Had a phenomenal experience here. My wife was recently rear ended on her way to work one morning, and being that her car was model year 2008 with 240k miles, our insurance ended up totaling it out after we got the estimate for repairs. So we started car shopping for a new (used - new to us) vehicle to be her daily driver & work commute vehicle. I did a lot of research, and we found a 2014 BMW x3 with low miles & in great condition at the CDJR used car dealer on Van Nuys Blvd. (Note, this is not the CDJR new car dealership that's a little farther north on Van Nuys Blvd. Part of the same family of dealers, but this review is for their used car lot a farther south on Van Nuys Blvd.) My wife and I showed up there at 7pm, after a day of driving to dealerships all over and test driving vehicles, and found the sales associates at this lot to be a breath of fresh air. We dealt directly with Moises, and he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about the car we were there to see, and just overall seemed like a good guy. We text drove the BMW x3, liked it (my wife loved it), but we couldn't purchase at that moment because we were still waiting for the insurance payout on the totaled vehicle. We didn't want to lose the BMW to another buyer, so we put a $1,000 deposit down on my debit card, the following day.....although in retrospect we should have done it that same night, I just couldn't pull the trigger on the deposit, but after driving home, my wife and I talked about our positive experience at this dealer, and our really positive experience with Moises, and we decided that was the right vehicle (so I went back the next day & put the deposit down.) Ultimately we ended up not purchasing the vehicle because our insurance gave us an owner retained settlement offer a couple days later, and my wife and I decided to go with that option, so I returned to Keyes CDJR used cars, and had to ask for a refund of the deposit. I explained the situation to a manager, and he was extremely understanding & professional about the whole situation......the refund was issued, I got a receipt and I was in & out in about 30 minutes. A couple days later the refund showed up on my debit card, exactly as it should. Overall, it was an extremely positive used car buying experience (even though we didn't end up buying the car), and didn't have any of the weird salesman, sleazy tactics that most people associate with used car dealers. If & when the time comes that we're ready to buy a used car, this dealership will absolutely be our first stop! A+ to these guys, and their professional manners/etiquette! read more

I do not recommend coming here to buy a new car if you want a good, honest deal. I recently leased a new vehicle from this dealership, and what should have been an exciting purchase turned into a frustrating experience. The truck was delivered with visible scratches already on it. When I flagged this, I was told to bring it back in for repair -- but instead of offering a loaner vehicle so I could still get around, they only offered an Uber to and from my house for the day. That was just the start. Since taking delivery, I've had an airbag warning light come on and noticed the alignment is off -- not exactly what you expect from a brand-new truck. The finance side of things was its own headache. The moment the paperwork was signed, the finance manager seemed to vanish -- no one on staff could tell me where to find them for follow-up questions. I'd strongly encourage anyone buying here to read every line of your contract before signing, because add-ons have a way of getting added without a clear conversation about them. To make matters worse, I've called the main sales line multiple times asking to have Gustavo call me back -- silence every time. Even showing up in person, nobody at the dealership seems to know where he is. At this point it's easier to find Jesus than it is to find him. My salesperson, Mandeep, was nice and helpful throughout the process -- but that seems to be true of everyone here right up until you sign. After that, it's like you're dead to them. Part of this is on me -- I didn't shop around enough beforehand, and other dealers later quoted me a noticeably cheaper price for the same truck. Lesson learned, but it also means this dealership knew they weren't offering a competitive deal and sold it to me anyway. Between the vehicle condition at delivery, the ongoing mechanical issues, the vanishing finance manager, and now an unreachable salesperson, I'd think twice before buying here -- and I'd definitely get quotes elsewhere first. THE SERVICE HERE IS THE WORST. When you call about needing service, the associates mislead you or intentionally leave out details like how long anything will take. Probably because even just an evaluation of the car's problem will take multiple days and the repair itself will take weeks. They tell you NONE OF THIS upfront. The associates are also the opposite of helpful or warm. They all make you seem like an asshole for asking questions. You also get different answers depending on who you ask, on topics ranging from what's covered to what things cost. Maybe the place is just way too overwhelmed and needs more employees and space. But the last time I almost got work there, I was told it would they would need my family's minivan for at least a few days if not weeks to fix one middle row seat that wasn't locking into place. Fed up (and having lost the car to them for weeks before), I left before the evaluation and instead went to Olive Auto in Burbank. Fixed up in a matter of hours. This is a follow up to my previous review. