    Bad fill

"He" kept telling me he knew how to do his job. Not! He didn't take off my polish (clear pink) nor did he prep well. The lifting at my cuticle is his work. Don't mind the pinkies. I'll just go Down the hill. ‍ I'd rather keep my business on our mountain. But when the work is subpar, we'll‍

the hole in my nail i had to stop him or he would've made it bigger.

i would give negative stars if i could. i looked past the negative reviews because i thought it would be fine because i only went in for an acrylic SOAK OFF, first he was going to just rip off my nails had to remind him it's a soak off. he kept taking my hands out of the acetone and drilling them on high. i told him multiple times he's burning me he still didn't stop. i had to get up and stop the service because he BURNED A HOLE THROUGH MY NAIL. my actual nail has a hole in it and he still tried to drill on top of it. i had to still pay for my service after having multiple cuts and burns on my fingers and nails and still left with acrylic on my nails. i even told the lady and showed her my injuries and she ignored me and told me to pay $15. please do not come here.

The people are so very friendly and hard working. I would definitely go here again even though I'm not a local.

If I had the option to put a starless or negative five star review I would. This place is all bad 35 dollars for a fix and trip and fill they messed up in nails and painting gel was impossible after three hours I said I gotta go! NEVER COME HERE THEY DONT KNOW SHIT ABOUT DOING BUSINESS

Deluxe pedicure: Cost $48 for fancy gel color + pumice + foot massage, but I believe the basic pedi is $30 (quite reasonable)

They took me in for a pedi on short notice and were very sweet. They also had a huge variety of really cool metallic/pearlescent gel colors, which I had never seen before. The kind lady doing my nails said that after Covid and the storms, business has slowed down, which is a shame...but I know Crestline has really been going through it in general lately. I hope their business picks back up! The pedi turned out great and I'll def be back.

The people here are always so nice! I have been coming here for years and have always had the best customer service. They pay a lot of attention to detail and are way better than going somewhere else down the hill. Make sure to make an appointment before coming because they are always very busy!

Love it! This is my second time here getting gels and waxed and she does such a thorough and great job! The price is great and the service is so fast! Plus they're open 7 days a week!

Great service! They are definitely the best nail salon on the mountain. Would recommend it

I very much wanted to ignore the other reviews and find a decent nail place in Crestline. DO NOT IGNORE the bad reviews. The guy had horrible fingernails, long and dirty. He wore gloves aside from his very long pinky. He went out and smoked and came back smelling of ciggerates. They took off my previous dipped nails by peeling them off!!! This is when I became nervous. I told them please use acetone. The woman nodded and translated to her husband who reluctantly soaked my nails. The pedicure done by the woman was fine, but I paid for the 28 dollar one, and she did the worst massage. The entire pedicure took about 15 minutes for my feet. This should have been free, because I'm now in pain from raw and split nails. I've never had such rough treatment and I've been doing my nails for 10 years. I pointed out that my nails were splitting and he didn't stop! I had to force my hand away and demand he stop before making me bleed. He then blamed it on my "thin nails" and previous "acrylics". No, no, no. As much as I'd live to support a local business, I just can't support this one. The guy is not only just plain bad at doing nails, but dangerous.

I love them here. I've always enjoyed and had great experiences visiting Crestline Nails and Spa. They are all so sweet and do a great job for being a nail salon on the mountain. I am always helped quickly and out with fresh nails and happy feet from the nice spa pedicure they offer. I usually get the extra scrub which is the "anti-stress" spa pedicure

Im a huge supporter of (the not affliated in anyway) Blue Jay Nail and Spa but I live in Crestline and thought I would try out this new spa.

After seeing how well Amanda did on my girls' hair and talking to her about mine, I booked an…read moreappointment and went with her suggestion for color. I've had basically the same shade of blonde most of my life, so changing it felt like a big step. I am so happy I did! She gave me a beautiful strawberry blonde that is exactly the amount of change I wanted. What surprised me even more was how much I love the haircut. I expected to love the color, but the cut completely transformed my hair and gave it so much more movement and life. Amanda is wonderful at listening to what you want while also giving honest, expert advice for what works on you specifically. She helped me choose a color and cut that fit my face, coloring, style, and budget. She also gave me practical advice on choosing a color and cut that will grow out beautifully, so I don't have to be in the salon constantly for upkeep. If you're looking for someone who genuinely wants you to love your hair and helps you make the most of your budget and time, I HIGHLY recommend her.

Future Brides: Do NOT Trust Them with your wedding hair or make up…read more I feel terrible writing this, but I feel an obligation to warn other women so they aren't left heartbroken on their wedding day. I booked this team for my bridal hair and makeup, and they specifically instructed me to wait until three weeks before the wedding to do my hair trial. I followed their directions, and the results were so disappointing I actually cried. My Experience: Beyond the poor quality of work, I was shocked by how I was treated. Throughout the process, I was made to feel like I wasn't a bride about to have the biggest day of my life. There was no sense of care, professionalism, or understanding of the importance of the occasion. It felt as though my concerns were a nuisance, and my expectations for my own wedding day were beneath them. The Red Flags: Zero Flexibility: When I asked how the trial worked if I didn't like the look, they told me they could only "tweak" it slightly, not fully change it. They tried two styles that absolutely did not work, and when I told them I wouldn't wear either, their solution was for me to send "inspiration photos" and they would just try a brand-new style on the actual wedding day. Subpar Quality: The makeup look was incredibly low-effort and definitely not bridal material. Neither the hair nor the makeup met the standard of what a bride should look like on her wedding day. The Timeline Trap: Waiting until the 3-week mark leaves you completely cornered if things go wrong, which feels entirely intentional. The Outcome: I am so incredibly thankful I did not trust them to wing it on my wedding day. I scrambled, found a new hair stylist with less than three weeks to go, and my new stylist made my hair look absolutely amazing. Please learn from my experience: Do not wait until 3 weeks before your wedding to do a trial with them, and be very careful before trusting them with your big day. I think the photos speak for themself. Does this look like a BRIDAL hair style?
