I needed to board my dog back in September and had heard about Creekside. I decided to call and no one answered. I tried calling for a week probably over 20 times. I sent multiple emails and even Facebook messages. Still no one had reached out to me. I finally decided to comment on their daily posts on Facebook saying that I had been trying to reach out and then finally someone had called me back. The women said that they were understaffed due to sickness that week and that's why they didn't answer the phones. I decided to send her there for 4 nights because we were out of town and when I picked her up she seemed fine. I will be out of town this weekend for a trip and needed somewhere to board here again, so I called to see if I could get here in and again, no answer. I have called this company MANY MANY times and not one time have they answered. They still are doing daily updates on Facebook though. I do not recommend this place and I really do now know how they get their business since they don't answer phones, emails or Facebook messages. I tried to give another chance but this is just bad bad business. read more

This place is horrible. If you care about your dog find anywhere else. The staff does not care or love dogs. This is our second time doing a weekend overnight and they never fed him, gave us all his food back. We watch the staff rip my dogs collar off his neck to get him for pick and we heard him talking about our dog not listening. I was hoping to pick him up Sunday before 5 and they told me they would call me back. I left a text and voicemail and I got nothing back. They seemed extremely understaff and poorly staffed. We will never be back and I'm on here to warn other dog parents about this place. read more

Creekside Country Canines is far and away the best money I have ever spent on my dogs. When I moved to Seattle, I didn't know anyone and had a job where I traveled out of state frequently. I had two 12 year old cocker spaniels who had always had in-home dog sitters. I had an unplanned business trip almost immediately and found Creekside Country Canines on the internet. I spoke with Lori on the phone and she instantly made me feel comfortable. She walked me through all of the tests and shots my dogs would need to have before coming to stay with them. It was great to know they didn't take animals who could spread disease to other animals. Then, they had me come out for a visit with my girls (dogs) so we could all meet. They are in the country, and have over 5 acres of fenced in areas for the dogs to play. There were several people there outside playing with the dogs and supervising. Inside, the dogs had plenty of places to chill and get quiet time. Kim and Lori kept my girls several times a month for over a year. I always got texts and updates to let me know how they were doing. My dogs were aging and would sometimes be low energy and refuse to eat. Kim and Lori cooked for them - scrambled eggs, rice, whatever it took to get food down until I got home. They administered whatever medications they girls needed, and even called the vet and coordinated everything if I was on a plane or unavailable. I utilized their pick up and drop off service most of the time. They had a key to my house and would pick up and drop off so I didn't have to make the extra trip. A few times, I was there when they picked the girls up, and they were always happy to see Kim and Lori and jump in the car with them. After about a year, my dogs were diagnosed with very aggressive cancer and I decided to move. Kim and Lori were the first people I called (after my family) when they were diagnosed. They asked if they could come over to say goodbye. They came to my house, spent time with my girls, and cried saying goodbye to them. I knew that they loved watching my girls when I was away, but in that visit, I saw that they genuinely loved them as pets, and this wasn't just a "business relationship." After we moved, Kim and Lori continued to call and check in on me and the girls, and their health. I can't say enough good things about Kim and Lori and their business. I trusted them completely with my most cherished possessions, and they loved them and treated them like I would have. Creekside Country Canines is as good as it gets! read more

Love love love! They love dogs at this place and my dog love going there!! Their facilities are very dog friendly and has many areas for the dogs to play and roam both outside and covered. Yes...we are those overly obsessive, nothing is ever good enough pet parents. Having been new to Seattle and having had a HORRIBLE experience with our first stab at overnight care for the pup crew made us ever more obsessive and obnoxious about the care our dogs recieve. Our dogs aren't perfect. We've had issues with guarding, space control, hunger strikes, intense prey drive, etc. While I don't recall how we found Lori and Kim, I'm forever thankful we did. The pick up and drop off service is a God Send. They took the time and care to understand our dogs, their quirks, and their limitations. Communication is consistenly good, and I fully trust that when they say their dogs are COMPLETELY cage free and attended to 24/7 (unlike the other place we were using), that they actually are. One of the things I notice that makes me very at ease with their care is when they post photos on their FB page. Each time, I notice a care giver in the yard with the dogs - paying attention to them and looking like they enjoy it even! That's exactly why I trust Creekside, and only Creekside, with the furkids. read more