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of my 2024 Jeep vehicle and the level of service at this dealership. A car that is practically brand new should not have already had 3 recalls, this is completely unacceptable. My experience with their customer service has been just as frustrating. During my last visit, they addressed a recall, but I also reported a very serious issue: the car stopped while I was driving, a turtle icon appeared on the dashboard, and I received a message saying I could not accelerate. This is not only alarming, it is dangerous. Now I am being told by a customer representative named Payman, I need to leave the car for at least six weeks, they cannot provide a loaner vehicle, and they are unable to even tell me whether the car is safe to drive in the meantime. That level of uncertainty and lack of support is unacceptable. I expected far better reliability and customer care, especially for a new vehicle. This situation has been stressful, inconvenient, and, most importantly, a serious safety concern. One star. My visit to the Jeep dealership in Van Nuys was a masterclass in chaos, mixed messages, and zero respect for a new customer. Day 1: I was promised a 2025 Wrangler Sahara lease at $0 down and $499/month. I test-drove the car, loved it, and waited. After an hour, the manager appeared and abruptly announced they couldn't lease the 2025 Sahara after all. When I asked why they had me come in for a deal they suddenly couldn't do, he was shockingly rude and basically told us to leave. As we walked out, the salesperson chased us down and said the manager could do an even better deal: a 2026 Sahara at $459/month. We agreed--only for the manager to come back and say it would actually be $499. When I asked why they changed the number again, he admitted he'd said $459 just to keep us from leaving. That destroyed my trust, and we left. Day 2: The next day, the salesperson told me they could, in fact, do the 2026 Sahara at the originally quoted deal. I left work and spent about three hours there while they ran my credit and went back and forth--only to end up at $535/month. I was exhausted and ready to close just to be done, when the manager suddenly claimed the system wouldn't accept the coupon he wanted to apply. He said he'd use his employee number for a better discount, promised home delivery the next day, and had me complete paperwork so they could run my credit. Then--silence. Five days. No car. No calls. No updates. Texts ignored. In my opinion, this was a whiplash-inducing runaround and a complete breakdown of professionalism. I felt disrespected, misled, and absolutely worn out. Title: Rogue, Harassing Behavior from Van Nuys CDJR - Owner Russell Westbrook Needs to Know I bought a car outright from Van Nuys CDJR, paid a cash deposit, and was told the deal was good to go. Weeks later, they called claiming there was a "social security error" and demanded the car back, even though I had done nothing wrong and never misrepresented anything. I told them I would return the vehicle once I secured another car, and I never wavered from that position. Instead of working with me in a professional, consumer‑friendly way, they launched a campaign of harassment and threats. They bombarded me with aggressive phone calls and text messages that made it sound like I had stolen the car. They then contacted my personal references and harassed them, and even sent someone to my residence to harass my 93‑year‑old landlady. At no point did they reach out in a reasonable or above‑board manner, and they completely ignored my repeated requests that they cease and desist. Despite staying in communication and making clear I intended to return the car in the same condition they sold it to me, they escalated by sending a repo agent after me. By the grace of God, I was able to secure a legitimate deal elsewhere and return the vehicle before any further chaos unfolded. When I finally brought the car back, in perfect condition, they made me wait over an hour and then refused to reimburse my cash deposit. Because they withheld my money, they left me stranded more than 40 miles from home, in the dark, with no assistance--no Uber, no Lyft, no Waymo, nothing. I had to take public transportation from Van Nuys to Downey to get to my new car. I didn't get home til almost midnite, and I left the dealership at 7:30 pm. This experience has left my psyche in turmoil. The dealership's behavior was unprofessional, unnecessary, and frankly abusive, especially given that they contributed to the situation in the first place, allowing me to drive away in a vehicle, thinking the bank deal had already been secured. They had every opportunity to make it right and chose not to. To this day, I still have not received my deposit back. For the record, Russell Westbrook has owned this dealership since 2016, and his wife Nina is part of this family brand. Mr. Westbrook is kin‑adjacent, and neither he nor Nina would be happy to know you handled any consumer in this manner--especially me. If you're considering Van Nuys CDJR, know that they are willing to treat a paying customer this way over an internal error they crafted. Since buying my 2025 Charger Daytona R/T EV on July 25, 2025, the trunk hasn't worked properly, and I received the car with a damaged wheel and tire that were never fixed. Now there's a new, more serious