Though the named changed, I forgot what it's called no, the quality of the nails remains the same. The acrylic set I got lasted exactly 2 weeks and 4 days. I got the set filled elsewhere and it didn't last long at all in fact two of the filled nails broke in 2 days. I love this place, though the old staff seemed more friendly than the current staff I'd recommend someone coming here for a mani and pedi. If you're willing to sacrifice small talk from your manicurist for good quality nails this is your spot but expect to pay a little more than other places. If you get your nails done here, get the fills here too, elsewhere won't match up or last!!! read more

Just went back a week and a half ago for the first time in a long time. I called and made an appointment with Diane for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I had to wait 20 minutes and as she was finishing up someone's lashes or waxing (not sure what the service was but it was in the back). She started on my nails but was having issues with the color I'd chosen. I wanted a lighter neutral color as I had a photos scheduled for the upcoming weekend. They didn't have a very big selection of colors that fell into that category. I looked for another color but she ended up telling me she'd make the color work. She said she'd have to paint one nail and I'd have to quickly put that one under the UV light. She said it seemed like the polish had oil in it so it wasn't staying on the nail right. She finished and they looked good however, in less than 3 days they started peeling up. By day 5 most of them were peeling and getting caught on things. My pedicure seemed good at the time until I noticed a few days later after inspecting them closer, the second coat was put on sloppy and didn't cover the entire 1st coat. Also, a couple of toes where already chipping. This was odd for toe nail polish. My pedicures using last about a month, not a few days. I called Diane on a Wednesday (I'd gone in the Thursday prior) to let her know own what had happened. She asked when I could come back in. I told her I could come the next day st 5 pm. She agreed. I went in at 5 pm but was informed by Ve that Diane had gone home for the day because it was slow. He asked me to come back the following day. I let him know I was going out of town for the weekend and wouldn't be able to do that. I asked about the owner but he said she only comes a couple of times a month. He suggested I call Diane after I get back in town. Her day off is Monday, which is the day I'm writing this. I'm trying to stay optimistic that she'll redo my nails still. They all easily peeled off the night I'd gone in to get them redone. I've never had an experience like this. read more

I came in yesterday and everyone was very nice. I then went to the lash room about 15 minutes later. The door to the room wasn't closed so it was super loud from other customers and random employees kept coming in and out which was slightly worrisome because she had moved my purse across the room and I obviously couldn't open my eyes. The lady was very kind. I laid there with my eyes closed ready for her and heard her getting tape assuming it is eye tape. She then puts it directly under my eyes (basically touching my waterline) and around my forehead. This was SCOTCH TAPE which is extremely bad for around the eyes as it pulled at the skin very hard. The tape was poking my waterline which was very irritating and I had her fix that and mid way doing my lashes she got a ton of glue in my eye which stung pretty badly. I had to lay there for 35 minutes with glue in my left eye. She took the tape off and it pulled my skin around my eyes so hard it burned. When it was time to open my eyes they stung so badly that I had to close them again and they were completely blood shot when I opened them. I was looking at my lashes today and my eyes and noticed the lady had completely popped a huge blood vessel all in my eye and I have not gotten them wet whatsoever and not even touched them and they're already falling out. Went in with my daughter to get our eyebrows waxed. We were excited and ready as its been quite a while! First off, we were taken to a room where a customer was still being serviced, was asked to sit in a chair and provide the service of getting our eyebrows done...not professional, but I know they didn't want us to wait any longer (We waited 15 min). I asked the customer if it was ok to be in the room (not my job to do but OK) and she was "ok" (answered my question after the sigh) with it. Five minutes later we were both done. I was not pleased but this is our eyebrows, I can have someone else fix them and would not think to have her fix as they were not shaped properly, waxed in areas needed to be waxed and not trimmed accurately (in the world of brows, there is no second chance). read more