Top notch place. My girl goes to "playcare" at CCC, and she comes home exhausted! Staff is very attentive to all dogs and there are activities and friends for every type of dog. She loves being around other dogs and having the freedom to race around the acreage. read more

I had been a regular customer with Creekside for at least 7 years and I would have given them a 5 star rating except for my last experience with the owner's regarding a dispute regarding billing. I gave them a 3 but my last transaction would be a 1. Without going over the details and dispute all over again, the owner's refunded overbilling but cancelled my account and told me they wished my dog and I the best! So much for attempting to please a customer who's been loyal to them for as long as we were. Didn't see that coming. All of my friends were shocked. Me too! Looks like I found a great new place though that is closer and a less money so that worked out good for us. read more

I use the daycare generally two times a week; sometimes 3 times a week. I took my old (now passed away) dog there before and now my nutty 1 year old pupper goes there. It's perfect for my dog to learn how to socialize and play properly with other dogs. My dog has really matured since her crazier puppy days and I do believe daycare is a huge reason for her maturing development. She has even started finally sitting at doors! The staff is great and so are the owners! read more

Imagine a sweet little Bug moving from Phoenix Arizona to Maple Valley Washington and leaving all of her little playmates behind. This sweet little Bug, a Pug and Boston Terrier mix, who is just one year old and thinks she is a big Boxer or Golden Retriever, loves to play and has so much energy she doesn't know what to do with, actually found a brand new home in Creekside Country Canines. Besides having a blast and being able to romp in a free outdoor environment, my little Gabby comes home exhausted! She has been to many different camps and day care's, but still had more energy than I knew what to do with and I couldn't figure it out. For the first time ever she actually comes home tired. Imagine a complete culture shock from the heat to the amazing cool temps here, but not having a car and so many other amenities, so to my surprise I find there is a shuttle service that works with this camp as well. Not only that, it is run by the most amazing and fantastic group of women, ever! Hell to the yeah! I love supporting this business/home away from home. read more

I've been using this service for several months for both my dogs, mostly good. But today, Jan 15 2019, there was an incident. Now things happen with dogs, that's pretty normal, but what I don't expect is for my dog to be mauled while in daycare. Not only that, but when I was finally able to get ahold of Kim. She was dismissive, accused me of dropping the dog off injured, and generally was incredibly rude and insulting. Like anyone would take their dog to daycare dripping blood with a pierced artery. That kind of response has no place in dog sitting. So, if you feel like rolling the dice with your puppy, go ahead. I'd rather keep my dogs safe. And god forbid, if something goes wrong, I'd much rather deal with a rational business owner who can own up to their obligations, as opposed to a harridan who's more concerned with her financial liability. read more

While we've only had our pupper here a few times (2 day care and 1 boarding weekend) we would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants their pup to have a cage-free good time while being taken great care of. First, you get to visit free on site and get a tour so you understand the layout and protocols. And check in and pick up are a breeze! We started taking our 5 month old puppy here (german shep mix) so he can have socialization and fun while dog-parents work. And while he was tentative at first, he now plays with the other pups and comes home EXHAUSTED from such a good day. This place is amazing, we use them sporadically depending on our schedule for daycare and overnight. My puppy knows the route there and as we get closer he gets so excited, he jumps out of the car and runs to the gate, he loves that place!! And when we pick up, he's always exhausted after a long day of play with his friends. The staff is always courteous and professional, rates are very reasonable, they always do all they can to accommodate any special requests and when I've been out of town, they reply to any texts I send with my concerns, definitely recommend this place! read more

We traveled from Montana for a few days of fun in the Seattle area. We found Creekside on line and thought this looked like a great place for our 1 year old Griffon to play rather than being cooped up in the camper. It was a fantastic experience, the staff was great, our Dog was happy and worn out when we picked him up. When we get back to the area we will take him back there for sure! My Great Dane Finnegan has been going there since he was 1 and he is almost four! They are wonderful people and he gets so excited every time they come get him now. They are incredibly responsive and I love that I can trust them to pick him up and bring him home to me. And I love that he sleeps for days after even one night there! Such a great place! read more

