5 weeks waiting, 3 phone promises: "we will call you back with quote" from both Charlotte's locations. When I left, well deserved, negative feedback. Suddenly Manager Mirza remembered my cellphone number and sent me ugly DM :"it is obvious that you are board" Eurofed's "professional" ppl provide "professional" response and even more "professional" services to those whose car they work on!!!!!!

I have a grey 2013 c300 that nobody would tune and my last call led me to Eurofed. These guys will take care of you like no other. Not only did they add a surprising amount of power. They also cared for me they recommended against some stuff even knowing they could charge me more to add stuff but they told me to not do it because it wouldn't be good for my car. Very good moral ethics thank you to everyone there and especially Logan. I have plenty of cars coming you're guys way (good prices too)

Great crew and amazing service! I highly recommend them! Nate is always extremely helpful!

    Belly panel missing hardware.

Was given a quote with wrong hours and they did not know what had to be done (that should have been first sign). Utilized their drop box after hours and got a call from them the next day saying they started work and needed to change a hose, won't be in until Monday, no big deal. Monday comes and I receive no call from them saying my car is ready. I call Tuesday and they said my car will be ready by the end of the day. Picked the car up the next day, drive 3-4 miles and I get an alert saying shut engine off coolant level too low. Pulled over, popped hood and there is coolant everywhere. Was able to get the tech to stop by and he found a coolant hose disconnected (the same tech who worked on the vehicle). Told me to put water in it and drive it back to the shop. Got it back and spent another hour or two there getting it cleaned up and getting coolant back in it. The shop manager seemed pretty adamant about leaving the water in and not actual coolant, FYI. Had a friend follow me home and noticed that my belly panels were hanging down. It wasn't hanging down like that when I brought it in, called and they stated everything that came off went back on, wonderful, now I'm flapping in the wind till replacements come in. This is the second time that I've had my car here and both times they have left a coolant hose off. I really wanted to trust and be able to have an Indy shop to go to, but that's not happening. I'm happy they corrected the issues that arose, but it could have been handled in a different way. I would say don't believe the hype you see about them online.

I set up the appointment and because they were a little busy I did not mind. I just rented a truck from u haul. The truck was all fixed, not further issues and 6 months later I am still 110% satisficed with this shop, their repair work and their honesty. I highly recommend them! Richard T of Charlotte,

I stopped at an auto zone not knowing what exactly I needed but figured they can help me out. I was in line waiting to be helped and asked the person in front of me if he knew anything about AC issues. To my luck, this lovely gentleman with the most infectious smile gladly went out of his way and out of the line to help me find the product I needed for my AC. Luckily all I needed was some Freon. After my purchase, he was so kind enough to wait for me and help put in the Freon in my car and show me how to put some in myself. Castro definitely saved the day from another day of hell in the heat and will forever be grateful. He gave me his business info incase i ever needed any services in Charlotte. Definitely a very kind soul and will definitely bring my car in whenever in town! Thank you Castro!

Returned to this service and he refused to honor repair. He stated that he actually saved me money because I got an extra year out of the catalytic converter. Never mind that this is what the engine error was originally! Never mind that he charged me over 2000 for unnecessary repairs. Also staff destroyed my key fob, owner would not replace. Low tire, low engine oil lights are on when I picked vehicle up. Owner refused to speak to me regarding them.

Then they found out GM no longer manufactured my engine, so it would cost $7K for them to put in a used one. That didn't sound right to me, so I called Coffey to see when I could bring my car by the shop. I didn't tell them what the other repair shop told me. Coffey said it was the thermostat, and charged me $372. A big difference from $7K. Needless to say, I won't be going back to the shop that tried to cheat me.
