And the mustard a wonderful blend of sweet and savory. Even better though, the owner and his family were absolutely delightful. They were both impressive, hard to find a decent hotdog spot in WA state that suits my pallet. I gave it a 4 star review due to the chili possibly being not made in house. It tastes like Nalley chili, but i have nothing against it. I think one who has chili dogs on the menu can possibly make a killer chili. Maybe it's house made? Not sure, i forgot to ask. The gouda was lost in the sweetness, a saltier cheese may be a better option. As for the burger patty, it was cooked perfectly and was clearly freshly ground.
