The associate denied we had that feature and coerced my stepson into believing that and made him pay off his phone in order to get a new one, then she refused to allow him to trade in the paid off phone. This was all done so the associate would get paid their commission. I even spoke to her on my so sons speaker phone and she agreed with me but once she was alone in the store with my 21 yo stepson she she convinced him he wasn't eligible until he paid the phone off which goes against the Next Up feature of our plan. Mao also made me authorized changes to our family plan without our knowledge or approval, she removed the insurance plan from other devices, changed the monthly service plan on other lines on our account without our knowledge or approval. Only go to a corporate store, this affiliate store inside a liquor store is only there to take money from you not assist and support you as an att customer.

Went to Apple for help, but needed 2 devices (cell, iPad) to resolve) for 2 days, my primary email was locked. Called T-Mobile, they said they couldn't help- go to Apple. On Wednesday, went to Apple, the email was restored and Contacts rebuilt quickly . Thanks Apple!! I just tried to answer the Satisfaction Survey and share this information... but it wouldn't accept my input. Just letting you know, your usual Great Service was bad this time AND I couldn't even send the response to your SURVEY (you sent it to me) Sigh!

He opened my phone and told me that its locked (wtf). So I leave..upset with the seller from Ebay. I called 2 other stores and gave them the IMEI number. they both confirmed that it was a Metro phone. Lazy guys at this location just didnt want to help me because they weren't getting any commission from me. You WEREN'T doing anything anyways but browsing KFC specials on your personal device!
