In which I thought was a great idea to carry around the laminated duplicate and leave the original at home with my other important documents,just in case I misplaced it I could always make another copy which in my opinion is great for anyone!. I recommend calling to follow up and make sure that they got the order. However, if they have questions or recommendations, they're pretty good about calling the customer to verify orders and suggest improvements. I've been no less than satisfied and often delighted with my results when I've used them. They're located in Harbour View East shopping plaza, right off of exit 8 (I-664).