issue -- the door button sometimes doesn't work, and I've had to use the emergency door handle many times just to get out. I brought my vehicle into Van Nuys CDJR on Friday July 25, 2025 for a warranty claim for a stuck sunshade. Dropped it off, formal intake was not done. As of Thursday July 31, 2025 I still hadn't heard from anyone so I called in but was sent to voicemail. I received a call later that day stating that they were still waiting on approval, but I should hear back by early next week (August 5, 2025). Since I had not heard back, I called on Friday August 8, 2025 and got voicemail again, but received a callback and was told that they were waiting on parts. I asked if it had been approved since I didn't receive confirmation but this was their way of saying that it was approved; unprofessional, no communication. It had been two weeks at this point. I was told it'd be another week for parts. Two weeks went by and I called back on Wednesday August 20, 2025 but went to voicemail. Never received a call back. Got a call on Tuesday August 26, 2025 that the vehicle was ready to pick up. Upon walking in I wasn't given a breakdown of vehicle, only asked to pay. I asked to inspect the car first. To my surprise the original reason I brought the vehicle in was not fixed, similar issue. Someone also wrecked the vehicle or it was hit while parked. Drivers side mirror banged up and hanging off, scratches, chips, markings on drivers side doors, fender, rear quarter, rear bumper, front bumper, hood, passenger side front door and fender. They denied it but would check cameras and talk to the workers. I left it there, did not pay and asked them to return it to the same state I left it in, plus fix the sunshade. It's now Monday September 1, 2025 and not one call to provide status. I've emailed the GM Jonathan Schwartz and no reply. Tried calling him but they can't patch me through to him. I want my vehicle fixed correctly. I was told that they don't park vehicles on street but I've got a tracker on it and could see that it was, AND parked offsite at two other shops. Jonathan Schwartz, please do better. I turned my vehicle in and expect to get it back without damage. It looks like someone side swiped my van and pushed it into the back of another car. Upon inspection of the van on August 26th, 2025: Shade doesn't close all the way and "rebounds" after trying to close, leaving it 3-4" open. It was in the shop to repair the sunshade issue to begin with, so the repair has not been completed. Driver side mirror is falling off; clearly hit. Driver door under mirror has many scratches that seem deep enough into the clear coat. Drivers side bumper had two circular 15" wide deep scuff marks on the corner. Multiple chips and light blemishes across driver side fender, rear door, and quarter panel areas. Front bumper has a deep horizontal scratch/dent that looks like it was pushed into something. Chip on hood. I saw my vehicle was on the street on 9/3/25 and stopped by to see it in person at the auto body shop the dealer outsources to. Talked to the owner and he agrees that the damage needs painted in most areas. Still nothing from CDJR. I called but am told my service guy is away and they don't take messages. This scenario is why people don't trust dealerships. This is unacceptable and the lack of customer service has been dodgy because they know the truth. Six weeks without my car and the best they can do is "there's no way all of this damaged happened here but we can try to buff it out". read more

The absolute WORST experience I've ever had. First they told us they had what I wanted in stock but after spending 3 hours walking around their "stockyard" at a mall, they did NOT have what I wanted. Then I placed an order to get what I want. After 6 weeks of hearing nothing from them I called only to find out the order had never been placed even though they had assured me it had, and trying to blame someone else instead of apologizing and doing everything they could to retain my business. We recently went to a dealership because we were seriously interested in purchasing a BMW M850i. Our main goal was to test drive that exact car and, if we liked it, to go ahead and commit to buying it. When we got there, the salesperson--Adi, who was really friendly and helpful--informed us that the M850i supposedly had a flat tire. Adi arranged for us to test drive another vehicle and suggested we return the next day once the car was ready. Unfortunately, the experience took a downturn when the manager got involved. Unlike Adi, the manager was rude and egotistical. He tried to pressure us into signing a contract before we'd even had the chance to test drive the car, insisting we could just cancel if we didn't want it afterward. We explained that we needed to drive the car first. Instead of respecting that, he acted like his time was more important than ours. We were genuinely ready to buy the car, but this manager's behavior means we won't be coming back. I'm certain this dealership is losing other customers for the same reason. Honestly, I'd suggest the dealership replace that manager. In the end, we took our business elsewhere and ended up purchasing a Mercedes-Benz AMG E53 from a different dealer, where the experience was everything this one wasn't--professional, respectful, and enjoyable. Horrible experience at this dealership! Service department to be exact. Dropped off my vehicle mid October of 2025 and picked it up on April 27 2026 that's almost 7 