Ava did my nails, I hadn't had fake nails before and I tried their cat eye polish I believe it's called. They are amazing. I couldn't decide between two colors and Ava said let's do one of each color and then you can decide which you like best. She went above and beyond helping me and explaining what she was doing and why. She did the extra work of applying two different colors o couldn't decide on and I told her it's okay I didn't want to make more work for her and she was so sweet and said no it's no problem I want you to love them it's okay! I highly recommend this place to anyone! I went there for the first time today - I called and was able to get an appt within 10 minutes of my call. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and put in a chair. The store is very clean, basically brand new! The music was really calming and peaceful and the 2 ladies working there were both attentive and warm and friendly. I got my gel pedicure done by Sunny. You can tell she put a lot of care and kindness into her work; she was so gentle with me and did such an amazing job with my nails! She was so thoughtful and even gave me a massage with hot stones! Not sure if it's included in their regular pedicures but it felt like she was going the extra mile to be caring and attentive to me. Thank you so much, Sunny! First and last time here. Yelp says acrylic full set. I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist said "we only do dip sets so try dip"... so I did. Horrible set and pedicure. I asked the lady doing my nails for French tip when choosing out my colors the receptionist overheard and said "you needed to request that when you called for an appointment" very rudely in front of the whole salon. I don't do well with confrontation so I said "oh okay, just nude dip please". The nail techs proceeded to talk about me the whole service and stare, I felt horrible. The lady doing my pedicure did a bad job, she pained and filled my nails and I paid for the 2nd highest package & she not do any callus removal or Cuticle removal ..... Total I paid $97 + Tip . Will never come back here again. My left hand looks OK but my right hand nails look like spatulas. read more

Never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon. I never felt so racial profiled. Called to make an appointment, told me 330pm for manicure and pedicure. Few minutes they called me back to come in within five minutes so I did only live 5minutes away from this place. Lady took long after they sat me down. Asked if they did callus scrub treatment and looked at me weird and told me all have callus treatment. Did the bare minimum of a pedicure I would say hardly a scrub. All the working woman kept starting at me and making comments. Three ladies able to do my manicure none of them took me, I'm Hispanic. The one doing my pedicure kept apologizing for not doing my manicure. Holding my tears. How can someone make you feel like this. A business. Once done able to get up and pay at least for my pedicure, receptionist kept saying sorry and if I would have came earlier or made an appointment...... well not professional at all.
