When I signed the agreement, I was under the assumption the month of July was part of the $250 initial treatment to get an infestation under control, now I understand that all I was being provided was two initial treatments. I will continue to use them for the time being as I prefer supporting local and their technicians are high-quality to my knowledge, but am highly disappointed in the fact they refuse to honor the service agreement they provided me. If they make this right, I will adjust this review, but not until then.

Both leaned on the same generic phrasing about understanding my frustration, but neither addressed the real issue: their own employee misrepresented the plan to make a sale. When I said I wasn't paying extra for something I was told was already included, the reply wasn't an apology or a fix. It was an attempt to upsell me to their pricier Yard Enjoyment Plan, followed by an offer to knock $10 off my current, wrong plan just to keep me signed on. If your employee misrepresents a service to close a sale, the right move is to admit it and either honor what was promised or cancel the account, not offer a discount to paper over the mistake. Every reply felt like it was pulled from a script rather than written by someone who'd actually read my complaint, which made the whole thing feel worse than if they'd just said nothing.