We can't say enough good things about Creekside! We absolutely loved everything about it and miss it terribly! We brought our GSD, Timber, here for two years and the only reason we stopped is because we moved across the country :-(. Everyone there took such great care of Timber and we always felt absolutely comfortable leaving him while on long vacations. Timber is an "odd duck" and socially awkward (rescue) and he LOVED going here for daycare! The minute we touched his collar/leash in the morning, he'd get so excited he couldn't sit still long enough for us to get it on! He cry at the door until we opened it and would run straight to the car all wiggles. Once there and away from the car he'd go straight through the gate tail wagging! He always came home good and tired and would sleep all evening having gotten all of his energy out! When picking him up, we were always told how he did, if he made a friend (a big deal for Timber), how the day went, etc. They were awesome at reading him and if he needed a break from everyone else because he was getting too excited, they'd move him to a smaller group so he could chill out. Overall, they took the time to get to know him and his quirks and figure out the best way to work with him! If we hadn't moved, Timber would still be a regular at Creekside. We loved that when being boarded there were no crates and he got to play outside with the group all day. That's hard to find! They post videos and pictures of the dogs on facebook so you can always check to see how its going! Timber is by no means perfect, but we credit everyone at Creekside for helping him come out of his shell and get to where he is now! They are awesome!!!! read more

I've been sending my 2 year old Yellow Labrador, Mia here for about a year now. I've used their boarding service as well as the daycare service. Mia can be pretty crazy and has tons of energy. She always comes back safe and sound from Creekside. The pickup and dropoff service they provide is great and once I tell my dog "You're going to camp today!" she pretty much stays staring out the front window for her puppy bus to come by. The site they have for scheduling daycare and boarding days is really easy to use and makes the process simple when you decide on sending your pup on a whim. The times aren't exactly super punctual because some times the bus route has a lot of pups but rest assured, the service is great and your dog comes back home safe and TIRED! read more

We have visited and tried a number of doggie day care/boarding places over the years, but Creekside Country Canines is our favorite!!! We LOVE the shuttle (so convenient and the drivers are amazing) and it's obvious our pup gets lots of playtime and attention during his visits. He always comes home happy!!! We had taken our dog here previously and he got fleas and worms the first time he was there. So much for being de-wormed and having flea treatment on board. I decided to try them again and set up a time to drop off my dog . I arrived on time for scheduled drop off but no one came when I honked my horn and called to be let in. I walked up to the house and knocked very loudly many times while calling their number and left several messages to say we were at the gate. I heard dogs barking from inside the house with apparently no human watching over them. I was so mortified they would leave dogs unsupervised in a house! It was also disappointing they failed to meet me at the scheduled pick up time which almost made me miss a train. I had waited for half an hour and I finally left. Very disappointed at their poor service, lack of proper supervision, and my dog coming back infested with fleas! read more

If there were more stars to give, we would give them all. Our German shepherds have been guests and day care clients, and there has never been another kennel or dog facility (and we've lived all over the country) that has even come CLOSE to CCC. I have been one of those dog owners who cries when we go on a trip without the pups. Not any more. I can honestly say from the second they are picked up until we get home to greet them, I don't even worry about them for a second. Kim and Lori are truly amazing. They are the best pack leaders and it's obvious how much they love what they do. I didn't think it was possible to pay for "Peace of Mind" with a kennel experience until we found this amazing place thanks to our vet tech. Because they knew I would worry, they sent daily pictures of the pups sleeping and playing and having a much better vacation than we were having!:) Our youngest GSD goes to day care once a week and he gets so happy to see them that he basically runs to their vehicle. We started him going once a week as a puppy because we wanted to continue socializing him. Now that he's almost three he still goes because we know how much he loves it. It is WELL worth it! Take it from me -- a self-avowed sappy dog owner -- CCC is the BEST!!! Amazing staff, too!! Conscientious, courteous, again a million stars if I could give that many!!! read more

My lab Tank has been here a few times now and this place is wonderful. I honestly do not have to worry about Tank and his well being while he is gone. I know he is being taken care of and has a blast while he is there. Everyone is super friendly and their shuttle service is awesome as we all know things get chaotic when trying to leave or when return from vacation. Tank comes back happy (and tired) and loves going there. I highly recommend Creekside Country Canines! AWESOME AWESOME! read more
