My daughter needed a new car and saw a 2024 VW Jetta at Crest Honda that looked appealing. We arrived and met Hudson. Hudson never pressured us, was helpful and patient and turned out to be a man of tremendous integrity. On day one, when I gave a deposit to hold the car with my credit card, I was charged a 3% fee. Since I was not told of this fee I was not happy. To his credit, at the closing, Hudson, as promised, refunded the fee out of his own pocket. The car had a warranty issue and, with Hudson's help, the nearest VW dealership fixed it for us. He even went there himself to find out why they (VW Dealer) were taking so long with this. We met with the Finance manager who was a very impressive young man; he had great deal of knowledge and did not pressure us when discussing extended warranties etc. Then as we were leaving, employees who we had not dealt with were thanking us for our business. Matt Lyons was one of those employees. Kudos to the folks at Crest for building such a fine culture. As far as car buying experiences go, this was low pressure, no games and full transparency from the team. I wish all car buying experiences were like this. Thank you. read more

When the vehicle had the first software update issue was told to bring in vehicle by 2pm for a scheduled appointment meaning leaving work early and loosing pay which I did. Upon arrival the first thing told to me was the dealership does not help with that even though HondaLink and the dash says take your vehicle to the shop and that the appointment would have to be even earlier arrival. This is the classic we don't care about how customers once we sell you a car and don't want to stand behind Honda brand. Very frustrating. We purchased a 2026 Honda Ridgeline at Crest Honda and endured a long, exhausting finance process with Kevin Carter. During that time, he sold us an extended warranty we didn't want, assuring us it could be canceled easily. The very same day, I emailed to cancel. Days turned into weeks with no response -- only a brief "Thank you" after I submitted the cancellation form. Calls and emails went unanswered. Eventually, I had to contact the warranty company directly to secure a refund. Because Crest Honda failed to process the cancellation as promised, I lost $240 in sales tax to the State of Tennessee. Do you like being tracked and misled? Then this dealership is for you. Bought a 2026 Honda CR-V here. Salesman spent an hour insisting the car I wanted wasn't available and pushing a different one, then suddenly admitted it was there when I said I'd leave because I didn't want a different one. He also kept saying I wasn't qualified to buy a car on my own and seemed annoyed that I'd already looked up APR rates. I asked multiple times about Spireon (which they advertise all over) and was told they had no connection and the "care package" was just mats. A few weeks later I got an email saying there's a tracking device in my car that collects and sells geolocation data but that was never disclosed. When I went back, the GM was incredibly unprofessional and aggressive. He called me "delusional" and a "ChatGPT zombie," talked down to me, claimed he'd "never heard of Spireon," there's no Spireon advertisements around, I should be grateful for the device, and that he's been in the industry 20 years. He kept saying it was a "he said/she said" situation and acted like he knew better, even though I had family with me during the purchase including someone with 30 years of experience in banking related to auto companies. They agreed to remove the device and send a refund, but it's been months and still no check. On top of that, they've sent me emails with another customer's info (name, car, VIN). They seem to have no handle on data privacy and are just hoping you're okay with being tracked. read more

If you look closely this dealership has more 1 star reviews than 2-, 3-, 4-and 5-star reviews combined. Never again will we entertain purchasing from this dealership again. What was supposed to be a simple trade and cash sale turned into a six-hour process which is just the beginning of the bad experience. The was one bright spot that I want to go ahead get out of the way was our initial sales contact, Terrence. He did do a good job. The first hour was spent selecting a car. The next hour or two hours were spent waiting for Crest to figure out how much they were going to allow for the trade. Over two of the six hours was spent waiting on the Nate the finance guy to sign our documents. Granted it was a cash sale with a trade; it took two hours just to get in front of him. Nate apologized and said they were taking time to figure out how to title and register the car in New Jersey. More time was spent going through and declining all of the high pressure extended warranty offerings. After finally signing all of the documents we waited another hour or two for delivery of the vehicle from the detailers. When we were about to leave, we asked for the second key only to find out the detailer left for the day with the key in his pocket. The dealership had to overnight the key to New Jersey. After 30 days my adult daughter called the dealership to inquire about her tag and title as she had not heard from NJ or the dealership. She did not receive a call back until an adult male called to inquire who then received a near immediate response. (If you read prior reviews across other platforms this seems too possibly be a pattern) We were advised by the dealership that NJ is very slow and processes