided to have a stroke and Floors it straight to me all I have time to do is to lay flat on the ground and it still got me pinched my left side I was in the hospital for a week supposed to get my car out April 2nd I know this is a long text but y'all are closed and just wanted to give you a heads up if you were wondering what happened to me. But besides that they do great work and we'll go the extra mile if need be and sometimes things just happened you can put new gaskets in and seals in and they immediately are bad it just happens sometimes I just hope that's what it is and not the rear main seal or the timing cover which I have extended warranty but it's like I haven't even had a chance to enjoy the car man. read more
