But found out that was $62 and again when asking just got told "yeah that's right." Just a bit frustrating when it doesn't seem like the service was extra or "luxury" per se. Yes I understand it's been awhile as well and inflation is a very real thing. I was excited to come back and Andy was sweet and did a great job. I just can't understand the pricing when at other places it's $40 for a pedicure and $35/40 for fills for the same services. There's no pricing online so maybe that's my fault for not asking ahead of time. Definitely feels like a bit of a rip off and I don't think I'll be back anymore unfortunately.

Today, a nail tech abruptly took over my service and immediately told me I "should go somewhere else" because I'm "never satisfied." I have never raised my voice, insulted anyone, or behaved disrespectfully. I simply expect quality for the price I pay. She went as far as saying the staff "gets scared" when I come in, which is not only unprofessional but completely false. Throughout the past year, I've also noticed that the staff frequently speaks in their language while looking directly at me or other clients, creating an uncomfortable environment where customers feel talked about instead of respected. This has happened every single time I've visited. To make matters worse, shortly before my service was finished, I overheard another woman complaining about her nail tech as well, proving I'm not the only customer experiencing issues. When I requested a small discount due to the disrespect I received, the salon refused. No apology, no accountability, and no professionalism. After a year of loyalty and hundreds of dollars spent, this is how I was treated. I will not be returning, and I hope management seriously reevaluates how staff communicates with customers and handles feedback.

Nicky did a great job on my nails and they got me in with no wait on Friday. Very amazing and Clean place with a friendly customer service. I was very satisfied with how my Gel Manicure turned out. I have definitely found my new spot. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing adding a calm to your hectic week. Since I was a walk-in and wanted to get my nails done, I agreed to add gel as well. The only positive thing I can say is that the manicure tools came in a sealed, sterilized package. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was very disappointing. The towel on the table was clearly not clean or fresh. I expected a clean towel for every customer, not one that appeared to have already been used for someone else. I had removed my acrylic nails a few months ago and had not had a manicure in a long time, so my cuticles were hard. Instead of using a cuticle softener or allowing my hands to soak long enough to soften them, she forcefully pulled at my cuticles. It was painful and very uncomfortable. Her customer service was very poor. She handled my hands very roughly, almost tossing my fingers from one side to the other. Throughout the appointment, I remained polite, but she made no effort to be friendly or provide good customer service. The worst part happened at the end. My hands were covered with nail dust, but instead of properly cleaning them or wiping them with a warm towel like other salons usually do, she applied lotion directly over the dust. I could clearly feel the particles being rubbed into my hands, which was very unpleasant. She did not even ask me to remove my watch and continued moving my lotion-covered hands back and forth over my watch. At the end, I paid in cash. While counting the money, she said, "Let me see," as if she was checking whether I had paid correctly. Because I was unhappy with the service, I decided not to leave a tip. She then loudly repeated, "No tip? No tip?" in front of everyone there. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Because of the rough treatment, poor service, lack of professionalism, and inappropriate comments about tipping, I cannot recommend this nail technician.

From my understanding, these types of tools are not recommended for use in California nail salons because they can expose clients to cuts, bacteria, and infections. I received a basic pedicure listed at $35, and the menu clearly stated that a French tip was an additional $5. My total should have been $40 before tax, yet somehow I was charged $50. There was no explanation given for the extra charges. Overall, this experience felt unsafe, unprofessional, and overpriced. I will not be returning.
