Today was my second time going and once again I was pretty disappointed. I took my mom for a late Mother's Day gift, we both got royal pedi and deluxe mani (I believe that is what they are called, both come with massage and scrubs.). Unfortunately there was very little massage, more like rubbing you a couple times with lotion or oil and wiping it off with a hot towel, and even then it still took a long time to get out of there. I just got my nails done here and I have no complaints! My manicurtist, Ha, understood everything I wanted and actually gave me as short of nails I wanted. It was refreshing because I feel like I never leave salons with the length of nails I wanted. Ha also spoke very good English, so we were able to communicate what kind of nails I wanted. I came in four days ago and got a set of nails by someone named kelly. She didn't normally work at this salon but she did amazing. If that was my only encounter I would have given them 5 stars. Today my nail broke while I was at work, so I went to go get it fixed. They look 40 minutes to fix one nail and the lady claimed she didn't know how to do them after I told her exactly what was used. She told me there was no way I got them done there even though I was 100% sure I did. She was rude the whole time and now I am stuck with nails that don't match. Will never go here again read more

Wouldn't see me even though they didn't close for fifteen minutes, it is my understanding that you can still walk into a business at fifteen minutes until closing and still receive services. HORRIBLE!!! This is literally the worst nail experience I've ever had. It took 3 hours for my friend and I to get a mani/pedi. The nail polish was all over my fingers and the acrylic fills my friend got were horrible, lumpy and uneven and the job they did on her toes actually got infected and she had to go to the ER to get it fixed. The gentlemen who does my nails does an excellent job. I get so many compliments and my friends ask where I go all the time.

I called the last minute for my daughter and I and they graciously made me a appointment immediately. We arrived and were greated with a water bottle and a candy cane. We both got a pedicure, manicure and eye brow wax. It was amazing they took there time and did a excellent job. Rose was my manicurist and she was the best I have ever had. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They destroyed my eyebrows beyond repair. I now look like an angry doll with uneven straight thin lines for eyebrows. Mind you they put a finger and a half space between my nose and eyebrows. This in no way was due to me not having enough hair to work with. Avoid this place if you can. read more

This place is hit or miss, mostly miss. Hardly anyone here is fluent in English. They took an hour and a half to do a fill one time, another time I got gel and it was peeling off two days later, I always seem to be paying around $40 everytime i go whether its full set or fill (no pedicure) they dont speak english but they know how to say, "$5 more for this; $5 more for that." They dont have enough employees to handle all the clients. Can never just walk in, always have to make appointment. I wish another place would open up. read more

First time here , been to blue jay one couple of times but wow crestline did a great job , sure will be coming back

So, my friend and I went in already knowing what we wanted. We picked out the $28 pedicure package with aromatherapy. The whole time I was reminding them this was what I wanted for my feet. I never got a massage on my feet and no aromatherapy was used. I asked for an extra flower on my big toe and I had to beg him to put a green dot in the middle of the flower because it looked horrible and argue with him not to charge me $5 extra just for the green dot when it was already extra to get the flower!! We showed him 5 of the easiest nail designs and every single one he said he cannot do that. For my nails I asked for thin strips to go across and flowers on one of my nails. He said he couldn't even do the simple dot flowers!!! He is a nail artist!!! Then they turned out terribly and he did awful looking strips across my nails that looks like my 3 year old niece did them and then afterwards said he is charging me $5 PER NAIL AFTER HE ALREADY DID IT AND AFTER HE SAID HE WASN'T GOOD AT DESIGNS!!! The were thin stripes!!! At one point I even took the brush out of his hand to do a stripe myself because he did a terrible job! At the end of the "session" He charged me $70 when he did nothing that I asked him to do and the things he "tried" to do he did such a terrible job he should not have charged me for it! read more

Went here for the first 1.5 years since they opened every two weeks. Clean, wasn't always amazing mani pedi but convenient. Stopped coming about 6 months ago because there was never anyone there to do acrylics. Tonight was driving home and figured I would call and give it another try. Started up the hill at 4;30 so called and spoke to owner (I believe Anthony) who assured me someone was there who did acrylics and 5:00 was fine. When I arrived he looked at my nails and said I wanted a pedicure instead. I said no I was here for acrylics. He told me person who did acrylics just left 10 minutes ago family emergency. I knew it wasn't true so asked another worker who spoke better English and she confirmed that was not true. Also the other lady finishing up her nails kept nodding that it also wasn't true. I asked Anthony again if he was sure his story was true. He said oh yes emergency. I told him I don't think you are telling me the truth and kept lying and saying he was. NEVER AGAIN! I went here once and received polish and acrylic on feet. By a gentleman named Ha.. He did wonderful ;) then I went back twice to request him and no one had a clue where he's been or when he'll be back... ( understandable ..I guess) so I did a full set with the older guy near the restrooms and it was the worst job EVER!! Within a week I had 2 nails just lift off... Not break off..but lifted off :/ I've tried going back 2 additional times after that and have still yet to see Ha... It's a joke there... I tried the Blue Jay Nail Salon next to Rite Aide. I thought they did a good job until I tried Crestline Nails. Wow! Way nicer salon and seriously the best gel manicure that I've ever received. I was lucky enough to have Ha do my manicure and he was great! He didn't rush and did a beautiful job. Everyone is very friendly. I'm really picky and never take time to write a review. I came up the mountain for a wedding this past week and went to the salon for nails and pedicure. We started with the pedicure. We were a small group of about 5 people four adults and 1 child and the first move they made was when the bride was getting her pedicure they wanted to put her little girl across the room by herself because there was no more room. They could have set us up along the wall with all of the chairs and there would have been room for everybody so the bride and the daughter of the Bride got to share tub Basin together for their pedicure no good. The massage chairs they didn't show us how to use properly my my co-conspirator trying to get her glasses and fumble with everything because they wouldn't help her and she dropped her stuff in the tub for her feet. The language barrier was so bad we could not figure out how to turn off the chairs and they hurt my back all night long that night I felt like I was sleeping with a big ball stuck in my back it hurts so much. When the time for the manicure I was really excited I work on a ranch and my hands looked really bad and it was going to be nice to have a pair of nails for the wedding. The Salon worker kept insisting with me that I didn't need nails only a coat of fingernail polish and I kept explaining to her that my nails are ugly and I wanted tips and overlays. Come to find out they didn't even have a nail person there so I had to go all the way back to Blue Jay to another salon and get a last-minute appointment in which to finish my manicure .I will never go to the salon again and I would not suggest it for anyone. read more
