Just stopped in for a pedicure which was overall great, except it was $57 for an express pedicure - $35 for the pedicure and $22 for gel polish - WHAT??? I have never paid that much for gel polish. I feel very ripped off. The service was not bad, just felt super icky at checkout as I have never been charged so much for gel polish. And my smile went away. I feel like I was overcharged and that is NOT COOL! Anyone thinking of going here, Be sure to ask pricing ahead of time, I guess. They don't list them, so they can charge whatever they want, I suppose.
I returned to this place because my first time there was great. This time however was a different story. Helen, who did my pedicure was great, not very creative with designs on the big toes but her service was acceptable. The lady who did my powder manicure was an entirely different story. She was sloppy, rough, cut my middle finger. It was SO bad that I didn't tip her. I am a pretty generous person; your service has to be truly awful for me to not give you anything at all. When I pointed out my concerns I was met with excuses and no attempt at correction. Instead she wanted to show me pictures of her in China; it was exhausting entertaining her and all the more irritating that her personal life was overshadowing my service. I won't return.
Happened to stumble upon this nail shop while waiting for my rental car at Enterprise. Stephanie was able to take me as a walk in. I didn't have any specific color in mind but I just looked at their Yelp pictures and tried to copy an old photo. The gel manicure was really good! My hands didn't feel hot under the gel light too. Great cuticle cutting process without getting knicked. Price was $42 and they ask for CASH for tip. It's been a week and the gel manicure seems to hold up quickly. Will be back!
On my first visit here I was very pleasantly surprised. Angel did my pedicure. I told her that I occasionally get ingrown toenail so please be careful with my toes. She did an amazing job. She actually cut my toes nails perfectly, and filed them to ensure I wouldn't get another ingrown nail, which I really appreciate it, Angel is the best for pedicures. I also got a dip manicure done here by Lonnie. She was awesome. She shaped my nails and did my manicure perfectly. Also, my dip manicure was the best I've ever received from any salon, nice and thin and natural looking. I would 100% recommend coming back to this place, they are very busy though so you will need a appointment
Q nails and spa was scary.....The receptionist was nice ,ladies that did my mani -pedi were aggressive. Pedi- she dug into the skin of my toes, pulled and twisted...mani- OMG!! She kept nicking me with the machine that buffs off color on your nails ,NOT YOUR SKIN..my fake pinky nail was also buffed off..,ouchie!!.... if you're not a regular here, they're not nice to you but in a hurry to get you out of there, good luck ya'll ,this place did not feel like a spa to me...
Paid $62 for a mess of a full set & she charged me extra for the length yet filed the extra charge away. The lady that did my nails didn't know how to properly apply acrylic & made it extremely thick. What I asked for & what I got is totally different. It's unfair to leave people with this outcome when they ask for such a simple set. How do you mess up a long coffin white set? I didn't bother fighting it because there was no way of fixing it and I was so bothered I just wanted to leave. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Just giving an update on how AMAZING LANNIE is the staff is so wonderful ! Lannie had to take care of a family member so I was taken care of by Kelly. She was wonderful. Lannie is my go to girl! See ya in a few weeks!

Stephanie seemed like she was in a rush and I tried to point out that my left thumb was crooked after she shaped them and she just swiped the file over it twice and said it was fine now and suggested it was my viewpoint that made it look bad. She nicked two of my fingers and on my French tips, she left some white behind as she removed the white with acetone to create the tip. ( it's one of my pet peeves) I understand I was a walk in but if they are going to rush through the work that their customers are paying for, just turn me down next time. You also cannot add tip to the transaction but I used the atm. Even though I was super disappointed in the quality I still believe in paying for services done and tipping for service accordingly. Anyway, I will never return and frankly I want to take this full set off already and I am writing this in my car right after I paid. Bummer.

This place was such a life saver and I loved it! I have my own nail place, so I searched frantically online and came across it, and Angel worked me in like the Angel that she is! She set me up with Ivy who did my pedicure and let me tell you, they did an exfoliation and leg massage and it felt great! This place is so pretty and I loved it! My first time here for a regular manicure. I wish I remember the girls name who did it cause she was great! 7 days and my nails are going strong with no chips or marks. They look like I had gel done. The price was the lowest I was quoted from other salons too read more

Loved my 1st experience here. I got a wonderful dip manicure by Lani. Her work is wonderful. I highly recommend. I also got a pedicure from Angel. She is great. She helped me with an ingrown nail and it was painless. I highly recommend. read more

