The staff was picking people at a random completely disregarding the list. In the 30 minutes I was there, I saw one person whom checked the list as other staff members just picked the most recent person to walk in. Who does that? Forget unorganized for a second. Please make that make sense. Fyi there is a call ahead list on a screen in the back right of the store. This was not that. This was pure stress and unorganized incompetent staff.

Trade in scam I did…read moretheir promotion where they took my old phone and supposedly gave me $1,000 toward a new iPhone, with the catch that I'd be in a 36-month contract. I agreed, thinking the trade-in value would truly cover the cost of the new phone over the term. What they didn't make clear is that if I leave early, I still owe around $700 on the phone, even though they already took my old phone as part of the deal. So AT&T has my old device and still expects me to pay hundreds of dollars if I want to get out of the contract before the 36 months are up. This feels incredibly misleading and unfair. Had I known I'd basically be trapped in a 3-year commitment with a huge bill to escape, I never would have agreed to this promo in the first place. AT&T's promo sounded great on the surface, but the reality is it's a long-term trap. I feel like I lost my old phone and my flexibility as a customer. I will not be doing business with AT&T again after this, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering their trade-in "deals" read the fine print very carefully and think twice.

I have an issue with a phone that I purchased there a little over a year ago, and I brought it in. The saleswoman would . not . even . touch . the . phone. She had a little slogan memorized, which she said to me at least three times, which goes something like "We're your AT&T wireless provider," meaning that and nothing more. I pointed out that I bought the equipment right there, which makes them the retailer, and that I had paid AT&T (not Apple or Mophie), and that I can produce the receipt which shows that. She recited her slogan each time and little else. She told me to call Geek squad, or Apple, or Mophie. She was as professional as she was unhelpful. Presumably staff are told not to do or say anything other than to sell phones and service contracts. Which means there is no sense in buying phones and allied equipment from this, and presumably any, AT&T store. Next time I'll go to the Apple store or maybe elsewhere, but I can't see going back to an AT&T store. For my visit today, they stood for nothing.

Screen seemed fine, but light was shining through on the edge. So here I go again, bracing myself for the replacement costs of the screen, which was so not budgeted for. But guess what? The fixed it for FREE under warranty, despite it having been 13 months ! How AWSOME is that? Definitely recommend for all y'all's phone screen fixes.