them as they get to them. A week later (5 weeks) my adult daughter received a next day delivery package from the dealership with the registration papers and a check made out to the NJ DMV. Apparently, NJ does not allow out of state dealerships to register vehicles directly with the state and the individual purchaser has to do which would most likely explains the 5-week delay. This of course after two hours (dealership) of researching what needed to be done to register the car and title it in NJ. The finance department indicated the temporary tag was good for 60 days and she should be fine. They said if time was running out near 60 days, they could send out a new temporary tag. My adult daughter made an appointment to register the vehicle only to find out during her appointment that the dealership filled out the title documents incorrectly. This of course after two hours (dealership) of researching what needed to be done to register the car and title it in NJ. Hybrid battery fails at this point at no fault of the dealership but worth noting due to the loss of use of the vehicle for a week and a half as they had to do an extensive removal of parts to replace the battery potentially creating future issues on a new vehicle purchase. My adult daughter called the person listed on the title docs if there was a problem. She did not receive a call back. An adult male had to make contact with the finance department who received an immediate response back. Then the title document preparer then called the adult male back. When she was informed she needed to call my adult daughter, the phone clicked, and she hung up on me. She subsequently called the correct person to inform her she never had this problem and was going to see if there was anything she could do. She then abruptly hung up on my daughter before she could say "thank you" or goodbye. About a week later (5 weeks) my adult daughter received a revised package from the dealership. She arranged to take an unpaid day of work to register her vehicle because her 60 day temporary tag expired the following day and NJ is fairly strict. She requested a new temporary tag from the finance department at Crest Honda and did not receive a call or an email back. An adult male had to send an email in order to get a response back. The response came back to my daughter with me copied on it now stating they "consulted with legal" and they could not send out a temporary tag due to liability and that the state or DMV or whomever was really strict about that. This is after they said they would send out a temporary tag at 30 days if the issue lingered. After an adult male got involved and indicated bad reviews could be sent or they can go back and consult with "legal" again the Sales Manager attempted to call my adult daughter and a Temporary tag show up next day delivery the following day. My daughter went to register the vehicle the following day only to find out the dealership did not collect enough sales tax to register the vehicle in NJ costing her $770 above the contract price because she is required to register it for 4 years. The dealership indicated it is not their problem an cited a form in the documents that stated they are not responsible for uncollected fees or taxes. read more

I have taken my car to Crest Honda for service for many years, but after my latest experience, I'm questioning the quality of their service. A couple of weeks ago, I took my car to Crest for an oil change and regular maintenance. They found that I needed to replace two tires, which I agreed to. About two weeks later, one of those new tires went completely flat. I had to call a roadside assistance service to change the tire. When they did, they pointed out that one of the studs in the tire was broken and could not be reused. The next day, I took my car back to Crest Honda. They determined that the valve stem on the new tire was damaged. They repaired the valve stem at no charge since it was covered under warranty. However, they charged me to replace the stud, which cost $133. Here's the problem. They were the last ones to install the stud, so they were the only ones who could have broken it. In the end, this means that they sold me a defective tire and they broke the stud when they installed it, and on top of that, they charged me for the damage that they did to my car. That is not acceptable. I will not be getting my tires from Crest in the future, and I'm questioning if I will go to them for service at all. EDIT: I was able to speak to the general manager of this location, and he gave me a full refund for my service. I greatly appreciate this and feel like they did what they needed to to make this right. As a result, I have updated my rating for this experience. