I decided to try this place because of the great reviews. The salon is nice and appears clean. Workers were friendly but the quality of work is poor..my gel polish was painted over my cuticles and very lumpy. Just not qorth having my nails look horrible for 2 weeks. read more

I got my nails done, acrylic gel. The lady was very kind however, it was a rush job. Lots of lumps and the shaping was inconsistent. After 2 days the edges of my nails were lifting and after one week I had already lost a nail. The ladies were very kind but they're work was not the best. read more

I googled a nail salon near me. Create Nails, was the closest to me. I called to make a same day appointment. The lady was very polite over the phone. I walk in for a manicure and pedicure. Cindy and Jenny greeted me with smiles. They new it was my first time there. They made me feel like a princess. I am so happy with the service and great selection of nail polishes. This is my second time here and will be my last. The lady that did my pedicure was not good at alI but since I was in he area and my other nail place I always go to was booked decided to give them another try. I usually go to Love Nails in Chino but they were booked and I was in dire need of a pedicure. The lady barely trimmed and pushed my cuticles with her tools. The massage was more like a lotion rub down and on with the polish. The entire pedicure was 25 mins from start to finish. read more

I had been searching for a new nail salon and nail tech for the past three months and so happy I found this spot! Went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax in December 2018. It was a good experience but I didn't feel it was worth writing a review... yet. I decided to go back but this time I requested an appointment with Cindy, after reading all the positive reviews about her. She was great! Very friendly and attentive. I love my pedicure!! Cindy took her time and was very thorough. I consider myself pickier than the average person when it comes to pedicures, and I will definitely be back. The shop owner, Megan, is also very sweet. I think I've found my new nail spot now I haven't had a manicure yet but will give it a try next visit. read more

I hadn't done my nails in a long while so I asked my BF's cousin to recommend a place and she said here and to ask for Cindy. I decided to give it a try and loved how my experience was as if I was at my favorite nail place back home in AZ. This was back in August and ever since Cindy and Megan have always taken good care of me. I've never had any issues nor complaints. I am only giving 1 star and I've not even had them work on my nails I called at 10:30 am to see if Cindy could fit me in for a take off/new full set. An to cancel tomorrow appt. I got an appt for 2:30 today. Unfortunately my mom fell and broke her pelvis and I thought I was going to be going to Long Beach so at 1:04 pm I called to cancel. I got major attitude from who ever answered the phone. I found out I wasn't going to have to go so at 1:56 I called back to see if they could get me in and they gave me attitude again. So apparently they don't need or want my business. I mean everytime I go by there they're never busy in fact when I walked in the salon earlier this week there wasn't a customer and only 1 yes 1 employee. My thought is if they're this rude now what would it be like having them do my nails. I will fond someone who wants my money and not this place!!!! read more

I called today before heading over there and asked what time they closed and the lady said 7 pm so i headed over there like around 3pm about to walk in when the lady at the front stoped me from even coming inside (embarrassing) and told me sorry to busy so i still asked how long will it be she said 30 min and i told her i will wait she said no come back later tonight or tomorrow not to mention she was just sitting down talking on her phone since when its it ok to say no to a customer very awful experience and customer service i will never come back to this place read more

I wasn't entirely satisfied with how my nails came out. They were very short and shaped badly. The lady who did my nails as well as my sister in laws was very nice but the work was done poorly. I might go back to give it another try because the pricing was nice, maybe just wont ask for art this time ? read more

Omg horrible service the worst they open 30 min late when there sign says 9am I'm waiting there's for ever in this heat then I tried calling is not even set up to take phone calls so I had no choice then to leave I also have lots things to do then I get there at 6pm cause it's the only time I have left of the day there's only 2people working which is crazy to me then finally we finish my nails then I asked for them to do my lashes she argues with me and tells me no I'm to tired omg I just moved to this area and I'm trying to find good service so I could keep going too I mean I know we are all tired but when you own a business you should never argue with the costumer let alone tell them your tired Bad bad bad don't go there you own a business then you should act like it period . read more

my family has been going to megan and cindy since i was 16 (im 27 now) myself my mom my sister-in-law as well as my cousin all go there. they have watched my kids grow and up until recently were very friendly and sweet people. just recently told me i couldn't come back AFTER OVER TEN YEARS OF BUSINESS because im "too picky". LOOK, if im paying you $40+ every two weeks faithfully-if i dont like something or if i want something changed im going to say something. very rude very evasive and disrespectful. to add insult to injury, they gossiped to my mom and cousin about me like they werent going to tell me!! before this, i had nothing but good words and recommendations...Now i say BUYER BEWARE. getting upset because i want to get quality for what i pay for ISNT PROFESSIONAL. First time here ... just got my toe nail color changed and my 3 year old daughter wanted her hands and toes painted ... no one else was there when they were all done with my daughter ... they rushed us out so fast that my daughter's toes got messed up.
