They wouldn't have this high of a rating - and I definitely wouldn't have hired them if the reviews were a reflection of what it is like to actually work with this company. It's been an over a month and they are still calling me to try to bully me into removing my review. I had to block them. Update 5.24.26 - our deck is peeling and needs to be completely redone. Hiring this company was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made as a homeowner. They didn't show up when they said they would -- multiple times. Not only did they fail to arrive as promised, they also didn't bother to call and let me know. I rearranged my schedule and even took two full days off work so I could be home for them to complete tasks that required my presence, and they didn't even do the work. That alone shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time. When they finally did show up, the quality of the work was horrendous. Instead of taking the time to tape off or remove hardware from our deck, they just painted right over it. They left paint on my windows, killed plants, and left overspray on multiple surfaces that should never have been touched. To make matters worse, the product they used on the deck allows the natural knots in the wood to bleed through, leaving the finished result looking blotchy, unfinished, and downright atrocious. I've had to call them back several times to fix sloppy mistakes, yet issues still aren't resolved. Their crews clearly rush, cut corners, and show no pride in their work. Customer service has been dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to take real responsibility. After all of this, their idea of compensation was a measly $200 credit for the damage and disruption -- an insulting gesture compared to the cost, stress, and time I've lost. This company lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for customers. If you value your time, your property, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

He gave us a clear and concise estimate on the work with different options to choose from We could either get the complete patio and pool surround done or do it in stages which because of our deadline we choose. They came with a crew and completed all work yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately we have worked with other companies in the past. Don't go to any other company but this one. Rick and Kalen did a very professional job removing the old caulk and applying the new caulk ensuring no voids or gaps where further water damage could occur. Additionally, there was an area not visible from ground level above two of the windows that also needed to be fixed but was not initially quoted which they agreed to do at no additional charge. When the doors were all rehung there are gaps around them since they were put back in the wrong locations. This low level of professionalism is why I wouldn't recommend working with this team.
