When I got there I was greeted at the door I told them I had called they had the case at the counter so I was in and out in a less than 2 minutes.

There are hand writable tickets available but due to lack of training employees have no idea how to use them. The one time I was able to get my purchase I had to instruct the employee how to full out a ticket, and show him how to add tax to a total because he had no idea. I have been going to this store since it opened because it is convenient and has most of the stuff I need for projects I am doing, I will be ordering online or buying else where from now on. Last night all I needed was a flash drive thankfully big lots in the same plaza had them but they are $4 more.
