Purchase my carpet and pad at Home Depot, and Crew2 was chosen by Home Depot to install our carpet. Well, that was a mistake, and I trusted them to do the job without checking them out. The installer were very friendly, fast, and very clean while they were installing the cart throughout my house. 5 rooms, stairway, and basement. The problem started after installation, and EVERY INCH of my floors makes noise. They have ignored my situation and refuse to be a great company and face the issue. 14 days after the carpet was installed, I was still dealing with this nonsense. Please do not trust this company. They do not stand behind the job they did. Did damage to my floor and refused to contact me. I spoke with different people, and no one returns the calls. Horrible customer service. I have no idea what is going on with this company! I am having the same problem that others are having! We ordered a door in November. We finally had our door completed on May 22nd. Once I saw how doors are put in, I get why the guy cancelled on us three times. There's a lot of snow and it drips while they are working on the door. Working on the door isn't easy. They strip the old one, adjust the frame and hinges, and then fit the door, then put everything back in again. Because the job isn't a piece of cake, they should send someone capable of doing the job. We got this guy who pretty much hated life. (Even after I tipped him!!!) It took him him 8 hrs to get this job done. He came in at 7am and left at 2:30. He left pieces everywhere and took off without telling us that he didn't put our screen door back. After chasing him down, he says that's not part of his job. and that it's another $90. Seeing how much of an attitude this guy had, we just said "ok thanks, we'll put it back ourselves." Anyway, after the new door installation, we didn't pass inspection with our city (u must get a permit from the city to install a door. After that, they come back for an inspection). We made an appointment w crew 2 to come back. They cancelled 2 appointments with us. We finally made an appointment to have them come fix their mistake on May 22nd. The lady scares me by saying "the guy fixing your door called in again..." (wtf?!!!) "...but, we're hiring another contractor to come fix the things that didnt pass inspection." I was like-thank God!! Bc the permit was days from expiring. Anyway, these guys suck. I'm not quite sure why Home Depot is torturing their customers with this company. read more

The process was frustrating as there were multiple times we had things come up that we're going to be an additional cost, that had been an issue from the beginning but hadn't been mentioned until we already ordered the flooring/had the installation scheduled. I had carpet installed yesterday by Crew2. They notified me with a window of arrival time the day before, and then called me when they were on their way. I was remodeling my basement and we had a delay in scheduling our install. Crew2 worked with us on holding back the installation for like a month. The guys were punctual and friendly. They asked questions before starting to make sure things like doorways would be like we wanted them. Our carpet looks great and as of right now, I have no idea where the seams are. I am happy with the way everything went, from purchasing it to installing it. The carpet seems nice for the money, and feels good and cushy when walked on. They called me since I requested through Home Depot, regarding water heater installation. They gave me an expensive quote. Double check the parts' price with Home Depot before you say "Yes". Also, during that phone call, I asked the associate that I wanted a 55 gallon water heater since that heater is listed in Home Depot's website, the guy said he worked with water heaters for 15 years and there is no such thing as 55 gallon electric water heater, it is only 50 gallons. So, he is unaware of the 55 gallon listed at Home Depot Model #XE55T12CS45U0 SKU #1004356720, but decided to accuse me of playing games with him by mentioning a 55 gal heater and hang up on me! His attitude from the first minute was very nasty. I think I'm the loser in this situation? lol I always had my water heaters replaced by Lowe's, they do a great job and use actual experienced Lowe's employees. I only looked at Home Depot since they have a water heater model with good specs. What's the benefit of such a product with awful installers? I might opt to buy the heater and install it via a local installer. read more

Not only were they friendly and personable, the exceeded my expectations on their work and the final product. My floor is beautiful! Home Depot should be ashamed of Crew2's quality of work. Crew2 left our home is horrendous condition after a carpet installation. We just spent $20K to have our home entirely painted and although we were expecting some touch ups this is excessive. Our painter will not complete the job under "touch ups" because it's too large of a project. Additionally, Crew2 poorly installed the carpet. It has ripples everywhere and every seam is visible. This company does NOT care about your home or the quality of their work. If Home Depot/Crew2 do not pay for the damages, we will be force to take legal action. Below you can see the photos. The carpet installers let us know when they would arrive and were on time. Worked efficiently and did a great job. Took time to ask us whether we wanted waterfall vs Hollywood install on our stairway. We didn't have any idea on that and they took the time to explain and show us examples. They were communicative about their showup time. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They went right straight to work. At one point the gentleman had to show me something on his phone had to do with the project and how he fixed what the computer was trying to make him do to a better design and I appreciated that. They were fast and accurate and very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them for that alone but their work is exceptional as well. read more

So for one none of them wore masks in my house during the install!! Even though they were suppose to. They came and did the worst job Iv ever had done in my home. There damage tho my paint on my wall near the stairs, damaged to the trim near the floor, and 90% of all tacks were sticking up and my child crawling on the ground kept getting hurt by them. They sent someone out to fix the rack, and not the day after I'm still finding them and cutting my toes and feet on them. I wouldn't recommend them for any install, and also just fyi Home Depot uses them foe their installs too so I'd recommend not having Home Depot instal either they just contract out the jobs. read more

We paid for our new kitchen cabinets in AUGUST. Every step of the way there has been an issue on their end through lazy, incompetent communication both internally and to us. They delivered the first batch of cabinets in September and said they would promptly reorder broken ones (we needed 6 new pieces) before beginning demo/install. Fast forward to JANUARY and they showed up with 2 of the 6 we needed. Are you KIDDING ME?! We paid in full in freaking August and now it's January and we don't even have all of our paid-in-full, in-stock cabinets. DO NOT work with them, even if it is the cheaper option. Crew2 if you want to fix this, give us a call. Or better yet, give us our money back. read more
