I was just at the limit of my one year warranty, so I sent it in and they put in a new screen for free- a manufacturer's factory warranty job. The FedEx guy just returned it, and it looks great. They also sent their best tempered glass screen protector. I figured, "I've got a new screen and a high-quality protector; let's go get a pro to install it." So I called SF Smart Wireless, and explained that I had a new factory screen and a new factory screen protector. Could they install the screen protector for me? "Sure we can." "Okay, I'll be over in a little while." Here's the "Professional" job the guy did for me. He told me, "You can see some bubbles when it's turned off, but they aren't as visible when the phone is turned on." I guarantee you, the bubbles are visible when the phone is turned on! "Some bubbles???" I've got 34 bubbles on my phone screen now, and I've only had it back from the factory for an hour! This is my day off. I've got things to do. Now I've got to go out and try & find someone to fix the damage SF Smart Wireless did on the phone I just got back an hour ago.

You can try rephrasing, or tap on the option below to chat with an agent". There is no option below to tap for an agent. I am left with no way to log in or pay for my currently inactive phone number right now.

When the correct one item it changes the other and this has happened over and over again and ive processed and canceled over 15 claims over the past 3 weeks. Asurion is trash. Their customer service is outsourced and they just give you the run around. DONT PURCHASE ASURION INSURANCE ALWAYS GO THROUGH THE PHONE MANUFACTURER INSTEAD. Since we had the other machine for 10+ years, we just brought a new one instead of trying to find a repair person because there's no guarantees/warranty. Happened to be around Black Friday -- so we took advantage of the Sales! Pricing was competitive, we brought a new washing machine and add on: -delivery -installation, -extra parts (hose) -take away old washing machine All with some reasonable additional fees. A few days later, the delivery guys came while I was at work, but hubby was home and all got done. One team took away the old washing machine while the other team did the delivery + install. Great communication as they were texting me with ETA entire time. I would recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases.
