Donna consistently pushed me toward expensive packages I didn't want. At one appointment, I was literally in the middle of Botox injections when she came into the room, stopped the assistant, and oroceeded to attempt to sell me five syringes of filler...far more than I'd ever use if I wanted to maintain a natural look. It felt unprofessional and intrusive, and I left feeling more like a dollar sign than a client. I also requested a specific injector because she had a lighter touch, but this request was ignored and I was promptly scheduled with the same person. On top of that, at this same appointment, the injector told me she miscounted my units on the previous visit and then I was charged for the extra 10 units. It felt intentional and unfair since it was their mistake and the unit number wasn't the same as usual. Maybe this wouldn't have bothered me so much if I was not constantly feeling pressured. After moving on to another salon, I realized how stress free these appointments should be. My new provider delivers great results with 40% less product and without the constant upselling. I finally feel like a valued client rather than a sales target.

This place BURNT and SCARRED my face! Be warned!…read more I had bought a Groupon for 2 IPL facials at this place. Keep in mind I had gotten IPL facials done at another place before with no issues. I came here last August for my first IPL facial at this place and was burnt during the laser facial along both sides of my forehead and jawlines. The pain was excruciating compared to the pain from my past facials. Imagine the pain of also walking outside to/from your car in August Texas heat with a laser-burnt face. I did not completely realize that I was burnt until I got home after the facial and clearly looked at myself in the mirror. When I reached out to this place, they were only willing to refund me on the 2nd facial that I had not gotten done yet (are you kidding me? you're not willing to refund me for the facial that burnt my face??). They did not seem to be apologetic either. I did not feel any remorse or sincerity. Luckily, when I reached out to Groupon, they were kind enough to refund me on both of the IPL facials I had bought. The multiple burns in time scabbed over, and after weeks, the scabs finally peeled off, and I was left with scars. This place was willing to give me 2 microdermabrasions (that is what they called them at least) and said that they would help with my scars. I went back thinking that those treatments would help with my scars, but they did not. This place is unwilling to help me any further with the scars that they had inflicted. I think if a business were to make a bad mistake like this, they should take the responsibility to willingly refund the victim for the treatment that burnt and scarred the victim as well as help the victim to recovery. If I were an unsuitable candidate for the treatment, the employees at this place should have come to that conclusion before burning me. They are the "professionals", not me. No matter what excuses they may have (I don't know, they did not communicate anything to me), the damage has regretfully been done, and the proof is in the photos (note that the burns and scars are along both sides of my forehead and jawlines, and not to be confused with my own skin flaws). TLDR: This place burnt my face during an IPL facial. They were unwilling to refund me for that facial. The pain inflicted was extreme. Months later, I still have multiple multi-inch long scars on my face.