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled a test drive and requested an out the door quote for a new Honda Accord at Crest. When I arrived, the salesperson was initially helpful and friendly. We talked about my goals for being there before starting the test drive. I was transparent with the salesperson that I was only there to test drive, get an OTD quote, and was not interested in purchasing anything that day. He acknowledged and we did a brief test drive. Upon returning to the lot, he immediately switched into high-pressure sales tactics to commit to purchasing without even seeing a quote, and began raising other red flags with me. I got him to back off for a while, but he became noticeably curt and rude with me, even asking me what was wrong with me (in retrospect, I should've walked away then). He eventually got me the OTD quote that was stuffed with all sorts of dealer add-ons and junk fees, but wouldn't allow me to take the quote with me or even take a picture of the quote. He took it away from me when I simply asked why an out the door quote was such a secret document, so I finally got up and left. He personally ensured that Crest has forever lost my business. I instead purchased my new Honda Accord from a different Nashville-area Honda dealership who was much farther away but treated me like an actual customer and human being. Over the weekend, we visited Crest Honda with the hope of purchasing a vehicle. We walked the entire lot--*not a single employee* greeted us or offered assistance. It wasn't until *we called the sales office ourselves* (while standing on the lot!) that we were finally connected with someone. Thankfully, Destini was kind and helpful, and she scheduled us with Brady. Brady did his best--he found the vehicles we were interested in, but the cars were far from ready to be sold. One needed a thorough cleaning, maintenance, visible scrapes along the side, and another had cracked window and needed a thorough cleaning, detailing. These were vehicles listed online as ready for sale. Brady explained we could leave a deposit to hold the car until the issues were addressed, which felt reasonable. However, during negotiations, we discovered that Crest Honda forces customers to pay for "included" services like LoJack and paint protection, which are presented as perks but conveniently get tacked onto the final price. That felt misleading. The most frustrating part came when Juan, the Sales Manager, got involved. He told us that another customer was interested and that it was only fair to give them a chance to buy the car--even though we had been there first and were actively trying to work through the process. When we expressed hesitation about moving forward on a car that clearly needed repairs, Juan seemed indifferent. His overall attitude was dismissive and transactional, making it clear the priority was just selling the car--*not* helping us feel confident or comfortable with our purchase. I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. Crest Honda, and especially Juan, made us feel unimportant and disregarded. There are plenty of dealerships out there that actually value customer service. Worst service I've ever received. My car broke down previous to my appointment so I had it towed to the location the night before. As soon as the dealership opened I called and told them where my car was on their lot and the issues I was having. Whoever took my call proceeded not to relay this message to their mechanics and when I called back hours later looking for an update the service provider had no idea what I was talking about. After finally locating my car I told them the issue resided with my starter and/or alternator. I was told I was incorrect and paid a copious amount of money for a new battery which I could've easily gotten replaced with AAA the night prior had the battery actually been the issue. I never like to give bad reviews but I came back to them in the span of two months since I had to get my oil changed and then air conditioning broke. They said the first time my tires were wearing down but it shouldn't be to bad (not enough that they didn't stop me from picking up my car and driving off). I did have to go back within a couple weeks since my AC broke and I asked them to check the tires and they said they looked fine...... three days later my rim was dragging on the ground since my tire pressure was so low and the tire guy said you could see the inside of my tire... that's unacceptable especially when I ask you to look and told you about the last time I was there and still let me leave with tires looking like that. read more

We had a deal worked out when Nick, the finance guy, said he'd "make it happen". Once in the office to sign the papers the figures changed. The GM came in to salvage the deal but couldn't honor Nicks commitment. We had to walk away. We did return to take another look at a different vehicle, but couldn't come to terms. Here's our as brief as possible detailed experience of this dealership. We first saw on their website a Honda pilot and stopped by to see it. We walked into the dealership and were greeted by somebody who told us to hold on and then they came back about 15 minutes later and asked how they could help. We said we'd like to see this car and they're response was I need a copy of your driver's license. I thought to myself that was a little pushy right out of the gates. They took my wife's information down but also in the process built it into the system they use for finalizing a deal which I thought was a bit of a reach and quite excessive from the get-go. I was honestly completely perplexed and a little taken back by the driver's license thing being the response to her question. The car was not ready and so we had to move away from looking at it and we were never notified that the car was ready but instead were notified when it sold. There was another vehicle we decided to look at and went on an appointment scheduled day to see it. We both took it for a test drive and after we decided we wanted to buy it is when all the weirdness started. First off they didn't have any mechanic that could check transmission fluid levels on site considering that there was a whining sound occurring between 30 and 40 mph on the vehicle and typically in Hondas