What can I say but wow!!!! I've come here a decent amount of times to be offloaded on the Receiving side, and to put it bluntly it's been kind off a "meh" experience. Nothing to write home about. But everytime its been Cris & Omar at the desk my offload has been rapid and they provide a type of Customer Service I haven't seen across the industry to date. Of all the vendors I deal with Crest is the worst. They push back deliveries for an entire week because of stupid holidays like Columbus day or presidents day. Not only have they put me on a two week delivery schedule from a weekly delivery schedule now sometimes I'm being pushed to a 3 week delivery option. Their customer service sucks. They don't notify customers of upcoming disruptions in service when they swear up and down they have. I hate having to deal with crest. Other vendors I order from are more than accomodating. I wish the suppliers would see how crest is handling their customers and switch to another supplier. I am currently seeking out other options but unfortunately they have the market ordered on some suppliers such as ballast point leaving me no other options for certain products. read more

It's obvious from their reviews on Google and their reviews here that it's a sad state of affairs. They have the market on all the most popular beers but they can't back it up with great customer service! Just like the other reviews you call the beer line in Chicago you're on hold for a ridiculous amount of time you end up placing your order for over 40 cases of beer and then you don't get it right before the weekend! And yes the people that work there have no customer skills whatsoever it's very sad......why even have reps..... You would think in today's world that they would bend over backwards to help you out but they never have and I don't think they ever will. read more

This is the worst beer distributor in the state or country! Haven't seen a rep EVER! And I will not deal with any craft beer company's that let's them distribute. I'm about to change my menu and have only limited items from Crest but pick them up myself from restaurant depot. I placed a $800 order almost 2 weeks ago and I have yet to see it! Really!! My Budweiser reps are here weekly and I sell triple what I do for crest maybe these guys will realize they are losing money or maybe they don't care either way if I had my product at crest I would pull out now!!! read more

We are a small woman owned business that has provided satellite phone service to Crest Beverage since 2011. We have faithfully provided this service based on our agreement with Crest Beverages and their need for emergency satellite communications. After receiving a transcript voicemail, I was informed that their president Steven Sourapas requested to cancel their service, which is an annual agreement and requires a written 30 day notice to cancel their 3 lines. After contacting Steven numerous times over the course of 3 weeks and leaving multiple messages, I finally got ahold of him to discuss the account and the necessary steps to terminate service. I was shocked when Steven told me that he would NOT be paying his outstanding bills and that he didn't agree with the terms of the contract that we have had with them for nearly a decade. After providing service to them for close to 10 years, he denied having any obligation to make good on their account and refused to pay. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity of Crest Beverages, they sell over 16 million cases to more than 4,500 customers annually and they would willingly and knowingly screw a small business for money that they rightfully owe. These are hard times in our country, especially for small disadvantaged businesses, and this situation really shows the extreme lack of Corporate Social Responsibility of this organization. Shame on you Steve. It may be small potatoes to a multimillion dollar organization, but to us here at All Road, its a lot. read more

When I started working at Crest they told me I would get salary pay of 150$ daily I though it was ok thinking I would work 8hrs a day , but I was wrong. Worst job I ever had I'm glad Im no longer there , its almost slavery working 14hrs days carrying and unloading a semi truck full of beer by hand and getting paid salary base pay of 150$ day that's not even minimum wage it should be illegal and you still gotta pay union , medical fees and if you have don't perform well they take away 75$ dlls a week on top of that. All the other reviews are dead-on. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 27 years in business. They routinely turn down 50+ case orders because it is the wrong week to order. As noted in previous comments holidays can make it so 3 weeks are blocked out of the month for deliveries. I have started to shrink there sku's down to as few as possible and if they were not the only ones I could get Coors products from they would not be in my store! After being told in December that the Hotel I work for was put on a 3 week delivery schedule right in the middle of the busy Holiday party season and running out of Corona for large Banquet, we decided to pull all of their beer off our menu. We now only offer Bud products and micro breweries. We were told if we had kegs on tap they would deliver weekly, not so, so we pulled all tap from them also. As a small Hotel we have not the storage for a 3 week delivery, nor do we get guarantees for parties until minimum of a week before. Haven't seen a sales rep in 6 months!! Yelp, I think you need to add negative stars, because this Co is so bad that it would get the negative 5, not the 1 star!!!!!! read more

first off i'm not sure if they are reyes distributing or crest or whom they actually want to call themselves but one thing is for sure, THEY LIKE TO PASS THE BUCK! i unfortunately get our beer for our restaurant from them but will be going with a different company SOON! i pull my hair out every time i call and if i'm lucky enough to get a live person to have talk at me, i want to yell and scream in the phone how incompetent they are and ask them why they even bother to run a business. the sad thing is they are the ONLY ones that distribute good beers here in san diego like ballast point and it's a catch 22 if you want to order them you're stuck with crest. short of paying retail to not have to deal with these crackpot people. i am told they are on holiday schedule which the next delivery date changes every time i speak to someone because you can never get a solid rep. i was told several times this person is your rep, call them to place an order, then they rudely say, i'd be glad to take your order but i'm not your rep. then the person they pass you off to as your rep, then tells you someone else is the next time you call. short of calling a 714 area code and leaving an order on a v/m, hoping someone hears it and places your order, you have to call and threaten to leave them till someone calls you back. this is a horribly run company and whoever does own it needs to thrown in the towel and sell it to someone who CAN RUN A COMPANY, responsibly and politely. read more

I worked in the distribution business for almost 15 years. Crest was one of them under Steven Surapas. Since the Reyes Brothers took over our should I say partnered With the Surpasses, service is horrible. I have a bar in San Diego that does almost a $1000 a week in business with crest, they treat my business almost like it is non existent. I can't get deliveries, They put me on tell sell, which is out of Chicago. No POS support. Rotation of beer never has happened. Any Supplier that works with Crest Beverage should pull their contracts for Non Compliance. I have personally pulled every handle possible. Other bars that this is passed on to, You should do the same. Stone Brewery has a great distribution system and has products to replace any of crests higher end beers. Racer 5 is the Sculpin killer. Although I have friends that work at Ballast Point, until they find a distributed that can properly service their very viable product, it should be pulled.
