Here is his review: I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received at Eurofed of Charlotte, NC. This is now the second time I've brought my Bentley in for the exact same issue that was supposedly addressed just a few weeks prior, yet the problem persists unresolved. What makes this situation far worse is that my vehicle has been sitting in their shop for over nine months. Throughout this entire period, I've been given repeated assurances and promises about completion timelines that have not been honored. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and ultimately, the manager admitted they are unable to deliver a satisfactory repair. The condition in which my vehicle has been kept is completely unacceptable. My Bentley has been left outside with the windows down and, unbelievably, the keys left sitting on the driver's seat. Additionally, various parts from the dashboard, engine bay, and trunk have been removed and carelessly thrown into the back seat on leather upholstery showing a complete disregard for my property. This experience reflects not only poor workmanship but a troubling lack of respect and professionalism. It feels as though there is a clear disregard for certain customers and a lack of accountability in how business is conducted. Oil change came out to be $99 and the front desk worker did confirm they did a full check on my car including fluids and tire pressure. Well, the next day I checked and my tire pressures were low (around 25 PSI when they're supposed to be 32) and my power steering fluid was also very low. It refused to start for a few more days after this so I got it towed. Being new to Charlotte I thought this place would be good to tow the car to due to it's great reviews and how close it was to where I lived. It is not and I have absolutely no idea how it has so many good reviews. Sadly when they investigated my vehicle the following week (not concerned about how long it took, it was during the holidays so it is understandable that it took them a while to get to it) the car started. I guess because of this they decided to not investigate the issue further, note the car still has trouble starting and will likely break down again in a few more days which I assume is what they are hoping... They either did not find the issue out of laziness or chose not to disclose it in hopes my car would be back there for another $150 "Drivability Evaluation". They charge $78 to clean rear brakes. This includes spraying your brakes with a can of $5 brake cleaner. The only thing they offered me that was priced fairly was the oil change at $66. I rejected all of these services besides sadly the fuel system service and oil change. I was under the assumption that the fuel system service actually included a full service and not just a $20 cleaning solution dumped in with my fuel. I should've asked first which is my mistake. I'm writing this review in hopes other people do not make that mistake and maybe this scam of a business can start operating fairly with the consumer in mind. UPDATE: Owner was "threatened" with a chargeback that he seems to love to overdramatize into something it's not. He seems to have a habit of misrepresenting things, especially his services. I was polite during the call while the associate on the phone was yelling and screaming and hung up on me. Also I didn't have a SO make any reviews about my experience as that is my experience and mine alone. After learning about how your business operates I most definitely took my car and left without coming back inside to ask for you to take another look. I have never been told this before and this is the fifth car that I have owned and had inspected every year. When I asked the manager and the worker to show me the law it did not state five years was an automatic fail. It stated that the tread or something had to be wrong with the tire. The worker showed me on his phone this law and when he realized that he was wrong he came back and said there was something wrong with the tread on my tire. I know he was lying because this is a tire place. If there was something wrong with my tire that would have been the first thing that he would have pointed out. Oh and then they tried to say that I did not pass the inspection because of my windshield wipers. When I arrived I asked the cashier how much were their windshield wipers. I guess they thought they could try to add that on to my items that I needed also. This place is a rip off! And the law book he showed me was from year 2002. Which is 25 years old. I will never go there again for anything because they are obviously trying to cheat the customer. I knew something was wrong when the technician was poking my tire with a device. To me that was an indication that they were trying to do something to my tire so that I would have to buy a new one. I drive this car less than 2,000 miles a year so there is nothing wrong with the tread on my tires. I just had my tires checked two weeks ago. This place is a rip off. Apparently this shop doesn't think this is necessary as they are too busy to concern themselves with any sort of Customer satisfaction......if this shop ever states a repair is needed, ask they explain and show proof the repair is really required....
