Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the pedicure. As shown in the photos, my right foot does not match the left, and the nail polish was old, clumpy, and applied unevenly. I ended up redoing my toenails myself when I got home. The staff was friendly, but the service did not meet my expectations. i would give negative stars if i could. i looked past the negative reviews because i thought it would be fine because i only went in for an acrylic SOAK OFF, first he was going to just rip off my nails had to remind him it's a soak off. he kept taking my hands out of the acetone and drilling them on high. i told him multiple times he's burning me he still didn't stop. i had to get up and stop the service because he BURNED A HOLE THROUGH MY NAIL. my actual nail has a hole in it and he still tried to drill on top of it. i had to still pay for my service after having multiple cuts and burns on my fingers and nails and still left with acrylic on my nails. i even told the lady and showed her my injuries and she ignored me and told me to pay $15. please do not come here. read more

They took me in for a pedi on short notice and were very sweet. They also had a huge variety of really cool metallic/pearlescent gel colors, which I had never seen before. The kind lady doing my nails said that after Covid and the storms, business has slowed down, which is a shame...but I know Crestline has really been going through it in general lately. I very much wanted to ignore the other reviews and find a decent nail place in Crestline. DO NOT IGNORE the bad reviews. The guy had horrible fingernails, long and dirty. He wore gloves aside from his very long pinky. He went out and smoked and came back smelling of ciggerates. They took off my previous dipped nails by peeling them off!!! This is when I became nervous. I told them please use acetone. The woman nodded and translated to her husband who reluctantly soaked my nails. The pedicure done by the woman was fine, but I paid for the 28 dollar one, and she did the worst massage. The entire pedicure took about 15 minutes for my feet. This should have been free, because I'm now in pain from raw and split nails. I've never had such rough treatment and I've been doing my nails for 10 years. I pointed out that my nails were splitting and he didn't stop! I had to force my hand away and demand he stop before making me bleed. He then blamed it on my "thin nails" and previous "acrylics". No, no, no. As much as I'd live to support a local business, I just can't support this one. The guy is not only just plain bad at doing nails, but dangerous. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is HORRIBLE!! I payed $28 for what was said to be a sea scrub a hot lotion massage and polish. First off my water was so hot my feet felt like they were burning and when I told her she said ok ok and made it HOTTER! Then she started to push my cuticles back and cut she cut them to short and made them bleed and I told her ouch like 10 times. The sea salt scrub was half assed excuse my language but when you say scrub I expect an exfoliating scrub not meh I'll lightly run my hand over then rinse. The lotion was hot oil and smells nasty and the hot towel was cold. I don't like to sound petty but she doesn't know how to do a massage they don't know how to listen. I just moved to the area and was looking for a neighborhood nail place and this one seems to be the only one around. I went in to get a new gel manicure as my current one was overdue. I already had semi long strong natural nails with a gel French tip. I asked for a fresh gel manicure. The man who worked there came inside from smoking as I passed by him when I walked in. There were no other customers inside, which I though strange as most nail salons are always busy. I was told to sit in a chair and the man doing my manicure starts electric filing the gel on my nails instead of soaking it off, that I'm used to at other salons. I had to ask him to stop several times because he over filed my nailbed. I'm not sure he understood because he didn't speak English so I had to pull my hand away. After he was done I was asked to sit in another seat where the woman did the gel. I asked for a French tip. One hand came out good, but the other hands tip was completely crooked. She didn't understand when I asked her to fix them so at this point I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. I could tell my real nails were extremely damaged and soft from the man filing them down. I ended up having to cut my nails extremely short. It's been 2 months and I keep having to cut my nails short anytime they grow because now they are so weak. My only option is to grow out my entire nails and start over with healthy nails. Never again. Avoid this place at all costs. And speaking of cost, this experience cost me $55. read more

Came here for a fill and new gel and they came out cute! The nails turned very hot pick which I was fine with but not so much my employer who asked me to change them so I came back. I work graveyard so doing anything during the day is hard. Looked up what time they opened and yelp states they are open at 9:30AM BUT they are not! The sign on the door says 10AM. So I figure I've already waited this long, another 30 minutes won't kill me. It is currently 10:10AM and NO ONE is even here! Doors locked, lights off! Super frustrated! I came in for a regular manicure, and over the next ten to fifteen minutes, there were two manicurists repeatedly asking me if I wanted to get gel instead. I said no each time, that I don't like gels, but that didn't stop them from trying (over and over). I don't think my nails soaked long enough because where most nail salons gently clip at your cuticles, mine were ripped off by force, which is super painful. During the whole thing, there were dozens of flies flying around overhead, in the faces of customers, sitting on the product and tools...really distracting (and disgusting) to have to be swatting flies away with wet fingernails. When it was done, my nails looked pretty bad. What was left of my cuticles was sloppily painted over with nail polish, not a clean look at all. In a small mountain town, it's lovely to have a place to get pampered! They have a nice selection of mani/pedi options as well as other services including waxing. David, the owner is always friendly. If they're busy, there can be a little wait but it's worth it. Prices are good and the girls are always friendly! I gave this place a third chance today and feel I have earned the right to say that this place does pretty garbage work. Even though I'd love to keep my money local, this place acts like they can give poor service since they don't have much competition around. Today I got a pedi and gel mani. The guy that greeted me gave me some colors to choose from that are supposed to come in a matching set (one gel and one regular polish of the same shade.) I chose one and he started doing my pedi while an older thin lady did my nails. After my nails were painted, they couldn't find the matching shade for my toes. Some random shade was sloppily painted on and it's not even close. My feet feel like they weren't even scrubbed at all. My nails are even worse. I had to ask the lady to fix about 7 issues (visibly jagged and sharp edges, hair in top coat, etc.) and they STILL aren't fixed. I have cut up cuticles, Polish over my cuticles, edges aren't sealed... I don't do nails for a living but come on! Completely incompetent nail shop. read more

Went in this morning for three fills. The "gentleman" that works there started on my daughter, failed to remove all of her polish and began putting acrylic over the mess. I stopped him and asked for another operator. The woman said she couldn't take my daughter because she had an appointment coming in. I told her we would wait... she refused us service.