this is traced to low transmission fluid levels. This is highly unprofessional for this to occur during normal business hours. Secondly is being blindsided by nearly $1,000 in additional charges due to Perma plate and LoJack security which neither of those were things we wanted considering especially that the vehicle was 14 years old and that was wasteful money. You're forced into these things by the way. Real nice customer service there. Next up was their computer generated quote on the vehicle that couldn't even properly calculate out Davidson county and Tennessee State car sales tax. It basically generates an arbitrary number that has no meaning and is completely unable to be calculated by anyone. Factor that in addition to the fact that no one could even remotely begin to tell you what tax that is what's included in it or where that number even came from and you've got yourself one heck of a confused customer and one heck of a scammy looking situation. Then factor in the non-tax fee for $265 that we were told was in fact a tax by the first person. The conversation literally went... Me: What is the non-tax fee? Her: it's a different tax. Me: So the non-tax fee is a tax fee? Her: Yes. After this ridiculous conversation, she sent someone over to me to explain that it's to cover whatever cost could be involved with the license plate and registration cost and that we should get a check for the balance of unused money in the mail. We'll see if that happens. They have to buy a temporary tag in Davidson county and also register your car for Davidson county so that when you get your Davidson county tags you have to get new tags and pay additional money all over again for tags that you actually need for where you live. This is flat out embarrassing. Thankfully the other fee they had for a tire and wheel warranty was removable. At the end of the day we were blindsided and nickeled and dimed and costs and a vehicle upon its initial financial perspective that should have been one cost ended up being $4,000 roughly more than it should have been. We got them to remove the wheel warranty and somehow managed to convince them to remove the LoJack and that's probably because we got up to walk out. This is not how you do business people. If you want lifelong customers, then treat them with respect and have honest transparency and things like mandatory fees before I even show up at the dealer. If you're proud enough to mandate that everyone gets them, then You can put it on the website proudly and make sure that everyone knows in advance that they are paying for this. If you're too embarrassed and you think it's a deterrent to put it on your website and detail it out with the cost of the car, then it should not be mandated that people get it. It's that simple. If the added on feature that your mandating is a good value and actually is worth its price, then you should have no issues selling the benefit. I've been in sales for the majority of my life and I know that it can be done and there is nothing ridiculous about anything that I've said on this point. All in all, I will be very reluctant to return to Chris Honda because of their behavior and lack of transparency and how they just took us for a runaround like we were absolutely nothing but a dollar sign to them. read more

Service department is worthless especially if you have anything technical to be fixed. Their technicians only work M-F, 7:30a - 4p. So if you can't take a weekday off to have them repair, don't even try. Unless you want to rent a car, drop your car off, etc. I work across town so their shuttle service is unable to transport me for an arrival time of 7:45a. And don't even bother to make an online appointment. They can't seem to find the confirmed appointment. This is not the first time this happened. So will not be returning to Crest for anything. Will be selling my Honda and will not be purchasing another Honda. Just sad! read more

I always went to this company for service. They tried to sell me a service that I didn't even need that I had purchased from them in a previous visit because they only look at schedules and not your actual vehicle. They sold me tires that didn't last the manufacturer warranty. When I asked about that, they said it was my fault because I needed an alignment but I had just had my tires rotated which I paid for 2,000 miles prior. They never said I needed an alignment or my tires were worn down that they needed replaced. Everything they said I needed I purchased. I trusted them to tell me what I needed to keep my car in great working order. MISTAKE! They refuse to provide me anything about their policies and tell me these are just internal. Took my Honda Prelude in for a scheduled oil change. My service advisor was very nice, but whoever changed the oil in my 14k mileage mint Prelude apparently spilled oil all over my exhaust, as I was told from a service manager. I smelled it as I was driving home then took a video of the smoke from my engine bay. Went back to the dealer immediately, wasting part of my morning, and was told that was *normal* by a service manager. That has never happened with any car from an oil change, so I do not think it is *normal*. Car still smells like burning oil over a week later. Not a fan. read more

