She listened to what I was looking for and gave me feedback that I indeed wanted. She made me feel comfortable and I was very pleased with the outcome. The salon itself is very beautiful and relaxing. I have stubborn grey hairs and Katie used a temporary spray on my hair which blended very well with my hair color so I purchased as well. I was in desperate need of a wash and blow dry/style and was not feeling up to spending 2-3 hours doing it myself with how busy I have been. I went on Yelp and saw Level 10 pop up. I booked online last minute and it was super easy! There is tons of street parking available. I got here and didn't have to wait--they took me right in. Their salon is beautiful, modern, and super clean. All of the women there are super friendly. Kai did my blowout and she was amazing! She was very thorough and took her time washing, blow drying, and styling. It was $50 for my blowout ($25 deposit when I booked) and $25 there. I tipped $10 for a total of $60. Unfortunately I did not have the best results or experience at this salon. It was my first time ever getting my hair dyed at a salon. I went in on April 1st for a balayage. I did have black box dye in my hair and let the salon know upon arrival during my consultation. I had only used black box dye once on my hair. It had never been touched before that. I knew I was probably not going to get any lighter than a deep brunette and came with a variety of inspiration pictures based on what might be achieved. The first photo is the inspiration photo I had shown. I arrived at 10:30 and did not leave the salon until 8pm. Because it was so late I did not want to say anything regarding the results of my hair. They failed to let me know that they could not achieve what I wanted. I was not offered a refund nor a partial refund either. I wasn't even offered a chance to get what I paid for. $400 spent on this. I waited until the salon opened during the week to give them a call as what I received was not a balayage let alone highlights. I also had bleached uneven sections in my hair which I assume should have been seen as my hair was being styled. I called a couple times throughout the week to try to go in to get those bleached sections toned. Katie was able to tone the sections of my hair. Conveniently enough, Jamee called off. The salon owner told me that she actually did a good job considering I had black box dye in my hair and that it would lighten up. I think we both know that isn't true. This was not a balayage. I don't even know what to even call it. I went ahead and waited a month before getting an actual balayage at another salon. I took photos of how I lifted during my time at level 10. I also took photos of how I lifted and how my stylist did my hair at the other salon I have gone to. Luckily the other salon was able to exceed my expectations and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I'm being honest I cried when I came home from the 9 hour balayage I received from Jamee. I understand I had box dye but from the amount of time spent I know the results should have been different. Luckily I did go to a different salon in which my stylist was able to work with my type of hair. I was there from 9:30 to 4 and received what I paid for. read more

So, I went to Level 10 Salon and Spa to get my hair done since I had a gift card. BIG MISTAKE! The stylist, Tamara turned the top of my hair orange!! I asked why it was orange on the day of the appointment and she said that it would get lighter. I took her word and slept on it. It was worse the next day so I called the salon and they were no help. At first I agreed to let the owner, Katie fix it but Tamara and the manager lied so much, I just wanted my money back and they ultimately refused. Tamara lied and said she told me she couldn't get my highlights as light as they had been before which was a bold faced lie. This is a PSA to NEVER go there for hair color or for any other reason. The worst experience ever/are you ready to come 3 times to the salon to fix your hair? I came to make my hair lighter before vacation so I booked highlights (I had highlights from before, sandy color) Rosa was my stylist. My hair came out yellowish in the front, and later at home I saw dark spots in the forehead which made me look like a cheetah. On the next day Rosa applied tone and my hair came out silversh. So I left the salon hearing that I have to wash my hair several times and it will look better. As nobody was at the reception that day, I took a contact with them later. They don't have a refund policy and so they invited me to come by again, which would be the 3rd time. Unacceptable! Unprofessional to admit the error. Save your money and time! Not worth $100 for a bad haircut, especially if you don't want your hair to end up significantly shorter than you would like. Clients shouldn't feel that their stylist is rushing because another client is waiting in the front. Schedule time correctly. I waited to get my hair cut after 6 months of growing it out just to get started back to right where I was before. Horrible service - did not pay attention to what I wanted. I had the most amazing time getting a haircut and style at this wonderful salon. During