I needed a new charging port and I also got the cover for the charging port. They had a reasonable price and convenient location. Their repair guy was only there part time. At first they said they had to order it. I waited a week, then the repair guy said he had the part, I came by and he said, nope it won't work. Then they said they had to order the part after all. A little confusing, but once the part came they fixed it in about 30 minutes. More recently I ended up getting my phone wet and for some reason the new charging port cover did not work as well as the original one and the phone got wet inside, but over-all I'm a happy customer.

None of the other retailers are forthcoming. Most are downright rude. Not to mention we are in the middle of a global pandemic, so waiting in lines for hours on end with no definitive information is scary! When I heard GameStop was releasing PS5's at 1PM PST, I hopped in the car and drove straight to my nearest location. I was second in line. This is how it SHOULD be! I was second in line and greeted at the door by Brandon. He gave me all the info I needed to know. How many there were, what was included in the bundle, and the cost. Not only was he polite, friendly, and informative with me and all the other people in line, he was also fielding phone call after phone call with the same upbeat and positive attitude. If everyone treated others the way that Brandon treated customers that day, the world would be a much better place. The process was a little bumpy for the employees since the system crashed and they couldn't actually start taking orders until almost an hour after the "start" time. They kept us informed the whole time. They took advantage of the "down time" but doing a count so everyone in line knew if they would be able to get the system they wanted. They also took the time to tell us about the benefits of upgrading our membership. They discussed the advantages of adding the Product Replacement Plan. It was a very smart use of the extra time, and made the line go much faster once the ordering system was working. I also really appreciated another staff member walking the line to ensure everyone was 6 ft apart. If only every retail experience could be as awesome as mine was on Saturday at the Gateway GameStop. I've never been so impressed!

My android phone that I've had for quite a few years was not holding a charge very well any more and wouldn't run some of the apps I wanted to run. When my wife needed a new phone I turned to Yelp to find a Metro PCS store with good reviews, which wasn't easy to find. Although we live in rural Washington State we will go where ever necessary for quality products or services. So I went to this store and told Fernando that I needed a new phone and that I needed one with plenty on memory and a good camera because as a machinist I use one all of the time when working on equipment to help me remember how thing go back together and that there is a high potential for it to be dropped on concrete. He helped me pick out a phone and case. I asked him to put a screen protector on the phone and he didn't have a tempered glass one to fit the phone I chose. Not knowing the difference I allowed him to put on a "liquid glass" style protector. I had the new phone slip out of my pocket a couple of weeks later and shatter the screen protector. I thought "not a big deal" that's what they are for I'll peel it off and replace it. ** IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE UNINFOMED** The liquid glass screen protectors do not provide impact protection, they are primarily to prevent scratches and are a nano layer that bonds to the phone's screen and are NOT replaceable and will render the screen unreadable when they shatter. The tempered glass style are easily replaceable and are far superior to the liquid glass type at protecting from impacts to the screen. ****************** Fernando was trying to provide me with what I requested, and I don't think he realized how fragile the liquid glass ones are like me. When I returned to the shop to asked them to "remove " the screen protector and found out it couldn't be removed I was glad to find out that he had put hand set replacement insurance on the phone. I know this review is getting long and so I'm going to end it by giving Fernando and Nancy a 5 star rating for their customer service helping me to get my phone replaced and being so patient and understanding with my situation. As a post script I would advise anyone buying a new phone to question wither they have a tempered glass style protector to fit the model your buying and insist that they NOT put a liquid glass one on your new phone.