I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience at Crest Honda was. I bought a 2022 Kia Telluride on December 12, 2024, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. If you read nothing else in this review, please, please, PLEASE BUY YOUR CAR FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. I went in with pre-approved financing from my bank, but it turns out Crest Honda submitted my credit to multiple lenders without my knowledge or consent. I was told I was signing a document related to my pre-approved loan, but apparently, it was actually an authorization for them to apply for additional car loans on my behalf. I started receiving denial letters from companies I never applied to, which is not only frustrating but borderline fraudulent. When I requested documentation showing I authorized these inquiries, I was provided with a document that, when signed, I was told was related to the loan application I was pre-approved for. After reading the fine print, that was not the case - it stated that crest honda was authorized to apply for other loans on my behalf. Yes, this was my fault for not reading the fine print. I take full accountability for that. HOWEVER, when you're throwing dozens of papers at a customer at a time and you tell them that the credit application is for one thing when it's really for something else, the customer should be able to assume the sales rep is being honest. The whole sales process was drawn out for over four hours, clearly designed to wear me down and make me accept whatever they threw my way. Before I walked in, I started recording on my phone because I knew how notorious car dealerships are for shady finance practices. I'm so glad I did. The finance director, Remon Eissa, was extremely rude and told me repeatedly that there were additional "required" warranties that I could not leave without purchasing. I have voice memos of him telling me that if I wanted to buy the car, I had to purchase these warranties. When I confronted him about it, he told me he "never said that" and that I "misheard him". Once I told him I had a voice memo of him saying the warranties were mandatory, he denied it and repeatedly said I broke the law by recording him without his consent. If you know anything about Tennessee law, you know that it is a one-party consent state, meaning that as long as one party (me) consented to being recorded, the other party did not have to be notified. Crest Honda is clearly running a business based on deception, poor customer service, and shady sales tactics. I've gotten no apology, no acknowledgment of the issues I faced, and no help in resolving this mess. If you want an honest car-buying experience, avoid Crest Honda at all costs. So, they put a lot of miles on my vehicle driving people around. I know because I keep my vehicle spotless. When I picked it up, there were dusty footprints on my rear floormats. Took in for a recall and they ended up changing my oil instead. I change the oil myself and did the task a few days before the "recall" repair. Be prepared for this dealership to sell you a crappy extended warranty. After looking into it the extended warranty and finding they don't even cover the cost of parts or labor just a percentage, I went back and they told me I cannot cancel it due to them discounting the price. Call your lawyer it's 100% refundable and it is illegal not to refund it! Next day we decided we wanted to purchase a new Ridgeline they wouldn't even help me over the phone and tell me what Incentives they had or give me an out the door price. They wasted several hours of our time already and tried to waste more by telling us we had to come to the dealership to discuss any purchasing options. ( call music city Honda in mount Juliet we purchased it over the phone and just went and picked it up super easy and they gave us a great price) They lost a future buyer for sure. Not only did they pressure me into signing that evening (due to the truck being something unique and hard to find I signed to purchase it) they lied to my face and wouldn't let me take the truck that night without bringing them a check from my bank simply because I didn't finance through them. They also let me unload the vehicle I drove to the dealership and put my personal stuff in the truck I was purchasing then park the vehicle I drove there outside there gated area to have someone else come pick up all to tell me after I signed and gave a large cash down payment that I couldn't take the truck without full payment!!!!!!! And yes I should them a pre approval email from my loan officer for the remaining balance They wouldn't let me drive the truck 30 minutes away to test drive it. (That's to far is what I was told) and boy did I find out why. They said the truck went through service I guess they changed the fluids and send it out the door I've put 400 miles on it sense purchase and have found several suspension issues all within the last week. I purchased a 2017 Honda Fit from crest a few years back. When the car had only 10,000 miles on it the compressor started making a god awful noise so I called Crest. I was told they don't offer loaner vehicles. The noise went away and I knew they'd tell me nothings wrong. Fast forward to fall of 2020 and the paint starts peeling off my roof. The difference between a good company and a good dealer is owning a flaw and standing behind their product. Honda claims "we can't control what services our dealers offer". I bought the extra "Honda care" warranty as well. This will be my last Honda, I've owned 6 in the past dating up with 2001 with no issues. read more

Very overpriced and tell you it's critical to change many fluids when they don't need changing because you got them changed somewhere else.