So the only reason why i came here is because I had a groupon. If it wasn't for the groupon I wouldn't have stayed at all. I was so close to just walking out and getting my money back from groupon. But i stayed and had horrible service. They only had three workers the time I visited this place. One was in the waxing room, and two was already doing pedicures. It took them forever to get to me, I waited for about 20 mins to finally get seated at a pedi station and then another 30 mins to finally get someone to service me. While waiting my water eventually became cold and my feet felt like they were pruning up. Finally the nail tech comes and gives me a half ass pedi, she kept picking up her personal phone and getting up helping other people. I get it, they are busy and short staffed, but dont over load yourself if you cant do it. i thought they were newly opened and that they didn't have their stuff together, but then i asked how long they have been opened. She said five years. Five years? You should already know how business is and how many employees you should have working on certain days, especially Saturdays. Finally my pedi was done, and i had a mani left, i really wanted the gel polish, but unfortunately since I've been there all day I didn't have time, so i just went with a regular polish. Side note* while i was getting my mani, a customer came in and complained about her eye brows. I guess she had her eyebrows permanently tattooed on by the girl that was doing my nails, and her eyebrows were cricked and lopsided. For all of you people out there that don't speak their language. I'm pretty sure they talk crap about you when doing pedicures. -___- I was a victim. Went there with my sisters and cousin to get pedicures. Got the special one. My sister and cousin was lucky enough to be serviced by (that just sounds wrong lol) the younger female employees. They didn't smile or talk that much, just did their job. With my continuous bad luck, I should've known that that pedicure experience wasn't meant to be. I got the old lady. Let me tell you, that she wasn't subtle in hiding her disgust of my feet. So what? It's not like my feet were nasty, they're just dry. Sheesh. Anway, the old lady kept on going on and (loud voice, too) on in her language, and you can see ALL of the other employees looking over, specifically at my feet. That's when I knew that she was talking crap about my feet. She sure scrubbed my heels like she would've scrubbed a toilet: with determination, disgust, and force. Oh well, aside from her obvious gossiping of my feet...my feet shined for a week after, especially with the neon orange polish painted on by her. Hahaha. I had the worst experience here and I absolutely had to write a review. So it was last Thursday and I called ahead to make sure they had time to do a fill and toe color change. So I went in and there were only two ladies working. So the lady sits me down and begins to do my fill. Then another customer walks in requesting a pedicure (no problem). However the lady doing my nails begins to speed up. Before I know if she is rushing to do my fill. She doesn't shape them, only drills them down. Doesn't ask if I want them shortened and doesn't even buff them. So they are not even smooth. So after about 15 minutes (no exaggeration), she slaps on my nail polish and hurries me to a chair. There she takes off my old polish and slaps on the new color in a matter of minutes. Again doesn't shorten my nails. Then she leaves me there no fan no nothing so she can start on the other customer. Then after 5 minutes she points to the dryers near the entrance and tells me "Go over there and dry your nails if you want." Lol if I want? There was no customer service and she made me feel like the other customer was more important than me. This is unfortunate because I live so close so this place is convenient and their prices are not bad but with the lack of service I will happily drive a little farther and pay a little more. read more

They get one star for having availability. I came in for a fill and pedicure. I had to correct multiple issues with the neatness of the polish, the misshapen nails and the prices. I asked for the "coffin" shape and 3/10 nails actually had that shape. After over correcting my nails came out extremely short and multiple different shapes. I won't be back. read more

I'm new to Sacramento from Chicago. I've tried a few nail salons in Natomas and it was my first time here. They accommodated me within 2 hours of my call for an appt. I waited a bit with my feet soaking while Lee (I think that was her name) finished with another client. Wasn't in a rush today so I didn't mind. It's peaceful in there. She did an exceptional job with my pedicure. Her leg massage was so great - just the typical massage that's part of the regular pedicure. But she was strong and knew what she was doing. I opted for a regular manicure vs gel. She did an excellent job and was relatively quick. Again, her massage at the end was amazing! She asked for feedback along the way which I appreciate. Everyone in the place was wearing masks and following the guidance that was posted everywhere. The only reason I didn't give this a five star is because although the salon was well organized and maintained it could use a deep cleaning. To be clear, it is clean and sanitary no doubt . But as I sat waiting for my pedicure in noticed grimy baseboards for example, small details like that which could use some attention. I will be back. read more