months of me waiting for my vehicle to be done. The communication was not good at all! I would not get updates on the vehicles progress unless I took the time to call or show up in person. When I dropped off the vehicle I asked for a loaner vehicle and I was told they do provide them, but then overheard another service advisor tell a client they do provide them but are all loaned out at the moment?! Service manager Hector helped to explain everything and was transparent with me about Payman the advisor not being on top of it and not submitting paperwork in a timely manner when I stopped by in December but after that never heard from him didn't respond to my text messages or phone calls unless I showed up in person. The same day I stopped by I had the used sales manager give me an appraisal on the vehicle and gave me a really low offer and pointed out many things wrong with the vehicle but never mentioned damage to the roof of the vehicle. After 3 months of it being in service I had to purchase a new vehicle since my insurance only cover a certain amount of days so now I'm stuck with an extra car payment while paying for the vehicle that sat in service for almost 7 months! The day of pickup I refused to pay the amount due I was being charged for batteries that were given at "cost," 2 hours of labor $700+ to install 2 batteries, and my deductible. I asked to speak to hector or any other manager and was told hector was unavailable to speak to me but would deduct 1 hour of labor. Ultimately I ended up paying $1,198.03 after they charged my insurance $10,000 for the repairs. I was told some damage was caused to the front bumper and they fixed it along with small other flaws on the vehicle. When I got home I noticed damage to the roof of the vehicle (paint peel and rust) spoke with Payman and he told me Hector said it's normal wear and tear and was not damage done at the dealership but the car sat outside in the sun and rain and if it was normal and done when I had it don't you think the appraiser would've noticed that and mentioned it to me? Misled & Mistreated by Finance Department - BE CAREFUL!!! I'm really disappointed with my experience at Jeep in Van Nuys, especially with the way I was misled by the finance department when turning in my lease and choosing to finance my vehicle. When I met with the finance rep, I was hesitant about purchasing a warranty--I've always been skeptical about them. But I was moving out of state, so he convinced me by repeatedly assuring me that the warranty he was offering was "bumper to bumper," and that the only things not covered were tires and brakes. He said this multiple times with confidence, which made me feel secure enough to agree and sign. Unfortunately, I later found out that this was completely false. The contract he sold me was a third-party warranty, and it only covers the engine and transmission--not bumper to bumper like he promised. To make matters worse, he's no longer working there, so I can't even confront him directly. Trying to get help after the fact has been frustrating and exhausting. I've called multiple times and mostly got voicemails. Eventually, I went in person and another employee told me they shouldn't have even sold me a third-party warranty, and that I was misinformed. I was advised to cancel the policy and get a refund on the remaining amount--which is ridiculous, considering I never should've been misled in the first place. I've since moved to another state and called to speak to the manager, who offered a half-hearted apology and basically made it seem like it was my fault for not reading the fine print. The contract was even given to me on a USB drive instead of in printed form, which felt shady in hindsight. Bottom line I was lied to by a finance rep who clearly only cared about commission, and this dealership has offered no real accountability. If you're considering buying or financing here--especially when it comes to warranties--be extremely careful and read every single line. Don't trust what they tell you without proof. read more

My 2015 Ram EcoDiesel is being serviced again at Rydell on San Fernando Rd in San Fernando. Had the oil changed two weeks ago and they discovered a small coolant leak. I took it back a couple days ago and it's in their shop now. I was even offered a 15% discount on all parts and labor. I have to wait in line a couple days because they are so busy. Go to a different service center! They'll keep your vehicle and hold up process on repairs. After getting my vehicle towed there they call and tell me the cost for the diagnostic and repair work. Quoted me $1400 then says oops $1200. I say I'll bring in my own battery and they can use a dodge fuse. The LA fires were going on and I was unable to get them the battery next day, long story short- instead of using a tester battery from the service center, they avoided answering emails and phone calls. When I said to go through my insurance, all of a sudden they're super responsive and send me an estimate for $6,400+ of work. Looking to scan insurance via customers. This is that type of service center! Take your vehicle anywhere else! The management wasn't helpful either and when I finally paid the car ransom, I get back into my vehicle and find my glove compartment in disarray on my floorboard. Had to complain about that all for them to tell me the "tow truck guy did it". All in all, 11 days at a shop to replace a battery. No customer service skills at this place and management will not be of help to you either. Choose anywhere else before paying $350 for a diagnostic, they won't provide you with a print out of said "diagnostic" either as that is "not a part of their policy". Oh and a week later and my service engine light is on. This place is a rip off and they don't do the type of work they charge their customers for. read more

