Actually turned out that Apple had a recall for those particular Macbook screens and I got mines repaired for free - I recommend knowing about these in case the employees don't bring it up and upcharge you. Turnaround was about 3-4 days, really fast service. They called when it was ready and I was in the shop for less than 15 minutes. It is vulnerable as they need to access your laptop but I recommend backing everything up on an external hard drive. Best next thing to an Apple store - Highly recommend!
