(Bought through Home Depot) Very old, failing carpet came out...only to find that that carpet was laid over the glued remains of a previous carpet! Crew2's team dealt with all of it. The installers were incredibly polite, efficient, and clean. Exactly what you want from folks in the trades. They did 1200 square in four bedrooms, the living room, and two stairways in under 7 hours. They left us spare carpet in case we needed it, and they were quite careful when moving our furniture from room to room. They also accommodated our requests to do rooms in a particular order to help us have indoor space for our dogs during a summer heat wave. Couldn't be happier. read more

When Crew2 had to reschedule an appointment they were courteous in explaining why we had to coordinate a new date and time and tried to let me know as early as they could. Crew2 hires independent contractors to fulfill installations for many departments of Home Depot specifically Apple Valley and Burnsville. They have an emploeyee named Bill Benning. He installed two sliding glass doors ordered for me through Home Depot. I thought I could trust him because Crew2 should be hiring quality people to do installation for Home Depot. I was so wrong in believing that to be true. Please be aware that they continue to allow him to put in doors and windows for Home Depot despite the many complaints about his work. Amongst many things he is known to cut off the nail flanges for the doors, which automatically void the warranty. He removed the jack studs (support studs) to put in the 2 doors that he knew were the wrong size. He said they were just filler studs which is not true. As I did more digging I found out that he has a bad reputation with costumers of Home Depot, and is not licensed through the state but continues to work for Crew2. I was unable to confirm if he even had insurance which I am guessing he does not because he did not file a claim or give me my money back. All I asked from Crew2 was to give me a call back so that I could tell them of my experience with one of there sub contractors. Crew2 could not even give me the common courtesy of a call back. The store manager of the Apple Valley Home Depot does not care either about the customer experiences. Despite the fact that on my first visit he asked me to keep him aware of what was going on he never returned an email, phone call or a third visit to his store to talk to him. In conclusion it is now two months later I have doors that are no longer under warranty and are leaking, caving in and damaged by his attempts to force it in and no one being held accountable or caring about his poor workmanship. I downloaded just a few pictures so you could see how bad they really are. I was hoping that Crew2 cared about their customers, the quality and qualification of the people they hire but it appears they do not. read more

The installation of our laminate and vinyl plank floors went smoothly. Juraj and Vaşo did quality work and checked all along the way that things were going as we expected. Home Depot made some errors in the materials that were provided, way too much transition strips, white and also dark walnut quarter round to go on honey oak baseboard, etc. But the guys substituted quarter round in the white areas after I went out and bought some at Menards And did what they could to make things the way we wanted. Our old dog died on the second day they were here, and they were kind and genuinely sympathetic, which we really appreciated. read more
