I am not sure how well they do gel nails but just a regular manicure was terrible. She did not cut my nails even which is the biggest and easiest job for a nail technician! So far the paint is okay and the customer service was good. They were very friendly. Would not recommend for just a classic manicure. read more

Service is great, they have a variety is scrubs and you get to choose the scent (many scents). Got a pedicure close to close (6 pm) and service was great. Likely gonna start going here over my regular place. And prices are great! Very clean inside, massage chairs etc. I think they offer a wide variety of services. Recommend this place! read more

I will NEVER come back to this place again. I made an appt for a pedicure a few days ago for today at 4pm. I get there at 4 and the lady (I believe Diane) had this puzzled look on her face as if she wasn't aware I had one. She instructs me to sit down so I do. I wait 20 minutes before someone services me. Meanwhile there was only 3 ppl getting serviced at the time. I wanted to walk out after waiting 15 mins but I figured it would be pretty hard to find a new spot before Vday. The actual pedicure was very basic. When I leave, I go to pay in which the lady said my card declined. Completely puzzled, I give over a different card. As she is in the middle of charging me for a second time, I look at my bank account and notice that I was in fact charged the first time. I show her and she still says it didn't go through and the man told me that it will reverse the charge but if not, to come back inside. Meanwhile I went out of my way to try this place, it wasn't close to me at all so who would want to come back a second time when it clearly shows they paid. I had high hopes of this place but I will not be returning. read more

Requested a gel manicure and regular pedicure upon arrival. There was only 1 patron and 4 nail technicians. My pedicure started at 2:30, finished about 4pm. During this 1 1/2 hours, they could've started my manicure but chose to help the next walk-in. Sorry but this is poor service. Diane is amazing with her wax services! She makes you feel super comfortable & never awkward. Her work compared to European Wax Center is 3x better. She takes her time & makes sure to get every little piece of hair. The price I pay with her is worth it because I am always walking out of there super clean. I also get pedicure from her too or the other ladies available. Always a good job & they pay attention to details. They will ask you throughout from the water temperature, to length of your nails, & ensure the color is what you expected. Their most basic pedicure included a scrub to exfoliate. I really like that because I come in with crusty feet and it is much needed haha. They have a lot of other services here too! They do manicures, eyelashes, facial, & even eyebrows! Diane's daughter, Tina, does ombré powder brows. I've seen her work on some of my friends & they look really good! I've been thinking in the back of my head if I would like to. First time coming here, made an appointment since was in the town. Got a number pedicure and gel polish. My service was done by a gentleman, I believe he was one of the owners, he was really good at listening and correcting what I didn't like and have a great massage. There's a little of language barrier with most of the people who work there so be patient with communication and if it's something you're in a rush for or need specific direction for you might have to take time explaining. Overall, was frustrated in the beginning but the gentleman did a great job and changed my experience outlook. read more

Waste of time and money. I was there almost 2 hours, with mani/pedi done at the same time mostly but the pedicure actually finished first. the $70 pedicure describes all kinds of scrubs and massaging, but really just someone putting different lotions on your legs and there was barely any massage at all. And they say they have a "special callus treatment" but it's literally no different from any other place I've ever had a pedicure. I paid $45 for the dipping powder manicure and it looks terrible, all uneven and some nails are bumpy. Not one nail looks good. I just hope it chips off fast so I don't have to look at it for too long. Major disappointment. read more

I have never written a bed review on any business or otherwise, however, today I feel this is necessary. I was treated very unfairly and totally disrespected by one of the staff. Apparently I offended and upset the tech because I asked to fix a nail that she destroyed. She literally argued with me then refused to continue to work on my nails as she then kicked me out of her business. I felt attacked, I have never felt so embarrassed. As a woman of color I did not respond to her insanity, because we all know how that would end. Instead, I politely walked out as she demanded. I am not happy with this nail shop. My sister visited from out of town and wanted to take her nieces for a ladies day they decided to get their nails done which is something I dont typically do we drove past this place which was empty that day so they got service here. My sis got a pedicure, my daughter a gel manicure and my niece got fake nails. My sis was happy with her pedicure but my daughter and niece we just like "its ok" they pointed out a few complaints but I figured this was typical teenage talk. yesterday (June 3rd) I decided to give them a try for my first pedicure in a while. My daughter and I came in and after a short wait I got serviced by tami my daughter got mimi. Mimi was AMAZING did a great detailed job and copied the requested design (found on pintrest) perfectly. However tami was horrible. Tami seemed rushed she barely scrubbed my feet and the polish job was crappy on top of that she dosen't do designs so I had to wait for mimi to finish my daughter so that she can come do my design. Once mimi got to me she looked at my polish job and called over the manager I am guessing she noticed the lack of consistency, some nails were squared some were slightly rounded and the paint job didn't go completely down to the cuticle/nail bed (by this time it was after 7pm and tami had left for the night. ) however I had 3 nail techs standing over me pointing to my toes and speaking in their language looking at me saying "so sorry we will take good care of you NEXT time" they didn't offer any discount and I'm not one to complain just don't tip or come back (I did tip mimi) Now today (June 4) as we get ready to leave for vacation my mother inlaw offered to take the ladies to get our finger nails done. We called around but of course it's last minute on a Saturday so no one had openings. I said well let's try the place we went yesterday we will just avoid tami. Ill ask for mimi specifically and hopefully it will be ok. We called and asked if they had openings they said 1 o'clock would be good (I work from home so immediately had to get it approved to leave early) we arrived and no one was available to do our nails. We waited about 15 minutes before they sat my daughter and started hers then 15 min later my mother inlaw decided she can go pick up her clothes from the cleaners (for our vacation) mother inlaw got back and was surprised to see I was still waiting. By now its 1:55 I told them I was no longer interested in getting my nails done they told me it was just a little longer wait...I was completely uninterested by now and just told my mother inlaw to get hers done (she was getting a color change on her finger nails) now as I am sitting here waiting for them to finish (now 2:31) I decided I had plenty of time to write a review...I should add that while waiting my turn (after my mother inlaw left ) a guy came in for a pedicure he must be a regular because he was happily greeted and he asked "you got time for me today" they said yes and he sat and had his pedicure started immediately. Also a couple came in around 2pm and said they are the ones that called for a pedicure and they were also sat immediately... Maybe because I am military and being punctual is very important to me, maybe its because we specifically called and asked them if they had appointments available (they found out what we wanted and said said yes and gave us a time) , maybe because I left work early, probably because I'm 8 moths pregnant, or could be due to the fact that just last night they did horrible and clearly remembered me from last night and still didn't make any attempts to make sure I had a good experience...it could very well be because we have alot to do before we leave tomorrow and we could have very well scheduled nails for later if they told us they were too busy. Whatever it may be I will not be coming here again which is unfortunate because they are extremely close to my home. Two stars because they did offer water, coffee or tea, the nail shop is clean with a nice ambiance, good music (pop/rnb) , and mimi is great. read more

Every time I come here every single person is so welcoming and genuinely happy to see you and serve you and want to ensure you have a great experience. I do need to inform everyone that it is highly recommended that you call first. Just trying my experience. They do take walk ins... I sometimes call on my way, just to make sure I don't have to wait. It is refreshing to enter an establishment and get 5 star treatment every time. I will never go anywhere else. Lashes, nails, pedicure and waxes all great experiences. I plan to get facial next time.