this transitional times of dealing with COVID-19, we all want to be safe but also get back to our lives, and Level 10 Salon provided that for me. The salon was extremely clean and orderly. There were hand sanitizer stations and even disposable masks available for customers who might have forgotten to bring their masks. Being a recent RN grad, it was so important to me that businesses take the precautions seriously, and this fine establish did just that. Their staffs are extremely friendly and professional. I was greeted by Felicity and she helped me with a wash and a blow dry. Let me tell you, she was extremely tentative to my needs. The wash was gentle and thorough, and the blow dry was even better. The best part about my visit was the owner, Katie, cutting my hair herself. I told her that I wanted a long-layered cut with face framing pieces while keeping my length and she gave me exactly what I asked for. She knew how to cut my fine and straight Asian hair and gave me the most effortless, beautiful cut. It was also refreshing to see that Katie wasn't one of those greedy, unprofessional hair stylists/salon owners who charge extra to dry and style your hair when you're getting a haircut. On top of that, after I asked her for hair spray recommendation for my upcoming wedding, she gave me a mini set of salon-quality hairspray and dry shampoo as a wedding gift (which she totally didn't have to!). I was so so impressed and happy to have gone there. I walked out a new woman and my fiancé said that my new hair totally made me a bombshell babe (lol). I decided to book a hair appointment for a blonde balayage with money pieces at Level 10 Salon online, and did the deposit. I was booked up with Kai, and showed her pictures of what my desired outcome would be. I have never had a bad experience getting my hair done, but this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Once I got home, and realized what had been done to my hair, no one offered to help me fix it. After paying almost $500, they decided to argue with me in which they said I would have to pay for another whole session to get what I originally wanted and to fix my hair. I was going away soon and needed it to be fixed as I was wearing a hat for 4 days, while even the store owner reached out, and yet was arguing with me on the phone. You would expect after paying that much money for them to offer to help lol! What I find funny is i had to go to a WHOLE different salon and pay $400 to get my hair FIXED, i'm a 19 year old college student and I had to drop $900 because they didn't bother helping me with what they did. Horrible service and they do not care once you have paid them. My money pieces were emo pieces and there was no new blonde added AT ALL. I walked in with blonde in my hair and walked out with my hair looking darker than it originally was. Showing my family and friends the before and after pics, everyone thought the before was the after lol. So, if you want to drop $900 to get your hair done, come here first to get your hair ruined lol. PS they then lied saying I never showed them pictures of what I wanted!!! I've been looking for a trustworthy salon to become a regular of, after Covid strains changed up my regular places. I was a little nervous because of bad experiences I've had at unknown salons but I took a chance on this place after comparing local salons and not wanting to wait a month to get an appointment elsewhere. The haircut is very pricey and on par with a Supercuts or Fantastic Sam's quality cut. I wouldn't mind it if it was $30, but for $75 and to be waiting for the overbooked stylist to return from working on other customers while the receptionist touches up trims and blow dries me is just subpar service. I know the salon is probably short-staffed but it definitely isn't the kind of service one expects and deserves when shelling out that much money for a trim. The process felt rushed and I wasn't even styled or flat-ironed after, as is the norm. As a first time customer, I felt like I wasn't valued. The worst part about my experience was the semi-hostile attitude from the stylist. Legitimate questions or requests were answered with a sarcastic "I'm not finished yet" and was even told I was "trippin'" because I was trying to clarify my desires. At one point I was handed a comb and impatiently instructed to do my own part (because it was uneven and not how I told her I part it). I definitely feel she could have been a lot more understanding and taken the time to listen and discuss- not just give me silences, attitude and blank stares. What can I say-the atmosphere there is just off. Like way off. If you're particular about your hair or just nervous in general about salons, this isn't the place to come to. The customer service (and skills) just are not anywhere near worth the money spent. She told me I could come back if I didn't like my hair which is nice, but truthfully I would not go back because I was uncomfortable the whole time and my haircut is just okay. They should re-evaluate their prices and customer service standards. The way she acted was not professional or gracious in my humble opinion, but maybe it was an off-day or our personalities are just not a match.