Update 1/6/25 - they say they mailed a check to me a week and a half ago for the amount of $535 plus a $500 deposit they neglected to give us credit for at the time of sale. They are in Van Nuys. I am in Burbank. No way it takes that long. Do NOT buy anything here. These guys are crooks! Just had the worst experience with buying a car here. We had a PO with a total. We arrived with a check in hand to buy the car. They offered to match the rate we were getting - I am so glad we declined. They came out and told us they made a mistake and needed to charge an extra $722 in sales tax. It felt like BS. Sales taxes are calculated as a % of the sale based on where the sale took place. This would never change. It doesn't matter where we live. They made us wait forever and when they finally brought us in to finalize the paperwork of course they rushed us through signing everything. Now I am back home reviewing the documents and the difference in Sales Tax is only $182. Elsewhere they charged us for $535 in accessories. I am not aware of any accessories we received for this and this is not what they told us. These guys are liars. Don't believe anything they tell you. Even after this was all done, it took them over an hour to bring the car around and they hadn't cleaned up what I asked them to. I will never buy another car here again! read more

My Jeep have a recall the soonest appointment they were able to give me was 2 weeks.Before accepting the appointment I made sure they had the part to fix the car and I asked the operator how long they will have to the car .....the answer : maximum half a day. When I arrived for my appointment on Feb 24 2026 at 11am at the reception 4 agents were seating at their desk behind the counter ...none of them busy except one eating a large sandwich ....none of them welcomed me with a smile or hello or a "what can I do for you? " ...so to one of them I gave my name ,time of my appointment and the purpose of my visit...."I need your cell number and the key " I questioned when the car will be ready? ....."I will let you know in 4/5 days" ...I was surprised and I ask the reason..."I don't know if we have the part" I explained that when making the appointment I was confirmed that they had the part and that will take less than half a day to fix it. ...the agent doubled check with the parts department..."yes we have the part but we still need to keep the car 4/5days "....for that appointment I missed a full day of work and now not to be able to have a car for 4/5 days or more made me unhappy so I politely asked to see a manager...." The manager won't be able to help you and might take 10 minutes to 2 hrs to get to you" It is inacceptable for a company who spends millions of $ in advertising to get new customers and have such a bad customers service! read more

Genuinely regret leasing my truck from van nuys cdjr. I traded in my 2019 ram for a 2024 ram tradesman to start off during negotiations we agreed upon installing an aftermarket 12" screen along with all weather floor mats when I went to pick up the vehicle it was a 10" screen and no floor mats it wasn't until i continuously called that I finally got the floor mats and but unfortunately I didn't make a bigger issue about the screen which I regret.... Then when I noticed cables were hanging loose above the pedals I took it in for service and the rep said oh that's normal (no it's not) "you just gotta tuck it in" bottom line this place is a joke I can't wait till my lease read more

Edit to Update: No one answers the phone. It's been 2 weeks with no updates and the number I was given below only goes to voicemail. I'm leasing my vehicle from there and I've had nothing but problems. The company never answers their phone, even if your car is in the shop. You are left with no updates on what's going on no matter how many times you call or text. The service mailbox is always full so there's no way you're gonna be able to get in touch with them. They also don't provide rental cars or reimbursement for rental cars when they are servicing your car in the shop, with no end in sight but they're more than happy to call and text asking to buy or trade in that vehicle for a new down payment lol. I came in for an oil change and walked out spending close to $2000. I was OK with that as maintenance is something cars need. But... Customer Service is non existent. When you spend $2000 and have no car for 6 days I expect a minimum amount of respect and communication. I would give 1 star but I did get the car back so I gave 2 stars. People are rude, you have to call multiple times to get somebody on the phone. The voice mail boxes are either full or not setup. If you do get through, they tell you that your representative is busy or not available and you need to call back when they should offer to take you number and have your rep return your call. They don't even say thank you or good buy they just hang up after you talk with them. The whole experience here was just bad. read more

