She was very easy to work with and accommodating to whatever I needed even at the last minute. She said that she loves doing catering and baking and has been her entire life. After meeting her and eating the food I really believe that to be true. I was referred to her by a friend who she did their wedding 20 years ago. Ellen's been doing this a long time, she doesn't have a business website or reviews I could find but she does have printed pictures to show you in person and references. Don't let that detract you, she was exceptional. Her prices were also unmatched, everyone else I interviewed for catering had a set menu and were thousands more. She was able to work within my budget. There were several things included in the service that other caterers charged for (ie she included plates, silverware, linens, etc). Her staff was very professional and she came early to set up. They stayed the entire night and everyone seemed happy to work for us. She made my cake with almond layers and layers of vanilla with raspberry filling. It was the best wedding cake I have ever tasted.