I had a recall fixed on my car in July 2019 at Crest Honda. While they worked on my car I received a loaner vehicle. Turns out that Crest never paid Avis for the rental and I started to get billed. After speaking with both Avis and Crest Honda, I was assured that Crest would take care of it. Last week I got a bill from a debt collector for the same amount that Crest never paid to Avis. I have been on and off the phone with Crest, always asking them to call me back once this has been resolved and I never get a call back. This is no way to do business Did they fix the recall? Yes, but I would NEVER recommend Crest as they clearly do not have their ducks in a row when it comes to their rental cars. read more

I knew car salesmen were usually scummy and my recent experience at crest honda confirmed it. I do wish I had taken a picture of the itemized statement to reflect the cost of the 2016 Honda Civic that my 19 year old daughter and I went to test. The vehicle was listed for $19,999. By the time all the additional fees were calculated, the vehicle totaled $26, 241 BUT the cost of the vehicle itself with just taxes was approximately $22, 400. What was concerning were all the additional charges that the sales team indicated were mandatory. For an example, the coating that is "used on all their vehicles" would cost me $699. When I asked for that fee to be removed, I was told that it is required because crest honda already applied the "coating" therefore I had to pay for that service. As a consumer, I would recommend that you perform due diligence on your purchase AND be decisive on how much you will spend on a vehicle. Do not let them tell YOU what you have to pay for. read more

So, the post below was made the first time I went to Crest Honda three years ago. They failed to properly replace a wheel and tire. Today I was a bit freaked out when I braked and my foot went to the floor. I don't think it's a coincidence that they changed my brake fluid yesterday. They also changed the transmission fluid and power steering fluid. I'm seriously concerned about driving the damn thing when they finish "fixing" the brakes. The have absolutely no QC system in place. This was what I woke up to this morning after spending $250 on a tire and new rim at Crest Honda just yesterday afternoon. Shit happens, and they made it right, but I found it a bit infuriating that when I called them the service tech asked me twice if I was sure it was the passenger side front (I might not be the brightest, but I know what tire is flat) and then he stated, "that's a new tire and a new rim. LIARS LIARS LIARS! Called Crest Honda to ask about a vehicle they had on their website. Spoke to a gentleman and asked if the vehicle was available. He asked for the stock number, I repeated it twice to make sure he was looking for the correct one. He stated that the vehicle was available and asked when I could come take a test drive. He told me to ask for Gary. I told him 30-60 minutes. We agreed on 3:15, and he said the vehicle would be gassed up and ready for me when I came in. I arrived early (3:00) and was greeted by a lady named Jennifer. She greeted me outside and walked in with me, saying "follow me, follow me" as if I were a dog. I told her I was there to meet Gary. She pointed him out, said he was busy and said she would help me. Again, she said "come here, come here" as if directing a dog. Not professional at all. She asked for my license which I gave her, and she said she would locate the vehicle. After a few minutes she returned only to tell me that the vehicle was sold that morning. She said their system was down and they couldn't update the information. She asked about the vehicle I had driven there to see, and then said she had another one similar to that one that was two years older and had 48,000 miles. this vehicle was 2,000 dollars less. How could she tell me about this vehicle if their system was down? LIAR. The vehicle I was there to drive was a 2024 Honda Civic EX-L, Honda certified and had 10,000 miles. You can see that these two vehicles are not that close. I told her I was unhappy with the way I was treated and would not return. After I left, I tried to call Gary, but kept getting voicemail. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a vehicle there previously that I was told had a 131-point inspection and had a fresh oil change at their shop. This vehicle had the oil drain plug put in with epoxy. That cost me $400 to replace the pan. I thought I would try them again but that was my mistake. DO NOT MAKE IT YOUR MISTAKE. We genuinely enjoyed meeting everyone when we got there and they guided us through the whole process. We met TG, Richard and our finance personnel most and they were so friendly and helpful! I purchased a 2017 Honda Fit a few years back off of Crest Honda. After putting less than 10,000 miles on the car the compressor started making a god awful noise. Crest refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle and stand behind the product they're selling. Honda states that "dealers are independent of them and they have no control over what their dealers do or don't do". Fast forward 3 years and the paint is now peeling off of the roof. If you want to buy from a company that gives you cop outs when the dealers leave you high and dry when a product fails get a Honda. If you want a dealer that won't stand behind their product and expects you to absorb the cost of a rental car when a brand new car gives you issues go to Crest. Most of the negative reviews about this place seem to be about service. I thought I'd give them a chance despite this but I wish I hadn't. Save your money and find an independent mechanic. General comments: - Poor communication between techs and service managers, so all I got throughout the process were a few-word descriptions about the issues being diagnosed. - Inability to solve technical problems--I was quoted $1000+ for a tie rod replacement that did not fix the issue that I brought the car in for (vibration when accelerating). I was told the next option was to try replacing the front axle but that this was just speculation. - Unwillingness to stand behind their work. After not fixing the issue with the first part replacement, I was told the only solution would be for them to swap the axle to see if that fixed the issue and charge me labor for doing so, as well as for swapping it back if that didn't work. - Ken in service was not particularly helpful about getting me additional information beyond the very brief descriptions of the parts that needed to be replaced. Upon informing me that they didn't know what was causing the issue after swapping the tie rods and stating that it probably wasn't worth the cost to me to try to solve it, he gave me a printed article from the Honda website about why cars might vibrate in general. I don't particularly care to read about and speculate on reasons why my car is vibrating. I'd like for the dealership to which I am bringing the vehicle for service to be able to diagnose the issue, rather than not fixing it the first time and then recommending I read about other issues. Today I had an appointment to test drive a car at 9am, so I got through morning traffic to get downtown and finally see a car I had my eye on in person. But when I got to the dealership, it was already sold! The appointment was made days in advance but I did not get a notification that the car was no longer there so I wasted a lot of my morning. I was told I could pre-order a brand new version of the same car but there were none on the lot at all for me to even see. Very disappointing. read more

I bought my 2015 Honda Odyssey from this location new in June of 2015. The paint is peeling off my passenger door in sheets. I went to this location 3 weeks ago to see if Honda would cover this issue and fix it because obviously it's a manufacturing defect. Thy took pictures and told me I'd hear back in a few days. It's been 3 weeks. I have called several times (5 to be exact) and left voicemails for 3 different people and have yet to receive a call back from any of them. Every time I call I speak to a receptionist in service center who lacks any customer service skills. I guess this whole location lacks that though. I just want my van fixed! And a heads up to anyone who wants a white vehicle from Honda think twice. From what people said at a repair shop I went to they said white Honda cars are horrible! The paints chips and peels very easily An update to this situation. I have been back to crest told they would give me an estimate for work and notify me within 72 hours if Honda will cover the cost of paint repairs. Guess what?!? 3 weeks, countless emails and phone calls and Still NO resolution. No estimate received. No call back either.