I really wanted to like this place but the lady that did my fingernails was not nice, and seemed annoyed I had bought a groupon. Seriously she acted like I was trying to pay with food stamps or something. Not once did she smile, or even look nice she looked so annoyed and kinda snappy. I went to Creative Nails and Spa with my two cousins for a girls day. My first cousin (call her M), made an appointment for my other cousin (call her B) and myself for 1pm for pedicures only. We get there and they have 4 ladies working and two clients. They tell us to pick a color, which we do and only two chairs are started - one for M and one for B. I took a little longer choosing my polish color since I was helping M and B choose theirs. So they direct me to my chair which was now started, but the water was ice cold. I didn't mind given the 106 degree weather outside, but it would've been nice if they'd checked the water before I sat down, or warned me that the water was cold. M and B were enjoying their pedis while I sat there waiting for someone to at least acknowledge that I was there. I literally sat in that chair for 30 solid minutes before M was done, so the lady working on her feet transferred over to me. I have to mention in the midst of my waiting (and my feet getting pruney in cold water), that a lady/client came in and interrupted the lady working on a client's feet sitting next to me and made this big production of showing the lady her feet, saying she was going on a three-week trip and she wanted just 2 of her 5 toes on one foot redone. She practically demanded that the girl work on her next. Had the girl working on M not finished and started on me, if the girl working next to me had taken this lady before me, I would've raised hell...and I was prepared to do so. But I digress. I was shown a "menu" of packages you could choose from, so at the insistence of B, I chose the $40 package complete with a callus smoothing treatment, hot stone massage, paraffin dip, and exfoliating scrub. The girl kept saying "thank you for waiting...so sorry for the waiting". Right before she began, I was really ready to stop the chair, put my shoes on and say "eff this". But I didn't want to ruin the experience with my cousins, so I bit the bullet and stayed. The girl said she would give me the $40 package for $36 for waiting. I think they should've at least taken $10 off, but whatever. At this point I know I'm not going to have a relaxing afternoon and I just want this pedicure done and overwith. B had chosen a special painted "design" and I chose one too...a flower, coming from the top corner of the nail. It was hot pink with an orange middle and very pretty. I tell the girl working on my feet that I'd like that specific design, and she says "no problem". I had chosen a purple polish for my toes, so she mentions the color white, but after she was done with my feet and about to start painting the flower, I tell her I'd like it just the color that's on the sample. She makes this big deal about how the hot pink won't show against the purple I chose. I'm thinking "why not? If I want hot pink, give me hot pink! You don't have to live with the outcome, I do." But whatever...again, I just want this overwith. So she says "It will be a small flower", and I think "OK, a somewhat smaller version of the sample". NOPE! She starts painting a completely different flower! So I call her on it and she said "Oh well your nail is too small for that flower on the sample." WELL WHY THE EFF DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT TO BEGIN WITH!!?? Or why can't you make the flower smaller!? I just shook my head, closed my eyes, and just had to calm down. 3 days later and I can see that she missed the side-sections of my nails, and my pinky toe nail looks like my 2-year old daughter painted it. What a waste of $40! Oh and I have to mention also that when I went to pay with my debit card, I asked to pay $5 more for her tip and she said something about "$1 fee". There's no sign or disclaimer posted anywhere about a $1 fee to use your credit/debit card. I honestly think she just wanted another $1 for her tip. What a rip off! M actually painted my fingernails when we got back to her house and she did a better job than the "professionals" I just paid to do my feet! I'm never coming here again. So, I paid a total of $41 for 30 minutes of waiting past my appointment time, sitting my feet in ice cold water with no warning, being mislead about a special design and a chop job of painting the actual nails. This place is unprofessional! Diane needs to learn how to work on her attitude and talk to customers! It was the first time I went and also was getting my 7 year old a mani-pedi she was askes to choose her color. She chose two colors that she wanted every other bail with a different polish. The nail tech decided herself what to put on my baby! They didn't give me a quote or anything they chose flowers for her toes so i thought it was a part of the kids pedicure. Not! My daughter chose a completely different glitter polish but the tech chose the wrong one! I was getting a full set done with gel and when diane put on my tips I had already told her my pointer finger was crooked! So im thinking ok she is going to take it off and fix it. But she filed it by thinking that would make it go straight. So I'm thinking maybe she knew something I didn't so she continued to apply the gel powder and shape my nails. I could see it was crooked still and she really rushed the job too! Moral of story is my nails are crooked and some are bigger then the others. My full total was 95 bucks for a kids mani-pedi and a full set for me with gel powder and nail polish change on my toes which they forgot to do untill i had to remind them then they PUSH gel polish cause its more money obviously and my toe nail polish change was 25 bucks with no pedi! They should tell people off top what the fees will be so I could of made a choice! I had a emergency after I left the shop so I called to tell Diane my nail is really crooked still ans she yelled at me and over talked me and said i should of told her then I said i did! I will never go back spending that kind of money for trash service and unprofessional behavior. Straight rip offs! I even heard them lie to a customer who wanted something minimal they lies to her said a appointment was coming in at 6 which wasn't true!