So my wife comes home with what looked like a great manicure from Q Nails. But within 2 hours the dip on her nails began to fall off, first one nail then about 20 minutes later another nail lost its dip. She tells me this service is called a powder dip black color and costs $38 dollars. She then called the nail shop and spoke to Angel and that didn't go so well. While I'm sitting there looking at the fallen nails in a plastic bag, I overhear Angel tell my wife that she didn't believe a dip could fall and continued to be very rude on the phone, after a brief conversation Angel tells my wife that you can come back to the shop and have it fixed. So today (2 days later) my wife goes in to have the nails repaired. Immediately she catches attitude from Angel about not having an appointment and to have a seat and wait. My wife waits and is eventually seated. Once seated another employee begins to help her and while doing my wife looses another nail. The employee gasped which caused Angel to come over the table and tells the employee to shush! Then starts talking to the employee in their native language. My wife finally had enough of this process and rudeness and asked for her money back. Angel gets in my wife's face and says then "give me back my nails" as if those are real options in a situation like this. Angel continues to yell about my wife coming into my her shop playing games and causing problems. My wife had to tell Angel several times to get out of her face. So at this point it's obvious that Angel lacks proper management and customer service skills. So after about 2-3 minutes of Angel yelling like a crazy person, in a full salon, My wife was able to have her 3 damaged nails repaired. My wife came home and was hot!!! I've heard other people complain about the customer service here and even cautioned my wife about going here even though her friend recommend she go but just to be prepared for some rudeness. Funny to me how you ladies will put up with poor customer service, ignorance and poor management all for the sake of convenience. I dropped my wife off here the first time but won't ever do that again. Q Nails is definitely a no go - no return. read more

1st time here... super picky . Came in fairly late (6pm) on a Monday and only waited a few minutes. Too hot inside for my liking.. needs AC. Christine (or maybe Christina.. hard to understand under the face mask?) did a very good job on my fills today. She was very nice and didn't chatter incessantly... which I was grateful for after a long day at work. Fills were $17 with NO extras, a little pricey! I will be back again. read more

Okay so I had to update this review. Even though the ambience is welcoming and the staff are so friendly I didn't come back. It wasn't because they did a bad job or anything like that I just found a salon that was 8 minutes away from my house. But if you are around this area and are looking for a nice laid back nail salon this is the place to go! You won't regret it. read more

My daughter and I have been coming here for over a year now, religiously.. every two to three weeks. We have tried nearly every other nail salon in our locality. This salon by far is the most professional, efficient, and sanitary. All the technicians wear gloves, and they always line the pedicure tubs. They are up to date on all the current nail trends, and always work to our satisfaction! Thank you so much read more

Went on a whim to get my nails done, excited to find a new place the last fucked my nails up I had to go home and reshape them the very next day my nail broke I called they fixed it with an argument and back lash the weekend went by and my nails started to lift not even a whole week after getting them done and another nail broke I could see if I did he's y things with my heads or was just rough my nails but they're super short and I don't do much called again to give them a second shot went back and the lady fought me wen I got there and said it was my fills that needed to be done well I get in my car and my nail breaks again the worst service and the worst experience ever I'm so disappointed read more

I love this nail salon! They do the best manicures and pedicures. The ladies always take such good care of me. Their nail design skills are phenomenal! Every trendy design I've asked for, they have done it even better than the photo. They do walk-ins but I recommend getting an appointment and really enjoy pampering yourself. read more

I have not had my nails done in over a decade, decided to treat myself and get back in it. Started going here regularly earlier this year and in June I brought a potential new client. When I went to pay and mentioned their website offer of 15% off both services the nail technician consulted with another woman who said they could offer me 10% off. I let them know the website showed 15%. They then offered me 15% off one service. Frustrated at that point, I said I would pay whatever they were going to charge me, but that is not the offer on their website. I looked at my receipt later and they did the right thing and gave me 15% off both services. Sadly the fact that they wanted to negotiate their website offer disappointed me, made me feel uncomfortable in front of my guest and left a bad taste in my mouth. With so many other nail salons in Chino Hills we did not return and took our business elsewhere. Interestingly enough after finding a new nail salon I noticed differences right away that resulted in not only a better experience, but cheaper prices. Sadly for Q Nails they lost my business and that of a prospective client. read more

How much is gel acrylic with stiletto and designs?
A FSG is $41. The shape and length of the stiletto will be additional cost of $10+. The design depends on how many fingers and the difficulty of the design.
How much is a gel manicure & regular pedicure?
Hi, gel manicure with regular pedicure is $46. If done separately, gel manicure is $30 and regular pedicure is $22. When you do both together you get a discount.