If you buy a car here, check every single number on their worksheets before you sign. When I was negotiating the deal for my Jeep on May 21st, 2026, the initial offers and interest rates they presented me were flat-out mathematically incorrect. Several times. They tried to use inflated numbers and an incorrect interest rate on the pencil sheets to trick me into a higher payment. On top of the wrong interest rate, they tried to push a "deal" where my payments would be delayed for 3 months. They pitched it as a benefit, but the math showed it was a trap designed to let simple interest rack up on the principal from day one, which would have cost me thousands of dollars extra in the long run. I had to catch these math errors and deceptive tactics myself before forcing them to print the correct numbers on the final contract. As part of the deal, I traded in my 2016 Ram 1500. Per our signed contract, Van Nuys CDJR contractually agreed to pay off the remaining $936.00 balance to my lienholder, PenFed. It has been nearly two weeks, and they have completely failed to send the check. Because of their severe administrative delay, PenFed's collections department is now actively calling me, threatening a major hit to my credit score. The transaction has already been fully funded and assigned to Capital One on the backend, meaning Van Nuys CDJR happily pocketed my trade-in and got their money from the new loan, but they are ghosting their legal obligation to clear my old title. Between trying to slide thousands in hidden interest past me at the desk to failing to pay off a simple $936 loan, this place operates with zero integrity. I called the dealership and the person in finance told me to just pay it off and the bank would pay me back. I told them it's their responsibility and the guy said this is what people usually do when this happens. This is insane. The worst buying experience I've ever had. No ethic, no integrity, no honesty, no honour, nothing at all but lies and past aggressive behaviour. They failed on all aspects and steps of selling cars. Back in August I was in the process of buying a van after agreeing to finances and delivery the car on the time agreed upon; the car was in terrible shape as if it wasn't even washed, missing parts, incomplete work and the worst attitude when I tried to address those concerns, especially from two individuals named Joshua and Cegar " I think that's what he's called" I wouldn't even hire them as porters. Now I'm getting tickets sent to me for driving on Toll Roads even tho I never had ownership or possession of the car. I can't even find a number to call!! I emailed the GM and no answer. I advise everyone in the market for a vehicle to steer away from this dealership. I'll be contacting the investigation department in the DMV also will seek legal counsel to see further options. read more

I purchased a 2019 used car for $64,000 on March 15, 2025, from Van Nuys Dodge. After the second day of owning the vehicle, I reached out to the dealership about a missing latch in the trunk, which is needed for emergency access if the battery dies. I contacted my sales rep, Jason, and informed him about the missing part. He said he would check with his manager. I followed up with him last Saturday, and he told me there was no update. Today (04/02/2025), I contacted the finance manager, Justin, who helped me during my purchase. Justin spoke with the used car manager (although I've asked multiple times for their name, I still haven't received it), and he told me the part would be in by tomorrow, 04/03/2025. I even scheduled a service appointment with a real Chevy dealership, but canceled it per Jason's instructions. This is my second time buying a car from this dealership, but it will be my last. I'm concerned that if I take my car back to Van Nuys Dodge for service, they might retaliate. All I want is reimbursement for the repair I'm going to pay for myself after spending $64,000. I am not wealthy--I had to work extremely hard to get my dream car, and this is the kind of experience I'm dealing with. If I could give Zero stars because that was what they earned! Horrble Service and Communication. Payman Service advisor and this dealerships are bunch of crooks. We took our jeep in due Service light going off. Found out Needed engine replacement which was covered under warranty but took over Six weeks to get done. Plus they they did services which we did not authorize. Costing us over $1500. When called advisor we told him Verbally we were declining services he suggested. We initially agreed but changed our mind when we found out the engine needed to be replaced. Picked up car and they charged the services we declined over the phone. Miscommunication or not. This is the the worse Service. After two days the engine light came back on. Stay away unless you want to get rip offed!! read more

I took my truck in today for the maintenance it requires and also to check the recalls the truck has. I'm so unsatisfied with the customer service of this location. They had done me wrong in the past but I wanted to give them another try since its convenient location. Previously I had taken my car for service and they crashed it. Second time, they had said they would pay for the rental and never did. Now that I wanted to get my oil change and maintenance, they wanted to keep my car 10 days. I also had a coupon for this service and they said it did not qualify when it literally it does since it comes from the factory. They weren't even busy and they didn't acknowledge me as a customer. Lack of customer service is the reason why people leave and go somewhere else. read more
