The staff is usually helpful, and turnaround times are pretty quick. However, my last experience was really disappointing. I brought in my DualSense controllers to fix analog stick issues and paid $100 to repair three knobs. Just one week later, I had the exact same issue with one of the supposedly repaired sticks. When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $60 to fix what should have already been resolved. What's most frustrating is that I couldn't get a clear explanation as to why I was being charged again for the same issue. If a repair doesn't hold up after a week, that should fall under some kind of workmanship guarantee--not an additional charge. I want to continue supporting this business because I've had good experiences in the past, but this situation felt unfair and left me questioning the quality and accountability of the repairs.

Not the best place…read more My phone back screen was cracked so I came here to get it replaced. It was about $200 to get the screen changed. I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...

Always transfer ur data and files onto Micro SD cards tape it down and save the cards in a case. Don't put ur electronics in direct sun lites use flash lites to see the issues. The man behind the counter apologized for not having the screen in stock but would order one for me. I handed him my phone so he could figure out what screen to order. He looked at it for less than a minute and smiled. He said "your screen isn't cracked, your screen protector is" I was wondering why the screen protector came in a 3-pack! If he had said - it's $250 and you have to prepay, I would have. I'm really happy to report that this phone repair shop in downtown Burlingame is run by a smart and honest man.
