I have a paver patio that had already been laid out, but did not have the polymeric sand applied to the spaces in between the pavers and it did not have the clear protective sealant either. Because of the pavers not having the sealant, they were already a bit stained from our tree that drops little spring buds all over. Bolder came out the day after I contacted them to assess and provide an estimate for power-washing, applying sand, and clear coat sealant. The quote for the work was very reasonable and we were able to schedule the work to be done within a few day from signing the agreement. The crew came out, power washed the stains off, applied the sand the next day along with the sealant. The following day, I noticed that there was a tiny spot that was missed with the sealant. I contacted Bolder and they came out the very next morning to fix the missed spot. Very friendly, professional, reasonably priced and they do quality work. Worked with AG on a multipart/day project where he and his team expanded a slope, built a retaining…read morewall around that slope, carved out a section for gravel + wood stairs, and then backfilled the top with 1/4 clean crush gravel for a low maintenance finish. I added descriptions for each picture but you can tell there was a lot of care and detail that went into leveling out the area, digging out the soil, moving it to the wall area, and getting that pretty square corner out of these curved blocks! The right side of the stairs (looking at it) is sloped and supported by the dirt that's also supporting the retaining wall. The left side is a sharp dirt edge which we left like that with a bit of a gap for a future fence, so no point smoothing it out. Very communicative, happy to make adjustments, double checked that everything was well explained before working on it, and reasonably priced. They got this job done in no time and made some intense work look easy, highly recommend.

I hired Daniel based on his reviews and knowledge. I have a poorly installed sprinkler system that…read morehas leaked several times as pipes were not connected properly and several are exposed. Daniel came to "diagnose" the problem , which could be seen because the pipes had come apart and were above ground. The pipe needing replacement was easily accessible and approximately 10 ft. long. The estimate seemed fair because he stated he would repair the pipe and bury it as able. He did fix the pipe, but nothing was buried and he left the old pipe lying in my yard. When I complained, he stated that he didn't bury any piping because it would have increased the "scope of work". I paid $400 for one pipe replacement. His "remedy" was to offer to come remove the old pipe. I can't cut it into pieces small enough to fit in my trashcan. He didn't do this . Daniel replied to this review. He charged an initial fee for "diagnosis" of a visibly leaking pipe. This was supposed to be credited. The total was $400. I got a pipe fixed and left unburied in spite of the quote including this. Hi reference to the previous work is irrelevant. He had no responsibility for the exisitng state, which , as I said was poor. He fixed a leaking pipe. That's it. All arguments other than one leaking pipe being replaced, above ground, are not relevant nor do they justify charging $400.

They are truly service-oriented from the moment you reach out to them, and it starts with Dan. He's friendly, responsive and provides detailed estimates immediately for whatever work is needed. We have a 5-zone sprinkler system with a combination of drip lines and sprinklers in the front and backyard. It's a funky arrangement that needed a serious upgrade. His crew (Marvin and Jose) are miracle workers! They are real problem solvers who managed to reroute some existing sprinkler lines, fix several hidden leaks and provide more water coverage in several zones. Marvin and Jose are a joy to watch. They really enjoy their work and it shows. Marvin will even sing while he's putting in new drip lines or tying off others, and nothing seems to faze him. Both men are polite, courteous and appreciative of drinks and snacks while they work. They say "Thank you, so much" every time. After spending the entire day at our home, we tested the system and everything worked well, but there were a few dry spots I noticed the next day. Dan came by today to collect payment and I showed him the areas where water wasn't quite reaching and he said, "No problem." Marvin and Jose will come back to make a few adjustments -- at no extra charge. Best of all, the new parts they install are guaranteed for 5 years instead of one. Who does that?
